I just have to write this because I've been a customer at this store since I've lived in Elizabeth City. Retail is not easy but Aaron and his team always seem to keep a good attitude. DeLoris here seems to be a "Karen", go look at other reviews. Retail is tough, and so Id rather have people have fun while they can. I don't know what system they use but it's pretty accurate to when the partsyou ordered have arrived.

Jason S. assisted me with replacing my gas cap and provided excellent customer service. He even came out to the car to replace it. I really appreciate great customer service no matter how small the task. Thanks again Jason!

Was shopping in store when I could hear store Associate using very PROFANE language MF this, MF that , F this , F that . Manager seemed very unconcerned in a very unsanitary environment I m glad there were no children present and I left and will never return. A very poor and unprofessional way to do business

I went here to get an item I ordered and the employees that were working were not helpful. The guys seemed like they were playing. When I went back for the 4th time to ask if the item had arrived, I was going to ask for my money back, but he told me the item arrived. I'm thinking the item was there earlier, but the guys were joking around.

NEVER EVER EVER EVER GOING BACK THERE FOR ANYTHING. Customer service was HORRIBLE.he was too lazy to look stuff up on computer or check the part, not helpfull at all and rude. Even lied to avoid checking on something.

They never have the less expensive parts in stock as to make you buy the next up price wise. I feel like if they dont have the less expensive part in the should let you get the next up at same price as lower priced product.This is my input with my experiences

Sells a starter but refuses to bench test upon request, saying they don't have a way to test it outside the vehicle?Come on, you have to have a test bench for warranty processing.I'm going to be that loud customer if I find it's DOA and have to return.

We were on a Sunday road trip and our oil pan shield came loose. The fabulous guys at the store loaned us some tools to take it off and get back on the road. THANK YOU! We appreciated your kindness and courtesy.

Guys there helped me immensely. Went way beyond their job duty to get me back on the road.I will say that Auto Zone prices are definitely high. Oil prices compared to like Walmart is like $5 more for a 5 quart jug. Huge difference. The customer service was beyond great in my experience this evening.

Not a good experience today. Gas treatment priced at $5.67 on shelf, scanned at 8.19. The salesman did his best to check me out with the do-it-yourself fiasco.Driving us to Amazon.

To be honest I gave them 5 stars for the workers at the store because they are knowledgeable and very helpful thank you again. Plus they have what I need for vehicles in stock. Only cons are the price for parts at your immediate need.

Awesome customer service! I needed a new wiper blade and the young man was so kind and helpful. He explained the differences between them and how his own had lasted. He put it on for me and I was thrilled.

I've been into AutoZone twice and both times I was assisted by Ron. He treated me with respect, explained a few basic maintenance things for me. I never once felt talked down to! It's a pleasure to do business with a store that has an employee with Ron's experience and customer service qualities! Thank you again for your assistance!

I just left the auto zone in Elizabeth City, and the man that waited on me acted as if I was getting on his nerve from the time he saw a customer walk in the door. I asked to exchange a bulb because the one THEY sold me was not correct. Then I asked for an air filter, and he drops his head as if I was bothering him. I would rather go 35 miles out the way to Edenton before I go back to auto zone in Elizabeth City or take my business to O'Reilly like I did to get my air filter.

Service was quick and in a timely manner! Customer service helped with puting my windshield wipers on. Nonetheless, I gave 4 stars because service struggled with trying to remove tail light cover to replace bulb! I had to go elsewhere to have it done. Overall, I was pleased with my outcomes!!

I had to make a return today, & I didn't have my receipt. It was for a can of penetrating fluid & the spray nozzle was broken when I took the cap off. Anyhow, I received very good service & got a in store card for the amount of product.

Today I came in needing a diagnostics test because my service engine light came on. Ron was happy to help out. After plugging my car in and running it into the computer he found exactly what the issue was. He explained the issue wasn t a severe problem and gave me a print out of a list of things I should check into. All for free. 10/10 great customer service. They were very helpful!

Been getting parts from here for a while now and have been great at having what I'm looking for, and if it's not in-stock they are very fast at getting it shipped to their shop. Great customer service and knowledgeable in helping you get to your diy done

I called this location to ask if they are still offering OBD- II code testing. I just had a not so pleasant interaction at my usual auto parts store so I wasnt really expecting a whole lot. The associate who answered the phone was very friendly and personable. He explained that they were offering the service just a little differently more DIY with guidance to maintain social distancing! That was perfectly fine with me! To be honest even if he would have told me they weren t offering the service his kind and helpful attitude made all the difference in the world to me. When I got to the store I interacted with several associates each one went that extra step farther to ensure I felt valued and informed. I didnt spend a dime this trip but you can be sure they will get my business from now on! I spend a decent amount on car projects annually and regardless of price I will be going to this Autozone moving forward
