I would avoid this repair shop if at all possible. They have no communication and my repairs were delayed multiple times. I was told that the repairs would take two weeks and it took months. After picking up my car, they did not fix the core issue which I had brought the car in for, being that my A/C was not working. They merely fixed cosmetic issues with the car. The engine overheated before I was even a mile from the shop after picking it up(this was never a problem before) and I had a flat tire (I had recently installed brand new tires) which took another few weeks for them to diagnose and fix. In the end, I was without my car for several months. I was promised a tire replacement but instead was only given a plug. I would not recommend this shop, terrible service.

I was so disappointed with customer service! My insurance company set up for me to go and get body shop there do estimate and hopefully get work done there. The lady met me in showroom and gave her my resignation to my truck . As we are walking out I tell her it s right side mirror. She looks at truck and goes thaogoing to be expensive. I explained to her I didn t care I pay for insurance every month. I was taken back at this because I was in car industry for over 17 years and last job was General Manager at Chevrolet dealership so I have had to hire services writes for service and body shop. I know when a customer brings their car in for service, mechanical or body repair customers are feeling some kind of way! So when she was done she proceeded to let me know that they would not order the parts or touch my car until insurance check is made to them and myself! What! I ask her to say that again! She said the same thing! I didn t want to say anything that I would feel bad for saying so I just left! It appeared that she profiled me! First of all if my insurance company sent me there then they should know all of this! Second of all there will have my truck and if I want my truck back bill has to be paid along with my deductible that I will pay out of pocket. I waited a few days to check with my insurance company and they explained that I had miss my appointment last week to get estimates! That was not accurate! After calling them and insurance company for a few days my insurance company sent me somewhere else to get work done! This was awful!

Very professional they handled my Focus ST with great care. Yes it took time you have think realize things take time especially parts. Your the only customer with a damage car. Glad I came back to Sport DurstService: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

The repairs to my car look good and that is the important part. However, I would have appreciated better communication while they had my vehicle. The week after it was taken in, I got a call and was told they'd call back later that week with a estimated repair schedule. That didn't happen. Having not heard from them, I called after a couple of weeks and was told that the car would probably be ready tomorrow (Wednesday) and they'd call me back and let me know. I didn't get a call Wednesday, so I called Thursday and left a message. I still didn't get a call back, so I called again Friday and was told the person handling my repair was off for the day. I left a message for the manager and finally my call was returned and I was informed my car was ready for pickup.

I had the best experience you can have with a collision center. I hit a deer and was worried about getting my vehicle repaired right and in a timely manner. My adjuster Lyndsey was amazing! She guided me every step of the way and let me know what to expect. I would recommend anyone to use Sport Durst collision center after the excellent service I received!

They have the worst customer service I was told I should have taken my car to Nissan instead of them because they literally hate working on kicks CHRISTINA is very rude let s not forget that I do not recommend this place of business at all and when trying to figure out what happened to my charger ports in my car I was told I didn t have any charger ports where my cup holder are then was told they didn t do any interior work which lie is it I have 2 whole charging ports missing that wasn t like that before my car got dropped off over a month ago no one has answers!! If I could give 0 stars I would definitely and they were going to let me drive off their lot with a flat tire if I hadn t said anything .

Let me tell you about Lyndsey! She came through for me in the realest and kindest way. Lyndsey s communication was consistent and I felt like she truly was invested in making sure I got the help I needed. She went above and beyond for me and I m so grateful that she made an already stressful situation a little more peaceful.

I am a long term customer of this shop and have had work done several times on several different vehicles over about 12 years. The quality of work is always excellent and the staff, especially the manager Cameron who is definitely a stand out in the industry, as well as Jessie and Patrick go out of their way to provide quick and courteous service and make sure your experience is perfect! I moved out of town and still come back to Durham to visit this shop because I know they are one of the absolute best in the triangle.Customer for life here!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Professional, on time, helpful.I brought my Jeep in on Christmas Eve after a collision and was very impressed with the service, staff and had an overall great experience here. I was so glad that Brad who helped me, let me know that it may be a little longer due to the parts he could tell I would need which prepared me for a longer time than Geico had estimated. The text system they have is fantastic, it sends texts to update the service done on your car so you don t have to call or wonder what is going on. Everyone here was so friendly and my car was more clean than it had been and the work done was high quality. I highly recommend Sport Durst Collision!!

Unfortunately I was a total loss with my insurance when I came and the service guy had Set me an appointment to meet with one of there dealer partners at sport Durat Chrysler I went in on Friday looking for a new vehicle that fit my needs, wasn t quite sure what I was looking for, when I got there I met with HaShaun. He was very knowledgeable and listened to all my wants and needs, as far as style, performance, and safety. He was able to find me the perfect vehicle that fit within my budget. I definitely recommend you call and ask for Hashaun!!!!

Took my truck in for service and had a great experience working with Jon. They evaluated the issue and turned the service around quickly. They have a text system setup that carefully communicates service expectations and timeline. Truck work was completed earlier than expected and service experience was great. Thank you. I will return to this location and recommend this service center to my colleagues at work.

