Os-cars is a honest business. The mechanics are very friendly and communicative. Special shout out to Miguel who kept me updated the entire time. AAA told me I needed a new alternator and the mechanics at Os-cars said I didn t! They saved me so much money and gave me an honest review of what was going on with my car. So happy I found them, easily 5/5 stars.

Honest repair shop! I decided to bring them my 2012 Toyota Camry because the dealer diagnosed that it needed a whole new radiator and it was seeping coolant through the top, this was going to cost me well over a thousand dollars. I brought it to Os-car s for a second opinion and all my car needed was a new radiator cap, a one thousand dollar plus diagnostic turned out to be a simple $80 fix. I have sent several people here who were looking an honest mechanic in the area. I grew up in a family-owned mechanic shop and this is how you should run a business - honest, helpful, and friendly. They have treated every person I have sent well, have done the opposite of scamming them (other shops quoting work that's not needed, this shop telling the customer what they actually need, etc.) Have sent a young girl freaking out about her brake light with a $2000 quote from another shop, this shop chose not to prey on her and the bill was under $300. (And, they did everything exactly how I would have.) I'd like to personally thank the mechanics here for keeping an honest buisness. You fix the reputation so many mechanics break apart.

I have had my engine light on for about two years, I took my car to different mechanics to fix it, and every mechanic was telling me different things at different prices. By the time I took my to OS-car auto, I was extremely frustrated. I was so impressed by how they were honest. They told me exactly what I needed and how much I ll be paying. I was not surprised by my bill. They were very nice!

Have had nothing but a positive experience with these guys. They are fair and honest about pricing and have taken the time to show me exactly what was wrong with my car, even when it was something different than what I came in for. They weren't trying to upsell me either, and I know this because they showed me the various faults (for example a wearing timing belt). I have nothing but high praise for this shop.

What a great experience! I had just arrived at the CVS near their shop when I noticed my battery light came on. They were the closest so I rushed over to get the car diagnosed. My alternator had gone bad and they got me in and out of there in about an hour. Very friendly and helpful. Ram�n and his team are the most professional I ve dealt with in a while. Owning a foreign vehicle isn t fun when it s out of warranty and you don t have a trusted mechanic to go too. I was referred to these guys by someone in my loft housing area. They done nothing but provided excellent service on my 740i BMW F01 series. Routine maintenance repairs my a/c unit, water pump, ignition coils, oil filter gasket and oil filter. Not all at once but over time and still managed to beat dealership prices. I travel a lot in my car and it still rides and drives like it s brand new. I brought in my BMW for a good amount of work and routine maintenance and Oscar and his guys did a great job. The price was more than fair, the turn around time was quick and the car drives like its brand new. Ramone is also great and kept me in the loop at all times and always answered any questions or concerns that I had. Great shop and great guys!

I happened to take my car in to OsCar's without really planning on it. I was in the area for a different reason and happened to mention to somebody about a light on my dash that I was going to have to get looked at some point. They recommended OsCar's which was around the corner and so I went in on a Friday at 5.30 pm for an estimate, with no real intention to get it fixed right away. My very first impression itself was extremely positive as the person at the counter happily stepped out to scan the code on my car, instead of looking at his watch and asking me to make an appointment, which is what you imagine most places would do. Couple of mins later, he had scanned the code, explained what was wrong, what my options were, how much the part would cost, where I could get the part myself and how much he would charge to have it put in. That's it! I could tell right away that I was dealing with someone who knew what he was talking about and was being straight and honest about what it would cost. I ordered the part and returned a couple of days later when Ramon (different person from Friday) was at the desk. He was super courteous and nice and I had to explain very little to him about my previous interaction with them. 30 mins later, car is ready, part put in perfectly. Great job, fair price, delightful experience. I even decided to get my State Inspection done right there, seeing how easy they were to work with, compared to all the other places around. They will be my go-to guys whenever I need any work done next.

I have had my C10 worked on by many people, and most people only addressed small issues. Os-car's is fixing the real issues.

Very expensive, the truth is, they charge you $80 per hour. I recently took a car and the parts only cost me about $100 and for labor they charged me about 500, super expensive, really.Muy caro la verdad te cobran $80 por hora hace poco lleve un carro yo y en las partes nada m�s me salieron como $100 y por mano de obra me cobraron como 500 super caro la verdad
