I was clueless about what to expect when I was going in to have the battery checked on, the gentleman was able to help out and made it work and replaced it. I even learned where my battery was. Lots of patience with me and explained to me what was being done.

Knowledgeable and Informed staff. I usually speak with either of the 2 ladies that work here or one of the 2 older gentlemen that work here for they are seasoned and know their stuff.

Walked in no one ever spoke to me to ask if I needed any help. Got what I needed and checked myself out. Still no one spoke to me.

Extremely friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'm always able to find the part that I'm looking for either right away or they can have it for me the next day. Prices are consistently as cheap or cheaper than the competition.

One of my lesser liked AZ's in the state. No offer for assistance given 4 employees in the store and me being the only customer in there. Big difference between Advance and AZ however even the Advance in Eden I found to be less than eager to help. Customer service in Eden is very rare, don't expect it.

I left the interior lights on inside of my car for approximately 5 hours last night accidentally, so my battery needed to be recharged a little, I went to Auto Zone they recharged my battery up to 100% charge, the battery light then went off, and I haven't had anymore problems with my battery anymore since they recharged the battery. Theywere very friendly and helpful.

Yes I had to go get a part for my car they are very helpful they will look up stuff when you don't understand what you really need but you describe what best of your ability and they help you out as far as they can go and get you where you need to go I thank them for that the staff is very nice

They sell racket pinion with life time warranty that was replaced 5 times in less than 11,000 miles, they would not warranty the 6 the one, they are the worst racks , very unsafe, they were installed by Josh Smith, Everytime, but they didn't tell me that they were from auto zone, I was told that they were using Napa racket pinion, folks don't buy a racket pinion from auto zone, it cost me over 1400.00 the first time, they put a Napa racket pinion in this time another 900.00

Very kind and help people. Manager was helpful in guiding me in fixing my driverside window issues. His employees were very helpful in assisting customers as well. Over all I would definitely recommend this store.

Going there for decades. Employees knowledgeable. Willing to help out when I dont know what Im doing. They will come outside to look at vehicle or help in a heartbeat. Saved me lots of money over years. Use the reward card.

Wonderful experience they tested my battery for me it showed it was bad I bought a new one and they changed it out for me. Very kind pe6! I appreciated them so much!

Came in the store twice to get brake pads and even brought them one the second trip too compare with the new pads and they still got it wrong.

Awesome! I had to get a replacement battery and when he was changing it out he had some problems But with some help and they got me back on the road! I am very thankful to them for the labor of service they gave..above and beyond! Thank you!

I wanted to give a 0 star. I called Saturday, December 30 2017 and ordered a part. She said the part would be there that afternoon. The woman working took down all the info and phone number and even said my name when she looked at phone number. We went over times the store would be open because of New Years. Told her it might me Monday morning before I picked it up. Had a mechanic lined up today. Went this morning and they had no record of any order. Had to drive to Danville Virginia to get the part. Advance Auto in the future for me and my family!

If I could give this location zero stars I would, but unfortunately I have to be generous and give it 1. My 19 year old brother took his truck here because he was having battery issues. He took it around noon and a sales associate removed his battery and offered to charge it for him. My brother left and came back around 3pm but the sales associate that had helped him originally had already left for the day. Instead, some other jackass sales associate was there but unfortunately he was too busy trying to impress a girl (you work at Auto Zone, get real) to help my brother put his battery back in his truck. He was incredibly rude and refused to help him even though THEY are the ones that removed the battery to begin with. I understand putting a battery back in a vehicle isn't rocket science but if you or another member of your staff removed it in the first place then the least you could do is help your customer place it back in the vehicle and make sure it was installed properly. Customer Service is lacking at this location to say the least.

I went there today to see if they could fix a rollator that had a bent axle . They stayed with it and fixed it. They were wonderful.
