Not happy with service at all! Kept my husbands truck 2 weeks! Had truck towed there. Took over a week to hear anything from them! We had to call and keep checking! Never got an estimate! Never was told diagnosis! Was told it was running good to come back and get it. Broke down same day within hours of being picked up! Had to be towed AGAIN!!! This time to a real mechanic! As the wife I was without a car for 2 weeks!! Now I m again without a vehicle! It s the holidays! Nobody has money around to pay 2 different shops 2 different tow bills!!! All I can say is it was a complete waste of our time and MONEY using Stacy s Automotive!

Very pleased with overall service. Very thorough, knowledgeable in diagnosing issues and repairing. Also appreciate the great communication with updates, etc. So happy as we have found our new auto mechanics!

Stacy came recommended, and has been great for several of our last few repairs. He was quick to work us into his schedule, efficient, fairly priced, and did great work. We will certainly continue to use him in the future!

I was traveling from Central Florida to East Tennessee. When I came through the flat rock area had my car breakdown was overheatin I just happen to ride by the shop and stop in didn t know them from anybody and they had several cars in front of me. They ordered a belt and pulley for my car, put it on at a reasonable price had me on my way ln just a few hours. Great people really care about others.

Maiden VOYAGE, NEW here to the area, and it simply clicked. Great communication skills. A terrific business and environment.My nagging prob.: my passenger window won't roll-down, big nuisance! ...Other people had tried, Stacy had it together, DIDN'T even require the $100+ ENTIRE door-MECHANISM parts, so it's only labor, less than Stacy's over-the-phone "ballpark". Stacy called and left a voicemail saying he will not be working on my car due to rescheduling. His front desk Scott scheduled me for the wrong day on Thanksgiving break so I don t recommend coming here.

Not only have I experienced extremely bad service and treatment on my vehicles so have other people that I know. They put things back together so quickly that they don t tighten everything down properly and even forget to put some parts back on the vehicle.
