They sold me a bad engine. Paid over 5.5k and have the same check engine codes. Asked for paperwork on the new engine and they could not provide paper work.Also, after they placed the new engine, I heard a knocking sound. I went to go check my oil and there were 3 bolts sitting on my front windshield. It gets better, there was NO OIL IN MY ENGINE.I went to go get an oil change, and they found one of my transmission lines being held up by the frame of the car. Not to mention my fog lights and hitch lights do not work now.I went back to the shop explaining everything, and they said, "Good help is hard to come by". Made excuses about everything.PLEASE. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! ***WARNING***

Get there my e39 with m54b30 engine. This guys are know their job. I have served as like a BMW dealership, with pro team, but with much cheaper labor. Very clean work. I had issue with engine. It was cranked and shut down at that moment. They fixed for one day this car

I got badly scammed. Got my car towed there after it wasn't jumping on 90$. They promised me to give me a ride to the next rental car place but when we arrived the store manager rudely said this isn't going to happen. So I got picked up by a friend. Went to Enterprise and rented a car, because I needed to pick up my kids. This is when I got the phone call that my car has a broken shifter cable and it'll cost me 1000$ for cable+labor. I asked friendly if they could get me my car towed to my repair shop on the other side of the city and for sudden they said they aren't towing. I mean the towing trucks were from them (!) and they were 60 feet's away. I really felt bad and tried to find a way to talk to the boss and when I had him in line he hung up and then they ghosted me for almost a whole day. No one picked up my calls anymore and I finally drove there the next day in person to arrange the towing. When I was there in person they didn't discuss anything just towed the car to my repair shop and billed me 290$ for towing and for inspection. I didn't talk to them much, just paid and left. When I talked to my repair shop they said that the shifter cable was fine. Put the parts back together and charged me 40$ for this. I ended up paying another 250$ for the rental car (it was super expensive due to Thanksgiving) which wasn't necessary at the end. I'm still speechless...

It was good work at first in June of 2021 then pump went out on brand new transmission in 3 months just sitting in October 2021 getting truck painted once was finished truck wouldn't move had it towed back to them that's how I found out pump was gone so while replacing pump I ask does the transmission have to be dropped to fix pump they said yes so I ask can I get the stage 2 shift kit while the transmission is down for cam purposes which I paid the extra money for kit before Thanksgiving so never knew it was leaking so I really just started driving it for my business in September 2022 only drive it 2 weeks if that an it was dragging to pull so towed it back to shop found out it was a leak in the manual linkage seal but took them over 2 weeks to have the manager contact me which he never did when I called for the manager at least twice a week no response I don't think I should be paying $1000 for something I didnt mess up after the shift kit was put in an new pump is where the problem started I should have a warranty on that shift kit they put in I'm thinking which cause the leak. Wish I had you corporate number an email address bad business to me an it not Thanksgiving yet before shift kit warranty should be out. The owner is a scam artist! Beware of this shop especially if you are a female! I brought my car here while I was out of town a little over 1 year ago to have my transmission fixed. They charged me $2300 just to use old parts that failed shortly after the anniversary of the repair. They gave my a useless 1 year, 12k mile warranty. Here it is a year later and not even 30k miles and the transmission is on its way out AGAIN! When efforts were made to rectify the situation, all I received was an excuse as to why it wasn t possible. This company is TRASH!Services: Transmission, Transmission replacement