Significant damage to my Tucson after being rear-ended. If it had not been for Natalie Paxton, the manager of the collision center, this could have been a really challenging experience. The other insurance company was incredibly difficult and Natalie solved the problems more than once. My car looks beautiful and can't offer enough thank you's to Natalie. She is truly amazing! Brought my vehicle here because the purchasing experience was so pleasant. Unfortunately this was the worst customer service experience I've ever had, the level of incompetence was second to none. If I could give it a worse review, I would. It started off great. Intake was easy only took about 20 minutes. The car was guaranteed to be done by January 10. We got regular text updates stating everything was on track. January 10 (Friday) came, and we received no updates. I called. And they said they would try, but guaranteed it would be done the following Monday (January 13). I called on Monday and they said it was not ready. I am finally just picking it up today. I asked if there was a place to express my dissatisfaction and was told there was nobody I could talk to. In fact, Susanna at the front desk said I was there were other people who had the same issues. When I replied that other people s cars are not my problem, she stated that I was lucky to have gotten my car fixed at all. Bottom line, service was sub par. Had I known it was a luck factor to get my car repaired, I never would have brought it here.

UNBELIEVABLY DISORGANIZEDHad repairs done for an accident caused by someone else. At fault party s insurance directed me to Sport Durst and arranged for a rental car from Enterprise. Drop my car off, Enterprise meets me with a rental car and everything goes well from there. Return to pick up my car a month later, return the rental to Sport Durst, they say they ll take care of calling enterprise to pick up the rental car. And then everyone lived happily ever afterNOT!Turns out that not only did Sport Durst never tell Enterprise the rental car was returned (in the designated Enterprise car return parking spot!), they somehow managed to LOSE the rental car. No idea how it was stolen, but clearly something went catastrophically wrong on their end. So unless you want to spend the next YEAR of your life fighting with Enterprise and Insurance companies about damage that occurred to a vehicle WEEKS after you returned it, I d avoid Sport Durst at all cost.They are disorganized as hell, but hey, at least the repairs were okay Service: Body & Trim

3 months waiting on to receive my car, 99% completed and a scrap across my windshield. I bought the car from Sport Durst, I went to them to get OME replacement parts. I'm very disappointed.

This company was unprofessional from the start. If I had known it was Sport Durst I would have stopped my insurance company from sending it there to begin with because their repair shop once before let this same vehicle sit over a month AFTER I authorized repairs because they said the cost outweighed the value of the vehicle! I said it s my money and if I want to spend it on the vehicle I can; I ended up getting it repaired elsewhere. Fast forward a few years and now this nightmare. My vehicle was sent there by the insurance company for window repairs (the two rear windows of my mini van were blown completely out because a tow truck driver towed it incorrectly) but due to the age of the vehicle, they proceeded to neglect to properly cover the vehicle during bad weather. When I came to get something out of the vehicle and noticed, I emailed my rep with pics who didn t respond and address the issue until the next day. When I initially left I told it wasn t that bad, but after asking them to properly cover my vehicle and to protect against/ address water damage, they then claimed my vehicle was a total loss. They said they searched for parts at a salvage and found none. Then the story changed to there were parts but they couldn t guarantee they couldn t get them without them being damaged. They then began rushing the insurance company to have my vehicle moved but had left a light on in the vehicle which killed the battery. When the tow truck driver arrived, he said he asked for help trying to jump it, but they refused. He had to leave a charging device on it and come back after 4 hours and get it. This company sucks and it s why I stopped bringing my Grand Caravan to them as well.

My vehicle was involved in accident on 2/10 and towed to Sports Durst Collision on 2/11. No one ever contacted me to confirm my vehicles arrival. I left a VM on 2/11. I emailed on 2/12 or 2/13 to their general inbox listed on website. No contact. On Monday, 2/14 I called and left a VM to Cameron. No contact. I then called the number on their website rather than Google and got a hold of Natalie who confirmed my Mazda was there and that I needed to sign a form. I explained I sent them an email with the estimated repair cost from my insurance company and she asked where I sent it as she needs to find the email. She then gave me the email of Patrick P. I emailed him and to date (9:21p pn 2/16/22) I havent heard a thing about next steps or estimated repair time etc. Based on other lower star reviews I am hesitant to continue the repair process with them and have now asked how I can remove my car to somewhere else that at least responds to my inquiries. I only gave 2 stars because Natalie was pleasant once I signed form but overall the communication is severely lacking here.Update 3/4: the communication slightly improved however the insurance company didn t accept their revision on the repair. No worries, I had enough out of pocket to pay for the repair myself after they removed some items not related to the accident. I was quoted about $9200. After several days Natalie called me stating it d be 2 months for a repair and they just can t take on this car right now. I find that interesting because if that s the case they should ve told me that before they quoted to the insurance company right? Anyway this place is not interested in anything but potential insurance fraud to inflate repair costs IMO. Literally the timeline nor cost was an issue. Natalie began suggesting cheaper places and they use premium paint etc etc clearly she wasn t listening to the fact the cost wasn t an issue.

