The guys behind the counter know their stuff. The on-hand inventory had the tail light needed for my boat trailer. The salesman found and installed new wiper blades on my Ford Explorer, and that was not easy.

Not the best. Service is spotting and even if somethings been ordered they say they don't recall or remember. Done had to replace a part 4 times because it's been faulty getting it from them.

Compared to all other advance autos in the area this one I found to be the least customer service oriented. Just like the AZ in Eden there was zero offer to help and customer service non existent though store was dead and no one else in store. If you want customer service, go to another town.

Friendly staff and online 30% discounts are much needed in this economy. Sorry, I put one star up by mistake. They are awesome folks.

They're always very helpful, courteous and friendly to customers. If they don't have what you need, it can be ordered with no problem. They don't mind putting fluid's in the car or replacing wiper blades after you purchase them. If I need anything for my car, i always go to Advance Auto parts..

Went to get a battery and locked the keys in the car. The associate Jason was SUPER AWESOME and kind enough to help us get the door unlocked to our car! Was really nice guy and very helpful!

Kevin and the guys are great at this location. It is the only parts store in town I go to, unless they do not have it in stock. They have a large selection of parts in stock. I usually order online so my order is ready when I get there. They are always friendly and helpful. They offer free battery and alternator testing. Also if your battery needs to be charged you can bring it in and they will put it on their charger free of charge. They also install batteries and wiper blades free. You can also drop off your used motor oil for reccycling.

They are patient and informative, offer tips on parts and savings when available. Free checks and install on some products...very easy to make returns...Richard and Phil at the the Eden NC STORE ARE GREAT TO WIRK WITH ..;P

Always get good service. But went there tonight to closed doors at 8 pm when the web says they close at 9. Wasted time and fuel.

Place is a scam. Their website has ALL these LOW prices for brakes and other auto parts and that's the way they get you in the store. Then when you get to the store they tell you that the prices are 3 times higher than the advertisements show. The old bait and switch is still alive and well at Advance Auto!!!

helpful! they loan a tool for free.. no cost. even if you don't buy the part from them. auto zone is a different story. some maybe are free but.. You'll have to buy their tool to use.

5 stars for the Advance in Eden NC . One half a star for the one in Reidsville. Eden knows there stuff, and goes above and beyond to help you and get the right part you need. And if they dont happen to have it in stock they will call around and see if one of there competitors has it. That's how far they go to please there customers. The one in Reidsville on the other hand dont know squat. Never has what you need and will not go that extra mile like Eden will. So to sum it up go to EDEN ADVANCE AUTO PARTS !!!!!!!!

Just picked up a part that auto zone didn't have in stock so we call it in and told them we where on the way it would take 10mins please lay on counter,got there took 25 to bring part out didn't remember if they had the part or not. Smh.
