Did some looking around, talked to a few places, and this was the only one even remotely close to me that was willing to rebuild my 207 motor. They will sit down and talk you through build and tune options (yes they do both), recommendations based off your goals, etc. Kendall even went into detail explaining his build process on a motor to help ease some of my concerns or questions and is very good at what he does. They will work with you if you are on a budget, though, don t expect quality work to be super cheap. Having said that, their prices are still very reasonable considering the quality and experience you are getting. My wrx is now much more fun to drive and runs better than it has since I ve owned it!Kendall and Mary are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about Subarus and have race experience as well. Though they do work on other cars too, if you own a Subaru and need a mechanic, they specialize in them. I drive an hour to get here but it s always been worth it so if you live closer no doubt they are the best around!

Kendall is the only engine builder in the area that even comes close to knowing these flat engines the way a pro builder should. He knows what works and what won't and has the experience to back it up.He has the only 4 wheel dyno in the area and he can provide a tune for your vehicle or will rent the Dyno, at a very affordable price, if you or your tuner would like to do it themselves.Plus Mary is the best performance Subaru mechanic in WNC!

Kendall and Mary will treat you right! They re hard working people who care about what they do and care about putting out good work! Wouldn t trust anyone else with my car, if you re debating on seeing them I promise you ll be happy with the outcome!

Great place for Subaru's, custom tuning and custom fabrication. They know these cars very well and do great work. Highly recommended.

At first they were professionals, but that changed over time, they do not care about the customers vehicles. And im not making that up.
