I just want to leave a brief review on my last experience with O'Reilly's. About 2 weeks ago I was having issues with my car battery and Mr. Greg was so patient, truthful and helpful. I would recommend this location and staff anytime. Thank you Greg for going over and beyond with your customer service and directing me in the right direction for my battery/install.

Fair price on most auto parts. Most of the time if they don't have an item in stock they can get it delivered to the store first thing the following morning. Some cases same day if you order early.

The young employees were rude. If it's not their fault the online store shows they have a part but they don't doesn't mean they should get rude with someone for showing them what the online store said they have in stock....... The online store needs a better way to match inventory for the store. The store needs to train the young folks being rude doesn't help them or their store!

I'm Tommy I work at O'Reilly's in Enon Ohio and it's my pleasure for sure I believe you should at least try to get it from there before you leave hard to laugh cuz I know we come in here soon and it's our job to make sure you're good I'll get faster service and maybe a chuckle or two once again thank you for choosing O'Reilly's.

Went in to see if any of the staff could help us with making sure our license plate would stay on after a mechanic place tore out the back the screws go in. John was an absolute angel and helped us feel like it won t be going anywhere on our travels! Overall had an excellent service. Thank you so much John!!

Trust me I've been in sales for over 30 years.OReilly has a young man that works in there call HARLEY trust me he's 1of the best customer service people I've ever met. He's not lazy and will get the job done go check him out if u like quality customer service

Thank You Nathan Thacker! At the Eden store. He went above and beyond helping. I arrived and the hose I needed busted at the store! They didn't have the hose I needed in stock so he found a piece of hose and put it on so I could make it home. Also he helped me find the hose I needed at another store. Thank You for making a stressful day into a blessing

I called the store to inquire about getting 2 brake rotors turned. I was told over the phone that it normally takes 1 hour or so, but give them 2 hours. I dropped them off at 1030am and they said they would be ready within 2 hours. I went back to the store at 145pm (3 hours later) to pick them up and was told they only had 1 done and it would be a couple more hours. I went back to the store at 345pm (5 hours after dropping them off) and I was told the second one still was not ready. I was told it would be a few more minutes and I finally walked out of the store at 415pm. It took 5 hours and 45 minutes to turn 2 rotors.I never shop at this store due to the lack of customer service. I was trying to save some money by getting the rotors turned and it ended up costing me a whole day. They offer a service and I understand things come up, but when you tell a customer 2 hours and take almost 6 hours is unacceptable.

Love love love this place..workers are very respectful and nice and very sweet toward anyone and everyone..they make sure u have the right parks before u leave the store.. will always come to O'Reilly never want to have to go to any other part store.. O'Reilly is the best

I like the service an pricing more at O'Reilly AutobParts than the other two major parts suppliers. They're pretty good at what they do at the other's but I've never gotten the wrong part at O'Reilly's, I have at the other two.. didn't say any name's...

They nice and try to help you best they can sometimes you may get the wrong part but they do deserve four stars because if you need something they will go get it off-the-shelf for you so I say give them a chance make small businesses grow.

Good place to get parts, bought oil filters, I was that I could bring 1 back and exchange it for the 1 that fit the car,a longer filter,I carried it back this guy would not exchange it, I won't buy anything from O'REILLY'S in Eden NC again,

This is one of my favorite automotive shops. Most of the time they have it in stock and if not they can have later that day or the next. Super friendly staff and knowledgeable

O'reillys is always my go to place for auto parts, the staff are friendly, fast, and know what they're talking about. I would recommend this to anyone that needs parts fast, and at a fair price!

They ordered a part for me and they said 3-4 days. Part never came and they never called. When I called them they said it had not been ordered so we ordered it again involving the manager. Then when the second one came in no phone call as well. When I called them they said it had not came in.

I went there for help with my cars check engine light and the battery from my other car. They told me that the battery on the car I was driving had a dead cell and I needed an alternator. They kept my other battery over night and then told me it could not be charged that it also had a dead cell.The two guys I dealt with were really rude to me I think because I am a woman. I'M NOT STUPID and don't have the money to throw at parts I DON'T NEED!!!!!!I took my battery to Advance Auto and guess what boy's.....IT TOOK CHARGE!!!! Kevin the manager checked my check engine light on the car I was driving......the battery was only low and the alternator is fine. So my advice when you go here for a check engine light problem or battery.....GET A SECOND OPINION!!!!!

I ask someone to check key battery and he did and sold me batteries but they didn't work I want go there again it seemed like they didn't really want to help me ...never had that problem before it was all new people from before

That guy it was so high he did find the part i was looking, and i was looking at it, then he told me they dont have it and thet dont know how to find it :( lazy MF
