Never had a bad experience with FCT - they've always been accommodating with our multiple vehicles we've brought there. They even pretty much built our Camry back brand new after my daughter practically destroyed the engine. Prices are very reasonable. Staff is always very friendly and helpful.

We went here today for alignment and we left and the car still pulled to the right so we went back RESPECTFULLY and asked them what s wrong and the manager,Sean, went out of his way to get my girlfriends car driving straight. He was totally respectful and helpful in every way. They definitely know what they are doing and I would recommend them to anyone needing alignment or tire work done. Outstanding customer service and outstanding performance fixing our car. I will go back to this place every time I need work done to my car that I can not do myself. Very fair prices and kind employees. Thank you first choice for doing an outstanding job!!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of visiting First Choice Tire and Automotive, and it was nothing short of a complete nightmare. From the moment I walked through their doors, I was greeted with indifference and incompetence. The staff seemed more focused on chatting amongst themselves than providing quality service to customers.First and foremost, the waiting area was extremely unclean and unkempt. There was trash scattered around and the floors were filthy, giving off a general sense of neglect and lack of hygiene. It was evident that the management did not prioritize basic cleanliness, which is a red flag for any establishment claiming to provide professional automotive services.The lack of professionalism extended into their customer service as well. The employees at First Choice Tire and Automotive displayed an alarming level of apathy and incompetence. When I tried to inquire about their tire options, the staff seemed disinterested and had minimal knowledge about their own products. It was as if they were reading off a script without actually understanding what they were saying. Their lack of expertise was not only evident in their inability to answer simple questions but also in their poor recommendations.If you re needing service for your vehicle, I wouldn t recommend this establishment.

I first went to the from a recommendation from my mom and I've been back a few times since. The staff is very nice and helpful and I've never once felt like I wasn't welcomed there.

*I WAS a customer there, received poor service, and am voicing my opinion. Nothing defamatory nor slanderous. They can easily search my name OR my vehicle information and have PLENTY of info right there proving that I WAS a customer*Wouldn t take my car here if it were the last shop in town. They will say anything to get a dollar out of you. Take your business elsewhere.

Had a low tire light, took my truck there, they found a nail, repaired it, then I drove to the beach and back no problem, they are cool with me

Last year, April 2022, I just bought a 2011 Equinox. Within a week of the purchase, the check engine light came on. The engine code was P0014. When I told this to the small dealership I had bought it at, they said take it to FCT. FCT said that the timing chain in the engine needed to be replaced. They did the job and the small dealership paid for the repair. A week later the engine light came back on with the same code. This time they replaced the intake and exhaust Variable Timing Solenoids. The engine light came back on again within a few days. This time they replaced the Solenoids at no charge to me. I was already in the process of finding someone else to look at it when it quit running. It got towed to Smart Chevrolet and there it was discovered that the timing chain tensioner wasn't tightened down at all. It cost me another $7,000 to replace the engine.I will never come there again and strongly encourage everyone to avoid this place like a plaque.

UPDATE: THE OWNER REACHED OUT PROBLEM SOLVED! IM PLEASED WITH THEM NOW AND WILL RETURN!!! here was my story.. Done excellent work..but........ long wait time when I was expected ,(got a whole set of tires)$$ and charges me for them including mounting and balancing not to bad of pricing...then i had them check the alignment and without telling me they charge just to check,,, they add a total extra charge of 30$$ just to CHECK to see of my car needed an alignment and it didn't ...and when complaining about the extra little charge before paying the man apologized an was like it's only $20 an I finally said whatever an paid just to see on my receipt when I got home he charged 30 instead of 20 I know it's only $10 difference but I think that was shady.

Overpriced. Was charged an hour of labor $80 for a job that took maybe 5-10 minutes max. Unscrewing the nut on the top of a shock s doesn t take a hour. Won t be going back.

Until today my experience here was ok. Made an appt DAYS ago to drop off and have an issue diagnosed and fixed. After dropping it off at 745am and still not hearing from them at 335pm (they close at 5) I called. I was told she didn't have a mechanic bc they called in sick and they would look at my truck tomorrow. WHAT?! Someone should have called me as soon as they knew they couldn't look at it so I could make another appt and arrangements for a ride. This lack of consideration will send me elsewhere.

I've only stopped in for tires or tire repair but everybody is really friendly and they've got good prices if you need to get your tires balanced and rotated

Took my vehicle in for tire going flat. Tire was fixed BUT when I went in there was a sensor in my tire. Going to a 2nd tire place the next day was told my tire was missing the whole sensor. Called to talk about this situation but no return call to my Husband. With that being said I had to pay for a tire sensor $47 due to no fault of my own. If the response is I said my sensors were off, I said they were not reading the correct tire.Service: Tires

Please anyone that is looking for a good tire place thread lightly this place has no clue on how to change tires specially if there low profile tires so save your money and look somewhere else because they will ruin your wheels.
