So Most of the employees are very good and helpful but the warranties are bogus. Or they get all messed up and when u take it to a shop to fix the part that they WON'T fix they will not reemburse u for it.also had my car for 4 months and only have gotten to drive it a month out of the entire time and they quoted me 1 price a month and i got a way more expensive Rate

Im gonna copy and paste my review from their website because it needs to be said EVERYWHERE!Complete Auto Credit, specifically Michelle Allen, you have made me the happiest young woman alive today. They worked with me, helped me understand the process, got me my loan, and made good sure I walked out with the car of my dreams. She drives like a dream! Michelle was patient, very knowledgeable, and compassionate to me and my family and for that I am a customer for LIFE.
