Called for service on late Sunday afternoon and Dave arrived promptly to jump our vehicle. Very professional and courteous and answered all questions. Very far quote for service before any work done. Would highly recommend you do your business with this company.

Sunday morning at 0830 I called 10 or 15 tow companies before I called Crickets and they were either not open or 2-3 hour waits. Cricket s took my call at 8:30 and had my truck winched out of the ditch by 9:05. I highly recommend this company for your towing needs!

I called around town and everyone was telling me it would be 2-3 hours before they could come. When i called them even though there tow truck was out of town they still came and helped. They was so friendly very helpful didn't rush, and was explaining everything to me i needed to know. So if you want someone that is not going to be expensive, tell you this and that , or just try's to make money off you i would recommend these guys.Services: Battery service, Special vehicle towing, Car towing, Battery

Easily the nicest and friendliness people I ve ever met. They pulled my Cadillac out when I realized I cannot back up. They re amazing and we re here in about 10 minutes. They re wonderful and so nice and did zero damage whatsoever. Also very reasonable prices. I m extremely greatful for them, and what they do

I had a driver stuck on the road and No one else was available in the middle of the night. a true 24 hour service guy!! Highly recommended, he came right away. I had a flat on my way through this area on Sunday morning and after several frustrating calls to people who couldn't, wouldn't, or didn't want to help me I got these folks on the phone. Within 15 minutes Steve arrived and got right to it. My car doesn't come equipped with a spare so he took my tire off and then loaded up my flat tire, me and my family and carried us to the nearest tire repair shop that was open, which was almost a half an hour away. We got the tire repaired and he brought us back, put the tire on, and had us on our way. I won't even say how much he asked me to pay him because it was way to little, less than about a third of what others were quoting me for just a tow, I gave him twice what he asked and it was still an awesome price. The whole time he was driving us to the shop he kept talking about helping people and you could tell he is very passionate about helping out people in need. I highly recommend these guys and I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to meet someone who really cares about the people they serve.

Called Hendersonville towing co. which were rude and upcharging. Cricket towing came super fast, and very polite and respectful. Price for tow was low and service was great. Came out to tow my car in freezing cold too! Do recommend to anyone needing road/ tow services!
