Said they had 2 used tires for $37.00 each. So I drive 45 minutes over there and then they tell me that they don't have them,but will sell me 2 new tires for $246.00. Be careful of this place, don't care about anything besides money. This place is a joke

A class act. I was heading to ECSU graduation and nephew hooked me up and switched my tires for me. I cannot thank them enough for the quality service and respect as a veteran each and every time.

From the very 1st phone call I was very impressed by their professionalism. When I called back to let them know I might not be able to make my appointment they were so kind. Told me to just let them know. I was able to make the appointed time and they got started on putting the tires on my horse trailer right away!! I would recommend these wonderful people to everyone!!!

Calvin and his team are transparent, their pricing is awesome and in a world where customer service is ignored by small and large businesses these folks are solid. Laura and the front staff are incredibly honest. I was accidentally overcharged by 35 cents (only 35 cents haha) and as I was driving away she ran out of the store to give me my change and explained what had happened, apologizing. Allen is one of their techs and he is incredibly fast and does excellent work.Will definitely be purchasing from them in the future.

Absolutely the best place to go for anything. From everything inside and out of a vehicle. Very respectful and friendly people, and definitely timely. Very professional with everything. Prices are reasonable as well. They definitely got a PERMANENT CUSTOMER over here. I absolutely love this place.

First of all Erin Orien however you spell last name is not telling the truth... That's for sure.. Boones is the best in elizabeth city nc. Nicest friendliest courtesy and knows what a customer needs. When you have staff like this, why go elsewhere. The best is the best. It's just that simple. If you have problem/issues with your vehicle come see Boone's and I guarantee you, you won't go back to your other dealer.

Our van broke down on our trip to Elizabeth City and this was the only place that would help us. They took us right in and found the problem and fixed it very quickly and for a very reasonable price. I would recommend them for anyone. Our thanks to the desk lady and the mechanic who fixed our problem.

Calvin and his crew did an excellent job with my car! I have very low profile tires and expensive wheels and they treated my baby with kid gloves and got me taken care of! Highly recommended!

Very friendly and courteous staff! Great group of guys in the bays working hard on the cars! And if it's not correct after you leave, they want you to bring it back and give you no issues about getting it correct! That's sayn alot right there!!

The customer service I received at CB's Tire Auto and Service was excellent! Even though their appointment and they are very busy they have always done well to fit me in. I recently had an incident with one of my replaced tires and there were no questions at all and it was handled professionally and immediately with my expectations exceeded!

First time here. Went to get tires for back driver side. He saw that my front tires were worse. Anything they do for you they will let you know before I they do any work. And let you know what can be done. Awesome work done great customer service.

FANTASTIC SERVICE. These folks are compassionate and caring. Told the ladies my situation with my broken a/c and wife with medical problems and although they were backed up they worked me in. Thanks CB auto!!!

Staff is always friendly and always get the job done right and the prices are on point. I take all my vehicle here and even my work truck I recommend him and his staff 100%!!! My sure to get them falken tires

CB's is awesome! Calvin is just amazing to work with as is the rest of his staff. So very courteous and professional! I went to him the first time about 5 years ago just looking for some used tires. Since then I have bought two sets of the Falken tires from him for two different vehicles. Let me tell you, these tires are GREAT! I have had the set on my VW Passat for two years and they still have about 85% tread left on them! They're are at least as good if not better than the Continental tires that it came with. All in all extremely happy with the tires and more importantly with the service! Go see Calvin! You'll be happy that you did!

There's a friend that sticks closer to you than a brother and that's what they've been to us for years!!! The money helps them stay in business but telling people the truth pays the way. Thankyou CB'S AUTO for keeping our vehicles tuned &on the road

Loud and obnoxious. When I called to ask them to turn it down they pretended it wasn t them, then called me back to yell at me. Lovely service.

I work at dunavants welding,dropped my rims off at lunch,bought used tires,mounted n balanced,GREATPRICE,the two girls at front desk wur very helpful,and Calvin is awesome.VERY HAPPY WITH THERE SERVICE,,,,THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!!!!
