Terrible experience. I live in VA but my car is registered in NC. So I called ahead to make sure that this place did emissions NC inspections. They do. I asked if I needed to make an appointment, the lady on the phone told me that it s first come first serve. After driving an hour and a half, I show up and walk in and the lady just stares at me. I wasn t even greeted with a hello, no smile. Nothing. Just a stare. After 30 seconds of that awkwardness, I spoke up and told her why I was there. It was about 8:30am. She said that she didn t have time because they had many repairs, and she couldn t give me a time to when they could work on it. So now, I ve wasted my time and my gas, for terrible and RUDE service.

I called the garage to see if I could get an appointment for a vehicle inspection since I live out of town. I was told that they don t take appointments. I asked if I could get my car inspected that day. I was told that they could fit it in after lunch. I drove 45 min to get to this establishment. When I arrived, the lady at the front was very rude. She told me that they couldn t do an inspection that day and told me to come back tomorrow. I told her that I was from out of town, and I called prior to driving there and was told that it could be done after lunch. She said that she wasn t sure if they could get to me today but I could wait. Then she just ignored me. I wasted my time and gas.

Took my car to another garage for oil change and check brakes. We were told front and back brakes needed replaced. Was quoted a high price. Called Gibsons and was quoted a reasonable price. They performed the brake repair and informed me I only needed rear brakes. So, no upsale just honest work. They have all my business now.

I take my vehicle to Gibson service station every year and he is always on time . I took my car there by 7 am he showed up at 7:30 am and I was out by 7:45 . I would recommend anyone to him thank-you Gibson service station for your business.

I'm hesitant to call them for custom work but I would ask who they'd recommend. They've been in the business for some time and know a thing or to.Pros: diagnosis, necessary maintenance knowledge; good for general maintenance; has a lift; inspection station; good staffCons: custom work, engine teardown and rebuild, transmission rebuilding

Kim's is awesome great mechanics at good prices been going there 20 plus years. If you want your vehicle fixed then go here... if you want lies and jacked up prices go to those national brands

Needed a vehicle inspection, arrived first thing in the morning, was in and out in about 30 minutes. Super clean waiting area, very efficient, nice people. Highly recommend.

The lady is very rude. Everytime you call and ask to be serviced or ask their prices she gets an attitude and become very disrespectful. That s not how you address your customers. Will never take my car back there! Poor communicationService: Engine repairService: Engine repair
