I went in to get some parts for my car, I was greeted the way I expected!! Mike was very knowledgeable about his job made me want to keep on spending money with O'Reilly parts. Very respectful to me..and I felt like, he wasn't just doing it because I am considered to be a senior citizen. It's just the way he was raised!! I that. Hillsborough rd. You're doing it..my hat off to the parents of this young Man!

It s a shame the commercial side is such a let down I like their inventory just sucks to over pay for it. Thanks for not being helpful. Walker NAPA is a much better alternative.

I went there for a gas cap and while i was there, I got the 'check engine' light investigated. The store rep that assisted me, 'MJ' was not only helpful, but easy to talk with. He was thorough in explaining the various code read outs. His customer service skills are quite remarkable--and rare! Thank you, MJ for your kindness and patience.

Very bad experience here. After saying excuse me twice, even after being addressed the clerk was fixed intently on his phone. After waiting and nothing occurring I explained my situation, asked a question, and never earned his eye contact.The other clerk was really helpful until another guy came in with a question and he turned to him mid conversation to take care of him, turning a blind eye to the e-cigarette the customer was puffing and filling up the breathing air with. Smoking inside a retail store?? On top of all else that was the last straw. I clunked my car down the road and got my tools elsewhere.

I tried to return a bad part that purchase back in October and they couldn t find it in the system and the manager said that he could find anything from here to Alaska. Needless to say I had to go back to the store I purchased it from to be able to get the replacement part. I didn t even get an apology when I went back and showed him my receipts from the other store.

Went in on a Sunday around 7 PM to say the least the staff was very busy looking at their phones not too concerned about incoming customers. If it was my business I would be coaching them on customer service skills. Especially with Advance Auto in walking distance. Next time that is where I will go.

Joshua the store manager was very helpful this morning, going over and beyond with checking my car's check engine light. While the job was larger than just a replacement part, he did provide a great referral to a local shop to assist and provided me a little education on possible issues to explore.

If you know enough Kevin is the man to talk to there! Top service from him and always the right part! Other staff is good too but make sure your parts search is through the VIN. Tools are decent quality mostly china made stuff but all comes with a warranty.

The best service ever. I went there to buy car fues and ask for help with the location of fuel ( on Saturday at 1pm). The employee there ( a 35-55 ages range gentleman with long pony tail brown hair) dedicated to help me. Finally , I got my fuel replace and so grateful to this person. The cost of fuels only $3.22. which is nothing compared his dedication to service a customer.

Great group of people at this store. Knowledgeable and efficient. Whenever I go for parts they always have what I need or can have it by the next day. They have a huge network of warehouses so they are able to get what u need fast

Purchased a new alternator last Friday plus the core charge. I go back Monday with the old alternator and receipt to get my core refund and I'm told that they have no cash available and come back another time. I return again on Tuesday and I'm told that they can't issue core refunds unless the old alternator is in the box that the new alternator came in! Thankfully I found it in the trash can and went back for a third time. The employee slapped my money and receipt on the counter and walked away without saying a word! I wanted to get pricing on more parts I needed so I just left and went to AutoZone. Don't loose your box if you're dealing with O'Reilly's!

I called in to get a quote on the part and Dylan was very unhelpful. I asked him about a part that I really didn t know the name of and he shot me down quickly. Explaining to me that he could be any help cause I couldn t tell him the name of the part. Good customer service comes with going the extra mile for a customer even when they are unsure of what something is. All in all he told me maybe I should call back if I figure out what the name of the part is .

They are always super nice and helpful. They are great about returns if you grab the wrong part.They also have oil recycling around the back, you just have to ask.It's my go to parts shop in the area.

When hiring ppl who will be representing your business make sure the attitude is there for the job. They lack consider of customer. I went in for head light and I left with nothing and not because they did not have it but because cashier lack the skills to close the sale. Which was let me call or go check. Just to help customer get what he/she needed.

best service of any parts store. every time i go in their is the same guys which means they do a great job because they do. they are very helpful and go the extra mile for you. i go to O'Reilly before i go to any other parts store.

I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO O'REILLY TO HAVE YOUR DISK BRAKE CUT!Worst customer service. I went in on the weekend to have my disk brakes turned. They told me that the person who knows how to operate the machine was not there but he would be the next day. They suggested that I leave the disk brake there so the "one man" who knows how to operate the machine can work on my brakes early in the morning. I agreed because I thought they would do what they said they would do.The next day, I went in to pick up my disk brakes. Turns out the "one guy" who knows how to operate the machine wasn't told there were brakes that he needed to work on. The manager that afternoon apologized to me, then told me to leave the disk brakes one more time and he will make sure they get turned. Of course I'm up upset but it wasn't anyone's fault right?So I agreed to leave the disk brakes there once more. (Side note, my wife was pissed because she was borrowing her parent's vehicle to get around since she couldn't drive her own car) I came back the next day hoping to pick up my disk brakes, pay for them, and then put them on my car so we can drive safely. Well, when I got to the store, these goons were arguing with a customer about Tom Brady's deflated football. I mean yelling at the customer and telling him he's wrong. How is that professional?Once the customer left, I was finally helped. When I asked for the disk brakes, I find out that the disk brake STILL haven't been cut! At this point, I'm furious! The manager on site suggested that I leave, once more. I told him I've left it here for the past 2 nights & I can't keep waiting for them to do their job. 2 guys behind the desk proactively tried to help me but the manager told them they couldn't. The manager wanted to give me 10% discount on new disk brake. I said no to the offer, took my disk brakes, and walked out.3 days wastes & no disk have been cut. I found a guy off Holloway st who cut my disk brakes the same day I walked into his shop. He charged me $10 and I was done. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO O'REILLY TO HAVE YOUR DISK BRAKE CUT!

Those 2 young men that work the counter knowledge is impeccable. I felt comfortable with there input and will go by there personally and thank them the next time im in the Bull City. My car is running good.

One of their delivery drivers(matt) cut me off on the road, and turned into this location. Then proceed to try and intimidate me. The manager was nearby watching, and tried to get him to back off. Luckily, I have his rude, foul mouth on video. I just called corporate, and will be posting the video to YouTube shortly.I've bought several parts here, and will continue to, unless this person remains employed...

Went to ORileys because Auto Zone never has the parts that my son needs for his 88 Foxbody Mustang. The guys are so helpful and friendly unlike Auto Zone. They always take the time to help you find what you need and never seem bothered by customer questions or concerns.

A little wait time but I found what I wanted as soon as I walked in. Ozium air freshener is the best ever and O'Reilly's is the only place I've seen it. Price is very reasonable for both the large home size ($6.99) and the smaller car size ($2.99).

Great place I had a check engine light come on and it caused me to have to change a spark plugs and an ignition coil but two guys helped me out . They do know what they are doing ! I was very pleased thanks O'Reilly's

Would not price match competitors he said he was 10 mins closer so there For there not in the same market!!! It's carquest and auto part international they are ur biggest competitors. Now I will drive 10 mins further to save almost 80$ on the part never again!

They made buying parts for your vehicle very pleasant. No one enjoys having to buy parts for a vehicle in need of repair, but at least O'REILLY makes the experience a little less of a hassle.
