Brought my car in for an oil change, I was one of the last customers for the day, had to drive to Norfolk at 5am, heard a noise while driving and brought the car right back to them. The skid plate was damaged they told me I hit something and that they installed it correctly. I definitely did not hit anything and they did not install it correctly. They did not stand by their work and called me a liar. Will never use them again.

This place has gone down so bad one star is too much. I was going here for years and never had any complaints. I could've blown my car up because I had an oil change and the filter wasn't on properly(had oil spots all over the yard)guess they hired whoever came in off the streets

I used to go there a lot with no problems, now their hours have changed, they re way too busy for their staff and rude service. Better places are around.

Very rude and dishonest! They want the full payment but does 1/2 price work! They were better years ago, but today I wouldn t recommend to anyone unless that is your rude taste in customer service.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Went there for a oil change and fuel filters changed on my 6.4 powerstroke and got a call asking if I had any problems starting it and I've never had a problem with this truck get there and its cranking slow as hell they put there batteries in it a 710 CCAand a 650 CCA and both of mine were 850 CCA and tested good guy said it needed a starter and I asked him how he re primed the system after he changed my fuel filters and he did not do it the correct way ended up burning up my starter and costing me 400$ for a new starter and almost a 500$ bill so almost 1000$ and they didn't even wanna put the starter in at first so all in all I had no problem with this truck till it went there and it took me a 400$ starter to never bring my truck back there for service again and said they were gonna charge me a hour to install the starter and ended up charging me 2 hours cuz they didn't have the right tools all they had was simple hand tools worst service shop ever

Paid almost $100 for an oil change and fluid check less than a month ago and got a message on vehicle that coolant was low. Not worth the money paid if I have to check it myself.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I have trusted my repair and oil change needs to this Great Professional staff.They are fair,efficient and knowledgeable of all automobile Brands and Models. Gab is a Great Mechanic!!! If you get a chance give them a try!!

I go early because I know they get busy. They have always been friendly and engaging with me, all the staff from management to tech. I admire their pride with the military and how they display it in their store. Service is fairly priced and quick. I generally just get tire rotations and oil changes.

Excellent service, fast and efficient. Took my car in fir inspection and oil change there probably 20 minutes. Took my truck the best day and they remembered me . Recommend it to all my friends

Rude, condescending owner and staff... I can't even explain it. I'm not sure if they were just having a bad day, but from the looks of the reviews before me, seems like they just operate like this daily. If you're that unhappy doing what you're doing, let someone else have the business. The service itself was smooth but our experience was far from positive simply because of their tone and attitude. In response to the review before me, maybe you're being taken advantage of unknowingly and you just think they're being nice. We are military, and we were treated like idiot children. We won't be coming here again.

I will never go to this place again!! I do not recommend anyone to go. I came in to get an oil change and a inspection. 4 days later I noticed my car was leaking oil really bad. I had to get a relative to look up under my car. He noticed the bolt to the oil pan was about to come out. I called this place of business to let them know what happened and the owner said, " what you want me to do about it". Yes, this place has quick service, but i think they might want to slow down before they mess someone's car up.

For a female who can be nervous going into an auto body shop because she doesn't always know or understand the mechanics of a car, I absolutely loved this place. I felt comfortable from the very beginning when one greeted me as I pulled my car in. All the mechanics were very genuine and caring. They explained things to me in an easy way to understand and were very sincere and nice. I will be going back here.

I have been a client at Express Lube on W Ehringhaus St in Elizabeth City NC since May 2006, 10 years. I have had 29 oil changes, several inspections and they cleaned my very very dirty headlights for a reasonable price. The owners are always friendly, polite, answer my questions and even give additional information.It is a quick service place. I have been on my lunch hour driving from Camden to Elizabeth City getting the oil change and still get back to work with in an hour. I highly recommend their service.

They got me in and out pretty fast although I think they snuck one car ahead of me I've been going there for several years now they do pretty good by me I got to go back and get my oil changed but like I said they did pretty good for me

Arrived at 7:55 in the morning on New Year's Eve their website specifically said that they would be open today from 8:00 till 2:00 waited around till 8:15 and nobody showed up nothing that says that they change their hours very disappointed if you're going to make it a point to put it on your website that you will be open New years Eve for half a day then you should be open New years Eve for half the day

Absolutely horrible. I heard someone under my truck scream "we got a leak"! The price is clearly marked $77.95 for synthetic service but they charged me $100! They charged me for 9.1 quarts of oil but my truck only takes 7. The Proprietor was rude and indifferent I hope no one ever goes here!

Although oil change was completed quickly; my car was returned with my DashCam broken off of its mount and on the floor with wires hanging.When asked about it the only assistance or answer I received was "well maybe it just fell off" and that the employee was at lunch. (then the one I told about the incident just walked off). This is fine but why not tell me about it before turning my car over. And had it "just fallen" (which it hasn't done since installed 4 months prior) why was it on the complete opposite side of the car.Well it's a camera and it turns on when car is on...... Funny, I found (through recovery software) 3 files removed from SD card.They should have just mentioned it. The broken part was $2.77 replaced and I wouldn't have cared. I had been a regular customer, 4 autos, for 10 yrs/ish since moving here. Time to move on due to this.

They did such a nice job on my car I went for an oil change they filled all my fluids they cleaned my windshields they check to make sure everything was good and they put air in my tires and check those two I like this place very much

I went in for an inspection, but also allowed them to do the headlight restoration. WOW, the difference. The man who did it seemed to take great pride in his work and it shows.

Had my car serviced here three times. Takes them less than a half hour every time. Always polite and friendly. Never had any issues!
