Within about 2 weeks of having my husband s truck they had all the repairs done on the front end of his truck.(he was in an accident) they were quick but thorough. Kept in constant contact through text. Which was great because we did have to worry about what was happening with the truck. All repairs look amazing! Hopefully we will never need to use them again but if we do we know who to call!!!Thank you Doug & Megan!!!!

I highly recommend Caliber Collision EC! Megan and Doug were absolutely amazing! Their communication and customer service is top notch. My Traverse looks great! Thank you and your entire staff for providing such great service!

My service with Caliber Collision was top tier service. Especially with Ms.Sierra, great communication and customer service support. I had more communication with the shop than I did with the insurance company. I knew everything that was going on with my car because of Ms.Sierra. I don t wish nothing but happiness , blessing and peace to her. She was an amazing customer support system and in the future I pray I continue to work with people similar like her.

I highly, highly recommend Caliber Collision in Elizabeth City, NC. Emily and the office staff were phenomenal to work with, and Jay and Anthony and the repair team were fantastic as well.Hitting a deer 7 hours away from my home was very stressful for several reasons, and the staff at Caliber made the experience as positive as possible. The repairs were done sooner than I expected, and the car looks great. Everyone at Caliber was great in getting back to me and answering any questions and helped make the experience as painless as possible. Their communication with my insurance company was excellent as well.Thank you again to Emily and Anthony and Jay and the entire Caliber staff.

My Pathfinder ended a new grill. Megan took care of the whole process. She billed the insurance company for the payment and made sure that the car was fixed correctly. Wonderful to work with professionals at Caliber. From front office to management. Thank you for getting me back on the road.

I hit a bear and chose calliber collision to repair my car. The team was so nice, Anthony was very communicative and helpful. Ciara Davis had the best personality and offered me the best customer service experience with Doug Coleman. Thanks to these two they really saved me time, money and a lot of heartache behind getting my truck fixed. I love this body shop and would definitely recommend them to anyone even for advice. From start to finish this has been the best experience I ve ever had with car repairs. When I set up to have them do my repairs I was called right after they opened. We set up a time for me to get my vehicle assessed and when I arrived it was as if they had been waiting on me to show up and were prepared with all the forms I needed to fill out. They identified that my vehicle was not safe to drive and made phone calls while I was on the phone with my insurance company and set up a rental while I got the referral approved. They helped me get the belongings I needed out of my car and drove me to the rental company since the rental company said it would be an hour before they could pick me up. They waited till I got a vehicle and then help me with my belongings into the rental. With all the repairs and status updates and estimate revision due to finding more issues then previously identified, they maintained the best communication with a customer I have ever been part of. I received my vehicle with all the repairs complete with it being freshly cleaned inside and out. The whole time I felt like I was being treated like a VIP member. This shop is amazing and the customer service is of the highest standard. Just picked up my Toyota from minor body repair after an unfortunate incident at no fault of my own, however these guys were awesome and made the whole process easy. After providing the estimate, Jay was super quick and responsive to my many questions leading up to dropping it off. I received regular updates from him and Doug and repair was quick and turned out beautifully. Icing (s) on the cake (yes multiple), I was able to leave my rental there (not have to worry about getting a ride) and they vacuumed the interior of my car. That was a task in itself, because we have dogs and just returned from a week long trip. :D. Anyway, I highly recommend Calliber Collision in E City.Service: Body & Trim

I honestly had high hopes for this place because it is new to Elizabeth City. I came in to get estimates for some minor repair work on my truck. I had already sent in the online estimate which when it came back it was obvious that it was too low. I had already gotten 3 other estimates from local competitors so I knew round about what it should cost. When we called we were promised a call back because the receptionist was out. Days later without a word we finally called again to get in. We were promptly given an appointment no problem. When I brought my truck in the "manager" came out to access my vehicle. It's an 11 year old truck, never been wrecked, just needs some touch ups on normal wear and tear. The manager was not receptive to my desire to renew my vehicles appearance. He began by telling me how expensive it was and honestly I did not tell him I had a budget. I want the work done period, which is why I'm getting an estimate so that I can choose a place to complete the work. The manager also continued to make comments like "It's an 11 year old truck" and "I wouldn't do anything to this truck it looks fine" and "you're going to have that on an older truck". Again, I was not asking for his opinion I wanted to know how much it would be to correct the blemishes that bother me. He said he would have a quote to us within a day. To date over a week later we still don't have a quote. Not that it matters now because I'm dropping it off at a competitors place on Monday. I just thought I would let others know that unless your going here for severe damage or you have an insurance claim then you might want to find somewhere else to go because they don't want your business.

called with an inquiry to see what it would look like to get my car done since the paints getting old, barely even want to come to the shop if I'm going to be dealing with Meagan who put me on hold and Emily saved my day by providing me with more and better information than I got withOUT and attitude.

My car was sent here for repair. They reached out to me every few days with updates. They were extremely quick with repairs and got my car back a week before the estimate! I had a new paint job done and it was perfect along with the other re. Highly recommend this place!

A nice new company that fixes cars from accidents and other car problems. They fixed my car in less time than I was quoted. Prices are reasonable also. Friendly staff. And they text you daily on the progress of their work on your vehicle. Will use again and recommends this business.

You guys are wonderful!! Our truck was hurt (damaged) from a deer tagging the front end. You restored it back to the original image. It was a quick turn around, the service was fast, friendly and professional. Thank You Doug!!

Stop to get estimate on windshield wiper gear being stripped and they fixed it in 5 minutes with no charge! Great company and staff!
