These guys do great work! We bought a car from auction that desperately needed brakes and tires. Come to find out, the lug nuts were locked on and would've been next to impossible to take off on our own. They replaced the lug nuts with black ones that look way better and gave us the tool we'd need to get them off, all free of charge! This is our second time using them, and we will definitely continue to use them for tire and other mechanic needs in the future. They are super accommodating with appointments and very reasonably priced, as well.

I was driving from Asheville to Greenville SC to catch a flight with my family. As we were driving through Hendersonville we hit debris in the road. About 2 minutes later my tire pressure was down to 10. A quick Google search led me to Tire Master. Brandon worked on our flat quickly and made sure me and my family was safe to continue our trip. Thanks again!

I had heard good things about Tire Master so when I got a flat tire, I knew whom to call. They got me in right away, confirmed it was not fixable, and ordered a replacement. I went back later in the day, the new tire was already mounted and ready to go, and they swapped out the donut spare for the new tire. By afternoon it was all done. They were very nice during the whole process. Big thanks and thumbs up.

After hitting a piece of metal on the interstate, we had to find a local shop for a new tire. We are so glad to have stopped here, all the workers were so nice, they were super quick, and they gave us a great deal. They turned a "hiccup" in our travel plan into a pleasant experience and we would recommend them to anyone!

True story. I was driving from Asheville, NC to Spartanburg to go see Dwight Yoakam play at the Auditorium when the tire pressure sensor in my car showed low pressure. It s literally Friday afternoon at 5:13pm. So I Google tire repair shops near me and Tire Master was the closest. I called and asked what time they closed, the guy says 5pm, but we ll be open Monday at 8am. Well, that don t do me any good so I thank him and hang up. I think a little more while I m looking for another place that somehow might be open later than that, but there s nothing. I call him back a couple minutes later and tell him my story and that I only need my tire plugged, he tells me to come on! This guy is saving the day! I get to the shop, tire pressure about half of what it should be, the guy takes the tire off, sprays it and finds the tiniest nail hole you ve ever seen. He rolls the tire off to the back corner somewhere where he does his tire repair wizardry and just like that, the tire is holding air and back on the truck with plenty of time to spare to see ol Dwight! He didn t ask me for any money and when I offered it to him I had to make him take it! This guy saved the day and got me back on the road when he didn t have to and that s worth bragging about. Three cheers for Tire Masters crew!!!

I ended up with a flat after getting two large pieces of metal stuck in tire in Hendersonville Rd earlier today. The guys at tire master ordered and replaced my tire same day. They were quick, easy to work with, and I didn t get the whole pitch about replacing all my tires at the same time . Highly recommend & I ll definitely be going back when I need my brakes replaced.

Fantastic experience here. They fixed my tire that had a slow leak. They also gave me a very great price on new tires since I would be needing to replace them soon. Everyone was helpful and they didn t try to upsell me on something I didn t need.I will return very soon and will from now on buy my tires and get maintenance here.Thank you for being an honest shop with fast service!

I got a full set of tires put on my car a few weeks ago and the price was awesome compared to a lot of other places!! The customer service was just as awesome and the job to put the tires on and have them balanced was very well done!! I will definitely be coming here for all my tires from now on and highly recommend coming here for tires!!! Thank you so much Tire Master!!!

I had to make a stop here while I was on vacation visiting family. Had a large screw in my tire. They fixed it right away. No wait other than the repair. Then I busted a tire and damaged my wheel. They got right on it and fixed me up with a tire and fixed my rim. I highly recommend these folks.

Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful locally owned tire shop. The new management team (Cody and Ray) have been in tire business for years. The lobby area is nice as it was recently remodeled.I had 4 Michelin tires installed today, Tire Master's price is competitive. Online tire store such as Tire Rack's price may be slightly cheaper but by the time you add mounting and wheel alignment it is cheaper and more convenient to have Tire Master take care of everything. Highly recommended for all your tire related needs.

Great service, great advice and quick turnaround. Got four new all-terrain tires for my full-size truck and couldn't be happier. Nothing fancy here, but that shows up in their pricing. I'm not interested in paying for espresso to be available in the waiting area. Just fair pricing for excellent work. Won't take our cars and trucks anywhere else for tires and alignment.

Husband and I got a flat tire on the way home from our vacation. We went to Tire Master because were the closest and they went above and beyond to take care of us. Very kind & friendly customer service, quick resolution to our issue and fair prices. We couldn t have asked for a better experience. We are under the impression that they are under new management and they certainly did not disappoint.

Bought a Jeep Cherokee from the dealership on Duncan Hill Road and they just kept trying to pass the buck and not accept responsibility for their product. Came over here and they gave me all the information I needed and more. Great guys and wonderful prices, next time you new something you should stop in and let them get you fixed right up.

Picked up a screw in our 10 wheeler late one afternoon. The guys got us in and fixed fast. These guys are my first choice for anything tote related. Rick couldn t have put the shop in better hands.

Great experience here. Shopped around and tire master gave me the best quote for 5 off-road tires. They were so fast and really great people. Every single aspect of their service exceeded my expectations. They also complimented me on my Jeep many times! Customer for life.

I am delighted to say that even with a management change, Cody Smith has clearly set a clear vision for the new Tire Master. Cody, the new owner and manager, quickly identified my needs and provided great tires at a wonderful proce. Tires were there when he said and within a few minutes, tires were installed and I was ready in a matter of minutes. The last time I purchased itrea i made a mistake and went to Discount Tires. Waited over 3 hours and then had to pitch a fit to get a response. I will continue to support the local boys at Tire Master and recieve great response and the best prices. What could be better.

If I could leave less I would. No communication to my mom about a part they were waiting to get in. Wanted her to look online and get the part herself. People behind the counter didn t know what was going on with ordering said parts. When we finally got the chance to get the window regulator installed and a master switch panel for the windows/locks, we had some questions about the pricing and the man behind the counter let us have it and told us to never come back. Not the same company when Rick Owned it for years. Find another mechanic.

Excellent prices. Very wide range of options and tire prices. Did exactly what they said but far faster. Way better prices than Sam's and Costco. Local store so they treat customers very well, even me as a new arrival to the area. Clean good waiting area.Prices were equal to or better than internet tire purchase plus installation costs.

Stopped in for an emergency repair. Roger (maybe the owner) was absolutely WONDERFUL! Even though he had other cars already in the shop, he took me in, did a masterful repair, and refused to charge me! Its really great to still be able to find genuine people willing to help. THANKS Roger

I can not say enough, a perfect 10 in every way to measure. I had a flat with two dogs and a car loaded for a 600 mile trip home. They saved the day with super great service and got me in and out in about 30 minutes, a Daytona race could have not done better. A big thank you Frank Hennessey
