At 8am, they are supposed to open at 7am, the door was locked and the shop was still closed. I asked the shop worker nearby if they were open and he responded with "we will be at some point, this always happens. The other guy goes mosying around the store in the mornings." I asked if they could get going or if I needed to drive to another city's Walmart? The other guy then walked up and said "yes, go to a different Walmart and have a nice day." Routine operation of Eden Walmart.

I'm thankful that they were able to fit me in to plug my tire. The staff was very polite and friendly. The only thing that could have been better was if they covered the seat when they got in. They got black stuff on my light colored seat. I'm hoping it will come out. Other than that, it was a positive experience. Thanks again!

Stopped by for an oil change, the first attendant seemed pleasant & when she asked about if they could accommodate an oil change, she was met with a ranting from David (or at least that's what was on his name tag), about how he has too much to do: employees' cars, blah blah blah, has 2 new trainees, etc etc etc. Dude, I get it, speaking from my own line of work, the service industry has an insurmountable amount of challenges between the workload... to the staffing... but is in front of the customer the best place to air your grievances??a simple, "ma'am, it will be an hour wait" would suffice.

i asked danesha for help with getting a mirror down, she was off the clock but she still decided to help me, and she carried it to my car. veryy nice individual!

Nobody answers the phone, it s always at least a 2 or 3 hour wait for the most simple request and watching the mechanics work is like watching a bunch of sloths trying to win a marathon. Slow as hell. Do not recommend, would avoid going here even if it was an emergency.

My local friendly walmart is a great place to get an oil change or tires. I've been coming here for 3 years and I've never had a problem. Only bad thing is they need more help to cut the wait time down but other then that this place is great

Went on Tuesday and my mother took .my van and took 2 hours and then she brought it back to me and I noticed my van was leaking and so she took it back down for me on Thursday morning and the guy said it was transmission oil leaking that they it wasn't oil well I went to a friend I know and the cloth they wiped where the oil was at was black and it is where the spilled a lot when I say a lot of oil all over the inside of my carService: Oil change

The policy of stopping all customers with un-bagged merchandise is stupid, especially when the person stopping you can see you leave the check out and they have no bags large enough to bag the products.It makes shoppers feel like they are suspected thieves. Upon leaving the cashier and paying for the merchandise, the merchandise is the shoppers property! I feel it's a violation my rights.

Went in to just get a key made and NOBODY was back there to even help me. I had to stand there and wait forever. It was ridiculous. What should have took 5 mins, took 45 minutes almost an hour.

Decent prices. Didn't have every thing need to change my tiresHad to leave and find my own valve stems then they charged extra to put them on. B.s

Open at 7..i was there...management didnt schedule but 1 tech to open. Guy there was nice,but his bosses need to schedule ppl to open also

They put the wrong battery in my truck and it messed up my truck. They will not stand up to their wrong doing. I will not going back there.
