My experience at Take 5 was awesome! They offered me water while I waited and were extremely attentive to my needs. Luis, Will and Dorian even checked in with me to make sure my experience was going well. I can't say enough good about my time getting my oil changed! Thank you all! I will definitely be back again love you guys

I have been coming here since it opened, it is always great customer service , fast and reliable. They offer great deals to first responders and healthcare workers. They are very knowledgeable and they don t try to over sell you on stuff you don t need and will offer multiple options.

I stayed comfortable in my car!! They were quick, friendly and able to answer my questions. They did not try and sell me things I didn t need; ie., they checked my air filter and showed me that it was still good. They found me a discount. I will be back! Decidedly better than most!!

This experience was actually fun! From the bottle of water I was given as soon as I drove into the bay to the receipt I received as I drove out of the bay, it was a smooth, pleasant, and efficient operation. The woman directing everything was phenomenal (wish I got her name). And, I never had to get out of my car! I think the whole thing took 8 minutes from start to finish. They topped off my fluids, checked tire pressure, air filters, changed the oil and replaced the oil filter. Fantastic.Highly recommend and I'm looking forward to going back! I'm never going to the dealer again!

I recently had my car serviced at Take 5 and I must say it was a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly nice and went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable throughout the process. What stood out the most was their excellent communication they kept me informed about the service and patiently answered all my questions. The efficiency and friendliness of the team at Take 5 have definitely earned my trust. I highly recommend them for their exceptional service and customer-focused approach. I ll be back this weekend for the suggested coolant exchange. Which I had no idea you guys did. THANK YOU MUCH COME SEE THE GUYS AT TAKE 5 Duke st.

This group of folks are amazing. They get you in and out really quickly, but manage to still be informative and friendly the entire time. Honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience.Highly recommend using our local Take 5

I came to Take 5 on Roxboro Road for service. They told me that my oil dipstick was broken off inside and that they couldn t pull it out. This happened during a previous oil change with a completely different company. They could have left it in there and sent me on my way. Instead, the technician, Roger spent the time to figure out a way to pull it out. It was not an easy task. Then he called around for a replacement since they only had a universal replacement in stock and it didn t fit my car. I also went online looking for one and I couldn t find one. So Roger again spent time and energy to fix the universal replacement into one that would fit my car. And he did all of that at no charge to me. I really appreciate all that Roger and his fellow employees did to help me. I will continue to use them for my oil changes.

GREAT SERVICE! Super fast and gave me information about my car. I had maintenance that was well over due and would ve never known. They throughly inspected and got my car good and safe for me to drive. Thank you so much Jared, Shaniqua, Tanajih, Randy!!

I m a part-time Uber Driver. I really enjoyed my first experience with Take 5 Oil Change! From the authentic greeting, to the option of staying within your vehicle while it s being serviced, to showing you the before oil and after the oil replacement, and last but certainly not the least of importance, the greatest discount ever!Each employee I came in contact with were kind and professional. Great energy within the servicing bay

This place is cool. I got my oil changed, tire pressure checked and so many other complimentary services in less than 20 min. I also liked that you don t need an appointment to go there, you just walk in and they are ready to receive you as if they were expecting you. Amber and Dave are nice people and always attentive and answer any questions you may have. Keep it up people

Their service here is very great. I feel like everyone was very informative on helping me get my oil change complete and they worked very fast and they were very polite. They have great customer service here and I will be returning soon probably for all of my maintenance that I need on my car thank you take five.

Fast, quick and friendly service!! Henry the manager was great at checking that everything was good and also very informative!! Definitely will be going back! One of the best experiences I ve had with an oil change!

Could not have had a better first experience at Take 5! Everyone was super professional. I didn t feel like they were trying to oversell me like some other places have been know to do. Had me in and out super fast. You could see there was a lot of teamwork going on there with everyone. I look forward to making this my new spot for oil changes. Much appreciated.

So....I had a bad experience at a different business. These guys and gals listened to me and went way above and beyond. The even did a pressure check to make sure I didn't have any leaks. Amazing staff. I am terrible with names, but I believe a young man named William helped me. He was very personable. Super nice people here!

My experience was 10/10 definitely a great place for and oil change! They also had great deals on add ons, plus they top off other fluids in your car and add air in your tires as well. You and your car will will leave the lot feeling well catered to for sure!

Roger was my service technician and William was the manager on duty.They were awesome! They were efficient, quick, and honest about what I needed done. I initially asked for an oil change and ended with almost 4-5 things I needed and they did it all with no complaints. PLUS, I didn t have to leave my car! 10/10.

I got my oil changed today and may I just say Amber and Luis were FANTASTIC!!!! Not only did they change my oil super fast, they also informed me of some other issues that may arise in the future. They recommended I go straight to the Volvo dealership and told me exactly what issues I should inquire about. They truly went above and beyond and were so flexible!!!!!!! I love this place.

Excellent customer service! Got oil changed in both cars, topped off fluids and gave me a bottle of water while I wait. Extremely fast service! Got both cars done in 20 minutes.

I found out about this place while doing a Google search for oil change places near my location. All of the reviews I read were positive. They were extremely fast. The technicians Dorian and Henry were very nice. I will be back

Got my oil change today and both Hector and Luis were awesome! Hector was very professional and knowledgeable, and Luis was very speedy with his work and did a great job. Definitely recommend you get your car serviced here by those two individuals!!

Quick oil change. Offered bottled water when I arrived. Quick service! They even helped me find the best discount to be applied to my service to save me a few bucks. And Amber fixed an additional issue with no charge!! They weren t pushy with sales but thoroughly checked everything. Roger, Aaron, Amber, and Henry were on my team. Will definitely be back!

1st time I went there it was beyond horrible! Tried it again this week and it looks like they have hired 90% new staff. They were trying make it better. Still can't figure out why everyone there works or is looking at only 1 car!Luis carries the load he is a good worker with professional customer service!
