My husband and I have not purchased a new car in 20 years and have always felt like the process was extremely stressful. Recently my dream car became available at Tri-City Ford and because I expressed interest online, Kyle offered to set us up with a no obligation test drive. He made sure that everything was ready before we even arrived on the lot. Terry, our salesman, was great. He could tell I was in love with the car after the test drive and asked if we would like to see what our options would be. We were so thrilled when, very quickly, they were able to meet our terms and make the deal happen with really no stress at all. They washed the car and filled it with gas while we completed paperwork. Cleve helped us navigate thru the multitude of papers to sign so patiently and made the experience easy. I'm like a kid with a new toy and I'm so appreciative of the role that everyone we dealt with had in making that happen. My husband and I are very impressed with our entire experience and highly recommend Tri-City to anyone looking for their next vehicle. They are great at what they do and make it easy for the customer. Thanks for the wonderful customer service! You're the best!!

Great dealership to work with, staff was very professional from the sales team to the managers. We were able to work most details out through text and email before even stepping foot in the building, speeding along the process. Straight forward, no curveballs. Happy to be in my F150 and would recommend this dealership to anyone!

Okay so to start off this dealership is by far been my best experience yet with purchasing a car! Andy my salesman was very honest and super helpful on finding me the right bank to get approved! When looking the car over they found that the car needed catalytic converters due to previous modifications, anytime I called kevin and Cleve were right on top of the status of my future mustang, they made sure the car was properly repaired before selling the vehicle to me! I traveled from Virginia and they even stayed open late just to make sure I was taken care of, the car was super clean when I arrived to pick my car up and made my trade in process super easy! I can t thank these guys enough on how awesome they treated me and made sure I was happy with my purchase! Would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a new or used vehicle!

Just bought our second Ford Raptor from Tri-City. We bought our first one in 2021. The sales service is impeccable. No pressure, Friendly, Accommodating, Quick with paperwork. We buy new vehicles every 2-3 years and Tri-City has the most efficient buying process by far in regards to finalizing the deal/paperwork.We highly recommend buying your vehicle here. Kevin, general manager, and Anthony, sales, are great during the sale. Cleve in finance is also wonderful. A great group running this dealership!

We were impressed with the customer service during the test drive, price negotiation, and paperwork portion of this transaction. We got a "like brand new" vehicle for an extremely reasonable price. Great car buying experience, found my Maverick Tremor on Tri-City Fords website, contacted Kyle their internet sales manager. He hooked me up with Kevin Coats the sales manager, we worked out a deal and I drove from Cary to Eden to pick up my Maverick. It was easy, they were straight up on their pricing and no hassles, added costs or unwanted sales pitches. Also a shout out to Charles my salesman.

While shopping different dealerships I found them to be too pushy. At one, I found a vehicle I was interested in so they asked me to come inside while they photocopied my license. While doing that he had his finance manager come talk to me. He asked me a couple questions then I interrupted him and asked, "Before I answer any more questions can I at least take a look inside & take a test drive."I mean seriously.....I had dealt with Charles on the car I was currently driving which I had purchased a few years back but he was no longer as the same dealership. He had been patient with me as I can be a bit much when making a vehicle purchase . He would periodically reach out to say "Hey" and make sure my car was still in good working order so I still had his number. I assumed he had retired but when I called him to ask who I should talk to that was trustworthy he said he was now at Tri-City in Eden. Imagine my surprise. I told him what I was looking for and they happen to have 1 on the lot an hour away. They put up with me for over a week while I bombarded them with questions & comparisons and I never once felt pressured. Charles, Kevin, Cleve & Kyle listened & answered all my questions with smiles & patience.Just good folk on top of it all!LOVE my new Ford Explorer!!!Thank you Charles...Thank you Tri-City Ford in Eden!

Literally the best dealership I have ever been too. Our bank messed up something with the loan and they were patient. We got a great deal on our car. And I still talk to some of the staff members. I promise you this, next time we get a new ford we will certainly make the drive back from Clayton NC all the way back to Eden just to deal with honest good people.Thank you!

We had a great experience buying our new maverick pick up. I spoke with Kyle, Their internet specialist, Chris, One of the salesman, And Cleve, Who had most of the paperwork.. I had a lot of questions And they patiently answered each one. I feel like I was dealt with truthfully and fairly. No pressure. It was worth the drive from greensboro to meet these guys.

Return customer. We purchased a new truck in 2019 here and really liked the service and staff. When I decided I wanted a Maverick, they were my obvious choice to place the order through. Everyone I dealt with throughout the whole order to delivery process was friendly and transparent on constraints and delivery times at the plant due to covid, etc. They were patient with me every time I called or texted. When my Maverick arrived, they gave me a fair price on my trade and in my new truck less than 24 hours from delivery. When it's time to trade the 2019, they will be the only place we deal with.

Always great service and fair prices! My husband, Amos Hill, and I are die-hard Ford fans. He always buys trucks...We just recently purchased a 2023 F150 Lariat. My current vehicle is a 2022 Explorer Platinum and I love it. They always perform service issues in a timely and friendly manner. If they don't have what you're looking for they will make an effort to get it for you. Check them out....you won't be disappointed!

This was a fantastic experience at Tri-City Ford, Eden. The entire process was pain-free, from internet sales, and test driving to finance. Kyle with internet sales was awesome, courteous, and very professional without undue pressure to purchase. I have always disliked the car-buying experience until my purchase at Tri-City. The entire team was professional and respectful and Anthony was great in showing me the auto and how everything works, and even provided contact information for any questions after the purchase. I will definitely recommend this team and will purchase from them in the future. Thanks for a great experience from start to finish and feeling good about purchasing the Bronco!

Wish more dealerships were like this. Worked out most of the deal over the phone. Was in and out in 45 minutes and back on the road. Entire sales team were friendly and accommodating. Had a 200 mile trip to pick up my car and would do so again to do business with them

Kyle and the team at Tri City Ford are a class act. We drove from Concord to buy a new Maverick for my wife. The whole team was very helpful and we spent thousands less than what any dealer in Charlotte were willing to do. We highly recommend Tri City Ford to anyone that appreciates that small town service.

My experience all started with texting with Kamryn regarding a bronco I saw online. I then came in for a test drive in a different bronco than what I saw online (my choice) with Chris. I was headed out of town so I didn't have much time. I liked the one I test drove but was more interested in the Badlands version vs Big Bend. Chris introduced me to Jeff the sales manager. I kept in touch with Chris and Jeff throughout the weekend and came back Monday to test drive and ended up purchasing the Badlands Bronco. The financing process with Cleve was painless and fun. Great and fun staff to work with. I will for sure send friends and family to Tri-City Ford. Thanks for the great experience.

Kyle , dion , and the whole crew really did a fantastic job of making this process so smooth for my truck which was super hard to find. I live 3 hrs away and they even provided drivers to send my car back . Went above and beyond . This is why I love Ford and stick to this brand and it's people
