Great place to buy a lawn mower, chain saw etc. I have purchased several pieces of equipment from them. They are certainly not the closest to me but it is worth the drive. Kendal is very knowledgeable and professional, would recommend

Bought over $4k of equipment. They dont treat people of color fair. They said my mower was fixed and it wasn't... charged me $220 for something that wasn't fixed.

Hal was remarkably knowledgeable when it came to helping pick out my husbands surprise birthday gift. He and his staff went above and beyond to make sure it was delivered on time and ready to use.My husband loves his new zero turn!Looking forward to doing business with them in the future.

Bought a Husqvarna 555fx. Had to be ordered. Thomas took good care of me and responded quickly to all my questions. The actual store is beautiful and very well stocked. People behind the counter are very knowledgeable. I haven't used them for repair yet but I plan too.

These guys are awesome. Tell them what you need when you come in and they will surely point you to the right thing! I bought a chainsaw and two different blowers from them. All were bought per their recommendations which were spot on.Their service is also impeccable, Had my saw serviced here under warranty and they fixed it WHILE I WAITED then showed me how to keep the problem from recurring.Kind, efficient, knowledgeable. Do NOT shop at a big-box store when this place exists!

Truly enjoy the great customer experience and expertise regarding their knowledge of small engines. I have also had my small engines repaired and serviced here, and I have always had a great experience. It was tough to find a trustworthy company that doesn t leave you feeling like you are being taken advantage of. I drive past many other small equipment dealers and always look forward to spending time here. They have a large selection of equipment and service items to keep my uptime up! Great company!

Excellent product on hand. Service was outstanding. Their product knowledge was good and helped us Wade through the options to decide on the best purchase for our needs. Very happy with the staff support. There was never a feeling of being sold but rather helping us decide which would best suit our needs. I would recommend!

I was looking for a certain Toro Super Recycler that had a Honda engine. Every other dealer I called said I would have to call back in several months, because that model was back ordered. Durham Mower and Saw went above and beyond. They found one at another dealer and transferred it to theirs, so I didn't have to wait several months. When I went to pick it up, I was in and out of their store in less than 20 minutes. The employee I spoke to was very kind and helpful. This is by far the best experience I have had with any power equipment dealership. If I need any other equipment, I will definitely be coming back.

My family has done business here since I can remember. They are always so nice and willing to help you out with anything you need. The fact you can buy something from them and they can service and repair it is worth every penny! If you want all the knowledge in the world about lawn equipment and customer service that leaves you smiling knowing they are doing you right this is the place to go!

These guys are great. Not only did they give me a good deal (I shopped around) but I have a place to go for repairs! I have sent some stuff to them on it's last leg and they were able to bring it back to life. Hal is AWESOME!

Great customer service, honest, and these boys can probably fix anything.I brought in a Hustler 48 Fastrak that I thought the one of the hydro-gears had failed. I was wrong and the repair wasn't that extensive. They could have easily charged me for a $900 part and a few more hundred for service. They fixed the issue for a few hundred bucks, and I was so impressed with their honesty and service that I had them do a full service on my mower. It runs better than new and if it ever needs service or repairs I will definitely go back.

Great Customer Service and Service Teams!!I started a small Lawn Care business in October 2020 and I was shopping around for a Leaf Blower and my last stop was at Quality Mower & Saw Equipment - Durham Polaris ( 10 miles from home ). I was treated with respect and given what I consider great customer service.I bought the blower I needed and have shopped there ever since.I purchased the blower, a trimmer, Edger, chain saw (All Stihl by the way ) even though I have a Stihl Dealer 1/2 mile from me .My next purchases from Quality will be a Ryan Aerator and another Hustler Raptor.Was just there for needed service on my current Hustler. Very poor customer service! It's all about the money and they say they are honest and Christian folks. Then the woods are full of them. They over charge and do repairs that are not needed, then over charge you for something different. Very bad experienceI do not have the invoice number, but these folks know who I am. The owners response is very untrue. Bad experience. . It's all about the money with the owner. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere because you will not have a pleasant experience and that come from a man that works at this business and used to work with the owner at a business and he robbed them blind. He just didn't get caught.I will come in so that you will remember me.I worked with the owner at black industries and watched him steal hardware to use in his own business. Still up to his old tricks

I purchased one weed eater and hedge trimmer both from them. the trimmer has a minor issue after a while, I brought to them and they repaired for me, I expected some fee for sure. when the repair was finished, they told me it is free of charge. WOW and the repair man was very nice and show me what was wrong and told me the items I bought from them have 2 yrs' warranty by default.they are all very nice and professional from the step i was trying to select items to repair when i have an issue.BTW, the prices they gave me were lower than any shops around Triangel area. i called many places for the same products before i came to them.I would rather leave those people 10 out of 10.

After trailering our ATV to their building because they told us twice to bring it in. The manager decides our Polaris is to old for them to work on. How nice of them. How would he feel if a doctor told him he was to old to work on?

After another dealer advertised low and jacked up the price with fees we found our Polaris Ranger 500 at Durham Polaris. Daniel gave us a fair straightforward price, educated us on all aspects of our UTV and we felt terrific with the purchase. Thomas delivered the vehicle and answered all our questions. I highly recommend these folks. Honest, hardworking and ethical.

They offer a broad range of zero turn lawn mowers. Also they have a 0 percent finance rate for 42 months which is better than Lowe's or Home Depot. They have a great service department. No high pressure sales tactics which made for a pleasant time searching, but at the same time they answer any questions you may have. One point that impressed me was how after the sales they will take the time to competely cover ever little detail about the mowers. Hey they even gave me a nice hat, as well as a gave my son a complete set of mower blades. On a scale of 1 to 10 I will give them a solid 10 any day of the week. I highly recommend anyone looking for a mower to come by here before purchasing elsewhere. They offer many mowers and they have their own financeing that is excellent 42 months with 0 percent financing words does not when do justice for this place. A1 all the way around.

I purchased a new Stihl weed eater that has the capability of adding attachments. Thomas Porter was knowledgeable and extremely helpful. A fried of mine gave me an older hedge trimmer attachment and I couldn't figure out how to get it to work on my new machine. Thomas said bring it on up and we will look at it. Thomas showed me how to attached it and off I went. Thomas could have said it doesn't work with the new machine and sold me a new $250 attachment but he was honest and helpful and I am a customer for life. This is a great business!

Terrible. I was there 15 to 20 minutes and not a single 'hi' ...or 'can I help you?' from anyone. So, I went straight to Brewer in Henderson and bought a bad a$$, 2018, side-by-side and customized it with accessories. It's a beast! I gave 1 stars as a thank you for being so rude because it got me to Brewer and those folks are top notch!!

Took my chainsaw for maintenance. I was informed that it would be more expensive to fix it than to buy another one. An oily box with all the chainsaw pieces was attempted to returned to me. I was told I would get charge extra if they put it back together the way I originally took to them. I took it elsewhere and now it running great.
