Had an appointment to get the tires rotated on the van. Told my youngest we were going to the car place to have them fix the car. He proceeds to look for all his Hot Wheel cars that need fixed to take them with us in his backpack so the "car guys can fis em".After dropping off the van we sit in the waiting area. About 5 minutes pass and he goes to his backpack and takes out his broken cars and walks to the front desk area and states his issues.I think he made these guys' day and I know they made his day!! Best customer service for all ages, sizes, and types of cars at Colony Tire!!! Thanks for making my little boy's day!!

Staff was very helpful selecting the right tire for our vehicle. Install was fast and staff was very helpful in guiding me through the maintenance on the life of the tires. Will definitely use Colony in the future.

We ll tires all had different pressures and did not tighten the air damn under the car and has been dragging the ground for a month now and destroyed the plastic.

When I called and discussed my tire needs, they were very helpful, gave me a few options. Once there, they were courteous and I had my 4 new tires in less than an hour. I usually use the Honda dealership for other maintenence, so I asked about prices of other services. I went back for tire rotation and oil change.. again, quick and courteous service. Awesome experience.

Inspection, free tire rotation (I bought the tires here in August) and an oil and filter change on big van. Fine job. Price of oil and 7% sales tax jacked the price here like every where else. They also rechecked my alignment and looked around for safety issues for free... everything aok.

Took my truck in for brake repair. They replaced calipers and brake hoses. Charged me over $500.00 and did not correct the problem, which indicates to me that it was not properly diagnosed. They told me to take it somewhere where someone knew more about brakes. WHAT? I can't even drive it home because all four wheels are locked up. Suffice it to say, that I will not be returning to Colony tire for anything. Ever.I received a response from Colony Tire. Here's what I did...Like a lot of guys, I Google the problem for my particular truck, and found that sometimes an aftermarket master cylinder can be a slightly different size than a factory unit. Per one guys advice that I found on a forum, he suggested to loosen the mounting nuts on the MC just a little, allowing the plunger shaft from the power brake booster, a little more clearance as pressure is applied to the MC when pressing the brake pedal. I think it took me two minutes to do this in the parking lot when I picked my truck up. Problem solved. Brakes now operate as they should. Just a little research is all it took.

1st time using Colony, won t be my last. Oil change was reasonable priced, in and out in 40 minutes. Highly recommended.

This is the 2nd year I have used this business for my annual car inspection service needs. When I walked in, they were very busy, and even though I had an appt, I thought boy I would have to wait. That was not the case. Checked me in and i waited in their waiting area. Everything was checked that the state requires on my car. The gentleman told me it would be electronically filed with the state within an hour. From the time I arrived and checked out it was probably a 1/2 hour. They are always very friendly and professional at the same time. You can't go wrong using this business.

When I arrived to get my car inspected, we discovered my car registration was MIA. The staff directed me to the appropriate NC NC facility. The Colony staff welcomed me back, now with an up to date car registration, & fit me in right then. Car inspection - - check! Everyone was courteous, friendly & professional. Highly recommend!

Highly recommended ! We had 6 new RV tires changed out and 2 days later needed 2 new tires in the car because of nails found in them. Great service. This is our go to tire and service store when in the area.

Idk who's job it is to let people know their vehicle is finished, but I waited 3 hours in the waiting room for an oil change. At the 3 hour mark I asked how much longer and the guy behind the counter said it was done 2 hours prior and somebody should have came to get me. Saw the same guy come get everyone that showed up before and after me but apparently just completely bypassed me.

I called and made an appointment for balance and free rotation. Show up, waited on-site. Went to get truck, only rotation confirmed, Desk person was not sure if balance was check because the guy who did it went to lunch. Not confident they listen to customer or make proper notes so shop knows what to do.

The work done was great, but I could hear my car stall about 4-5 times from the waiting room. It would have been fine if they had come and got me, but otherwise the car was fine

It's not customer friendly. No coffee, no internet connection, no wifi. But you do get great prices on tires.

The service was quick and friendly. While waiting, they had coffee and water available. Along with TV, New magazines for men and women to look through while waiting. Best of all my bill was less than what they quoted me over the phone.

Finished quickly but not sure all was done? Took about 45 minutes and package was to include oil, filter, rotation, balance, fill nitrogen, check alignment and more. Questioned it and told they always balance and told nitrogen is in air tanks/lines? Don t know how they checked alignment?Usually overall good service