Drive to Sports Durst Collision Center on 3/31/23 at about 2 pm ,I walked in asked for a estimate ,I was then told by receptionist that Wendy who does appointments will call me to schedule ,so I left my name and telephone number with her, no one called me that day ,I then called again to try to schedule at 1 pm on 4/1/23 at 1 pm since no one had returned my call from 3/31 to schedule, I was told that Wendy was on lunch until 130 she would call me back to schedule appointment for estimate ,Called back at 2 pm since Wendy did not call me back at 130 after her lunch ,I was then told she was on the phone would return my call. I did not receive call until 518 from an unknown number ,no message was left, I then called number back at 519 left message with my name and explained that I have been trying to schedule since 3/31, I then called back again today at about 11am in which I was finally able to contact Wendy ,she stated that her earliest appointment was April 24 three weeks to get a 15 minute estimate , I then asked since I had been trying to contact to schedule since 3/31 to try in work me in since it was a fender bender, she stated again in a condescending voice that April 24 is only date .I then asked to speak to a manager ,she then quickly got off phone transferred call to some voicemail ,I left message for her manager to call me back but no one called me back, This is the most unprofessional body shop in Durham, they do not care to treat customers like they even care cannot even get an estimate appointment in a timely manner smdh, ps I saw after all of this on website they do online estimates ,why was I told this by the 4 people I talked to including the first receptionist ,,

Just picked up my car from the body shop after being hit by a deer, so happy with the repairs, big thanks to Cameron and Patrick for their help in communicating with me about the costs and repair time. They were AWESOME. Highly recommend this shop for anyone wanting great service.

Natalie the Progressive agent for sports durst collision as a longtime employee Has been nothing short of professional, prompt cooperation /communication and reassured me that their service is top notch 15 Chrysler 200 and my present 18 Outlander has always had the best service From day one, I have been doing healthy business with Sport Durst Collision since 2016 when, I relocated back from TX The courtesy is Expeditious and pertinacious I have never allowed any other collision center to touch or breathe on my auto I sometimes call them family I give a huge 10 or 5star rating They, also are located in a convenient position My choice Enterprise Rentals is across the street they always pick me up for my Rental services Salute Sport Durst Collision is a great choice I recommend them all for the RTP community Services: Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Brakes

Very Bad Experience There.My RAM Promaster 3500 is under warranty. This morning, I go there because my van always shows "oil change needed" after last oil change in last month here. And no power in trailer plug. I told the receptionist that my van is in warranty. When I pick up my van at 5 pm, the receptionist charge me $154.7 totally. My complaint are that they should ask me if repair or not before they do it. They said my trailer plug has no power because of my trailer not because of the van, so they should charge even they never see my trailer. About half a year ago, my van plug had no power at the first time, they repaired it without charging me. This time, the same problem happens again and my van is under warranty, too.Why charge me and no solicit opinions before they do it? By the way, the receptionist had very bad attitude. I told him that I can pay but this is the last time I come here. After he slide my card, he throw it out to me.By the way, I repaired trailer plug of my van half a year ago here, I think this part repair is under warranty, too. Why charge me this time when my van and this part repair are both under warranty? And no notification before they do it? Why my van always shows "oil change needed" after I do it here last month? Did they do oil change really last month in the same truck center?

I just wanted to say WOW!!! What an experience. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from the Sport Durst family of dealerships. This time I worked with Kali Render and she was perfect. I was able to work out the deal through email and phone. They gave me an awesome deal and even went to VA to get the truck that fit my checklist. I had been to 2 other dealerships in the Triangle and neither one of them wanted to give me the time of day unless I was buying from their inventory. I sent Kali all of my information ahead of time and that made it so easy once I got to the dealership. All of the paperwork was printed and ready to go. All I had to do was sign and drive away. A special shout out goes to James Gerhold who stepped in and helped with the delivery process. He took all of the time I needed to go over every feature on the Ram. He showed me things I had no idea it even had. Also another shout out to Alex Miller for helping orchestrate the whole deal. I will definitely send anyone I know looking for a New Ram to go see the team at Sport Durst!!!!!!!! Can't wait for #5

I took my truck in almost a month ago now to have some recalls fixed. While I was there I asked if they could check out a couple sensors that we're going off. Bentley, the service manager, told me he'd check out my warranty and see if I was covered. I waited a day, then two, then three... Nothing. So I called the truck center. Straight to Bentley's voicemail. I've called over a dozen times since then, left voicemails with my contact info, and even spoken to the people in the collision department about it being impossible to get ahold of anyone in the truck center (one of which personally went to talk to him and left my contact info on a sticky note on his computer). Now, I think those guys are good guys up there and I don't have anything else against the dealership, but this is extremely frustrating. If I remembered exactly what was wrong with my truck, I would have called the warranty company myself by now and would have had it fixed elsewhere. Now I'm worried that even if this issue is resolved they'll overcharge me for extraneous services since I am writing a poor review. Overall not very happy since I need my truck in good condition to move houses this month.
