Took my car in Monday morning and Roger figured out what was wrong and I had my car back that afternoon. The folks here are very knowledgeable about what they do and the pricing is very fair. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

Wow, just WOW. I called last night to see if they could fit me in for my brakes. Took the car in at 8am. Mike gave us a ride home, and called and said they saved us money by being able to resurface the rotors instead of replacing them. I also asked for a lube oil and filter. Mike came and picked us back up. I paid half of what I was really expecting. I'm new in town and I've just found my new auto mechanic. Thanks guys!!Service: Brakes

Very friendly and have helped me. They left their shop when I stalled at a light and walked over to my car and made sure it was OK to drive and did not charge me. Just did it out of kindness. I take my vehicles there for repairs now. That's the type of mechanic I want. Good moral character and willing to help out of pure kindness.

I really want to like this place because staff was always so kind. I don't know much about cars and we were in the middle of the pandemic, so I was very patient and understanding. I knew the initial needed part would take about 3 weeks to arrive (and was lucky to borrow a car from a friend, paying a fraction of what rental places were charging) but that part didn't fix my car so they tried a few other things. Well, over two months later I REALLY needed my car back (at this point I'd racked up over $3,000 for my car rental in addition to the couple thousand I paid the mechanic) and came to get it even though it still wasn't fixed.I understand things happen, and that fixing cars isn't cut and dry, but communication was terrible during this process, there seemed to be zero regard for time, and I can't help but feel ripped off.

Dale and his crew are friendly and very accommodating. My tail pipe fell and when I got my car towed to their shop they were able to help me right when I got there. They re fast and skilled workers and did a great job. I felt comfortable in knowing they d be able to fix it and I d be able to make the trip back up north to Wisconsin w no problem that it would fall back down. (It didn t fall thank god!!) This is a shop I d recommend coming to to anyone needing anything done!

From my initial call ..the vibe was very helpful and accommodating. Answered all my important questions straightforward. Very fair with price and turnaround. Good communication I'm happy I chose them. The older car pics in their ad is what initially drew me to them as I have a 30 year old rare vehicle.I will definitely return to this business for more work!Thank you for getting my wheels back on the road and saving my ass

I was visiting a friend in the Hendersonville area recently and had a critical issue come up with my brakes. Needing to get home four hours away, I had my car towed to Auto Aid (based on a recommendation by a local) on a Sunday eve, and they got me back on the road by Monday at lunch. They were so very courteous and helpful. They did not try to take advantage of my urgent situation and charge me for unnecessary services. I visit the area a lot and would most definitely use them again, as well as recommend them highly to anyone needing auto services.Services: Tires, Brake service & repair

In my mind this shop had always been very reputable. Until about a year ago i brought my car in to get a clutch replacement. I have had a good amount of cars and have been to quite a few mechanics in the area but thought i would give Auto Aid a try. So i dropped my car off for a clutch replacement, no more than a 5-7 business day job turned into over 2 months of lies about when my car would be ready. On top of all this the clutch has not ever acted right since i drove it home. After calling they said they were booked for the next week and it would be two weeks before they could look at the problem. After no trust in them i took my car elsewhere and had the problems fixed. I would not get my oil changed here much less any high end work. Highly do not recommend Auto Aid.

So I ve been going to Dale and Roger for a while now with some major repairs. An engine being one of them. They have ALWAYS been courteous, polite, respectful, and TRUTHFUL! As we all know it can be hard to find a good honest mechanic. Well as far as I m concerned look no further!!! I would recommend them 1,000 times over. I will also keep going as long as they are there! Thanks dale, roger, mike, and the rest of the staff! You guys are great!

Having moved to Hendersonville from Atlanta about 2.5 years ago, I needed a reliable mechanic locally. A good friend who has lived here for a number of years recommended Roger and Dale at Auto Aid. We have had them do virtually all of our maintenance and repair work since we got here. I even stopped taking my Infiniti to the dealer and began taking it here for oil changes and the like. These guys are honest, skilled and reliable. I would recommend them to anyone.

Called and made an appointment for my oil to be changed and tires to be rotated and balanced and i bring it in 3 hours later i receive a phone call they don't want to do the oil change because i have over 1000 miles left and i did not i have little under 300 miles left and then i proceed to ask if they can do my tires and they tell me they don't have the time, I understand if you're busy and don't have the time but it left a really bad taste in my mouth with them being unprofessional and just lying saying they did have time for my car to sit there for three hours with nothing done. i would have just rescheduled. not going back

Total incompetence, rude, and the place is very dirty which makes me think they are not conscientious about the work they do. I took my wife's car there, and must have heard "yes sir" 20 times before I got out the door. They kept it for much longer than they said it would take, and they didn't repair it. I was charged a hefty amount for nothing. I had to take my car to another garage, but after about 30 minutes, it was running great. This only shows how bad it was handled. Definitely would not recommend

FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO GO!!!!!! Called and asked for a QUOTE for a Transmission to be replaced agreed on the price and had the transmission ordered.. Repair ended up taking 3 weeks instead of 4 days as I was informed and then when the part finally arrived I called to pay off the balance and was informed that they "Forgot" several charges and basic augured with Dale that we agreed on a price and I expected him to honor it. He finally agreed and then I was OVER CHARGE by 200.00.. Had to spend another 100.00 to get my headlight wiring reconnected because they failed to reconnected it properly.

I had several issues arise with my car. I am new to the area I asked around and Auto Aid was mentioned twice over the rest besides one other. I called both, but Auto Aid squeezed me in and fixed my issue as they came up. Thanks to them I am still rolling.