After reading these reviews I decided to entrust my 2004 Toyota Tacoma with these pros. With 250K miles, any repair is a decision, but 24 hours after dropping it off I couldn't be happier with the way the new clutch & serviced flywheel feel. Better than the day I bought it. The service here was great, this will definitely be my auto repair shop moving forward. As a woman it s so hard to find mechanics that educate you on your car versus trying to take your money because they don t think you know much. All of the employees here made me feel so comfortable. Excellent customer service! Very detailed oriented on informing you of any issues with you car. I love that they gave me a printout with details of anything they checked out on my car. Definitely will be my "go to" for my NISSAN ALTIMA needs. Extremely knowledgeable Also, the person at the front could not have been nicer! Wanted to give 10 stars, but it won't let me. This is the Best Car Repair Center I have Known!I like my Lexus car very much. However, recently, because the cooling system problem, the engine of my car was broken. Because repair is so expensive, I felt that I might have to abandon this car.This car shop replaced the engine and repaired many associated problems with reasonable price. Now my car runs great!I feel that they are honest to people, passionate in car repair, strongly capable in car repair techniques, and price is reasonable.From now on, I will ask them to take care all of my car problems.Services: Engine repair, Brakes, Air conditioning

Great staff, secure location- I'm in love!! It's nice to be at a repair shop that has a dealership feel to it. Everything is really clean, and I've grown to trust the mechanics because they will give your parts back instead of unnecessarily installing stuff you don't need. Eddy even took the time to show me what was going on when I questioned him. 5 stars hands down best service in Triangle. Amazing place to have transmission repairs done! Eddie and his crew worked on my transmission and my A/C on my 2015 Chevy Silverado done and not only was the work completed on time but precisely on the spot for the price quoted. Warranty on his work!! I refer all of my friends and family to here if they need transmission repairs and any problems. Customer service is 1000% and give you advice With your vehicle and educate you if you don t know anything. Diagnosing vehicles is a difficult job and you won't always be right. I respect this companies friendly service and punctuality. After driving my vehicle for ten minutes and hooking it up to a computer, the mechanic diagnosed its issues as a malfunctioning torque converter that would cost between $1900-$2200 to fix. On principle before I shell out that kind of money, I always get a second opinion. At the end of the day, I took my car to three transmission specialists in the area - two told me it was an electrical issue and one that it was the torque converter. It turns out the car issues were indeed related to a faulty speed sensor which was replaced for 15% of the cost of a torque converter. The car runs beautifully now. I am sure that Triangle Transmissions does great service as evidenced by all the positive reviews, however, I would have appreciated a little more thoroughness in the diagnostic phase.

It was labor day weekend 2020 and my clutch had gone up. After arguing with the dealerships and Nissan corporation and not to mention all of the local wannabe specialists. Mr. Eddie told me if I bring my 2019 Nissan versa and to his shop he would guarantee that I would have my car out the same day. Sounded impossible to me! However, it got done in record time and my car runs better now than it did when I purchased it new from the dealership with only 18 miles on the ometer. I had 51,000 on my car when Mr. Eddie serviced it. FANTASTIC all around!!! Great service, reliable, upfront, friendly, and personable. Wouldn t go anywhere else for service! They have sone a great job changing our transmission and doing some other work and took the time to explain everything thoroughly and clearly. We couldn t have asked for a better experience! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND this great place!!!!

This gentleman didn t fix my vehicle after l payed 4200 dollars. He is Smooth talker, don t let him real you in. After he didn t fix my car, he tried to sale me a truck that was a piece of junk. He took a advantage of me. He has every excuse in the world, every time he open his mouth is been a total lie. He preyed on a old lady, now I have no car to drive. I was worried last week after a lugbolt snapped in two that my family would have to cancel our camping trip for the weekend, but after my wife called around to a lot of businesses, we found triangle transmission, and they fixed the problem in around an hour and had to check three different auto parts places for the part, but they got it done and fast, and the owner was super friendly and down to earth. I highly recommend triangle transmission, they're fast, professional and take good care of you.

I had several sensors on my transmission replaced. Triangle Transmissions was able to take care of this in just three days, after I had wasted nearly two months trying to get University Ford/Lincoln to even lay eyes on my car. Had my car towed in to this shop I was referred by a friend my car was not starting. They diagnosed my car and it was a starter issue. They where able to order the parts in a timely manner. They were super understanding as I was so frustrated I def left with a smile. !!!
