Waiting two and a half hours and counting for a routine oil change. No problems with service advisor. No tire rotation or other repairs needed. Avoid this service department especially if you're a "waiter". Other service departments change oil quicker and aren't overbooked with appointments.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

We had previously been happy with our service here and had purchased the mentioned vehicle from this dealership. It had a warranty covered factory flaw repair done on the transmission recently, which required disassembling a significant part of the engine bay. During this they used a vacuum to remove the coolant, and caused an o-ring to fail within that system by putting this inverted pressure on the system. We took it back in once we realized the coolant leak was not just an overfill, expecting them to own up to this accidental damage and take care of it for no-charge. Rather, I was given some ridiculous reasoning that this gasket failure was purely coincidentally timed, and that there's no way the vacuum on the system could have affected the o-ring. Seriously?! They either don't know how mechanical systems work, or they were lying to get me to subsidize their mistake. I now consider them dishonest mechanics, and would advise all others to avoid their services.Service: Auto maintenance
