The tall Black lady was such a help I could have hugged her neck. Good people here. If you go please be respectful and patient.

Fantastic inventory but staff is about as helpful as putting on a glove after you get a blister.

My oil light came on so I bought some oil, and Amanda & Kara saw me with the hood up & came out to help. They looked up my car to check how much oil to add, fetched me a funnel and recommended a local mechanic when Amanda spotted a leak. They were so helpful & friendly, I highly recommend this store for your auto needs!

I get most of my auto parts from here but you must verify that the part they give is the right part for your car even if they look it up and tell you it is. I know that sounds like common sense, but we know everyone doesn t have it.

Purchased some new windshield wipers. The good part of this story however is that they put them on for Free. I never knew that auto parts stores would do that for you It used to take me 45 minutes to figure out how to put those on

Chukara was great, she helped me figure out what was going on with my vehicle. Most go to place. Great customer service

These guys have great hours and friendly service. They installed my new battery right the first time- and it's still going strong 2 years later. They are gracious about all the used engine oil I drop off and can source parts I ask for in hours instead of weeks.

I visited this location and had the pleasure of working with MJ. He is a top notch representative. If he is not the GM or owner someone should take notice from O'Reillys because he very good at what he does. He was very smart and had incredible people skills. O'Reillys is mad better because of MJ.

Compared to Autozone and Advanced Auto, O Reilly s has unusual part you can t find anywhere in the former locations mentioned. i.e brake caliper piston and caliper repair kits. They even still cut rotors which is a fraction of the cost of buying a new one these days. Customer service is very chill and straight forward.

I stopped into this store to look for several things. I was never greeted, never spoken to, by either employee that was there, a male, who I only got a very quick look at, and a young blonde female, with glasses. This young girl, was very happy to greet 2 different men that had come in separately, after myself. I was disgusted to say the least. If this is how older females are treated at this location, they have alot to learn (I'll never know, because I won't return there)

I m definitely not a car expert but we went in at 9:30 on a rainy night in desperate need of a windshield wiper. Can t remember the guy s name that helped us but he was great. Knew exactly how to help and even showed me how to put it on. Definitely recommend.

Buyer Beware! Terrible customer Service. I'm an Auto tech and tow truck driver. Two younger bro's and dad - All mechanics and we pride ourselves in quality work. We have an outstanding rep. I know how parts stores are suppose to operate.Napa is your best in my opinion. They're Pioneers and are good. Albeit cost may be more but rest assured you will get a good quality part and the customer service that won't expects. In any event, buying a part that does not work or is wrong you will be treated fairly and the part will be exchanged according to policy which is pretty fair as opposed to my experience at O'Reilly's on Roxboro Road and Durham North Carolina.

Stopped by to get some new wipers. Staff made good recommendations, offered to install them, and were friendly.

So much for professional parts people. I didn't feel like my concerns were addressed in a fashion conducive to professionalism.I walked in and asked which type of adhesive/cement would best bond to the black plastic/polymer intake manifold, as I had broken off a small nipple and was looking to re-attach it with a JBWeld-type adhesive/cement. One guy gave me the immediate response of: "Buy a new intake." Sorry, that is simply not the appropriate answer. I am aware that I can buy a new intake for several hundred dollars. I am interested in repairing it first, even if it is a long shot, for a few bucks versus paying out several hundred dollars for a new one. It might pay off, it might not; I understand the risks. That is why I asked you for your advice on the best type of adhesive/cement to use, because several of them state on the package that they bond to harder materials such as those found in these manifolds. The clerks seemed like stereotypical macho-male type back yard mechanics, not professionals. I won't be going back to this store. The cement I chose bonded well and the repair took. It's still functional to this day.

I use to only buy parts from Napa but in the past several years I honestly believe they all use the same quality parts. O'Reilly's will match the prices I can get at the other big 3 stores and the staff is generally sociable where as the staff of Advance Auto on Roxboro Rd for example often acts as if I'm a bother when I need parts. For what I deem the same quality parts I'll go where the staff is nicer.

I was just buying a couple of wiper blades, but Connie and Mario(?) were super, super helpful. They definitely have my business for any future auto needs!

Low engine oil light came on, so I came in to get some but discovered the cap was stuck and went inside and asked for help. The very nice employee (Rebecca) got the cap off but accidentally dropped it and it landed in the undercarriage, too far under to see, but not far enough that it would fall out! So she asked another employee (Josh) to fish it out since she didn't have a spare shirt.Did I mention it was raining? So this poor man pulls on a rain slicker, grabs some long tools and some cardboard boxes and lays down under my car to get it out. And because he's the one who manned the register when I bought the oil, I know his back was hurting because I'd commented on how loudly his back popped and we'd chatted a little. And yet there he was, toughing it out so that I didn't have to.I think Rebecca and especially Josh really went above and beyond.

An auto parts store reminiscent of the time when the guys behind the counter knew about cars.Seriously - the guys behind the counter actually know about cars, unlike some of the other parts stores. They are extremely friendly and car enthusiasts. They also take oil for recycling.

Adam, Im glad you brought this to our attention. As Professional Parts People my team offered you the correct fix, the qualified fix for your concern and the best fix for your concern. We offered the replacement intake for several reasons, some of those included: Loss of vacuum could/would affect the braking of your vehicle. As you know without brakes, there is a significant liability issue. Loss of vacuum could/would affect the Federal Emissions of your vehicle. Once again, by choosing the repair you did it is your liability if the vehicle fails yearly DOT inspection. Loss of vacuum could/would affect the drive-ability of your vehicle. Gas mileage could increase or decrease depending on how the engine computer compensates for the leaking nipple. We offered both new parts and the possibility of sourcing good quality used parts for your concern. In fact we recommended that if money was very tight and you did not mind pulling the part yourself, where you could find the part (salvage yard)! Gluing the the nipple back onto your intake was in fact your choice, and is therefore your total liability if the patch fails. My Team and I have more than 100 years of experience between us, we will always share the correct way first, and what might work 2nd. "Stereotypical macho-male type back yard mechanics" does not fit the mold for an employee of O'Reilly's. You will find compassionate, dedicated employees at every location of O'Reillys you enter. These are the same employee's, that much like yourself are pinching penny's until Lincoln screams for mercy. I would like to invite you back into the store when you get ready to do the correct repair and offer 10% off the items needed to do the correct repair.Once again thank you for your feedbackRon

Came to store to replace slave cylinder for clutch. Parts in stock. Willing to switch part due to open box at store. Can t beat the price of the large DOT3 store brand.

Refused to acknowledge or honor pro-rated battery warranty on the defective battery I came in with today. While they may not currently offer pro-rated battery warranties, that doesn't mean they shouldn't continue to honor 84-month pro-rated warranty on a battery purchased in 2013.

Staff are very friendly and helpful. Products are inexpensive, but there seems to be limited availability of recognized, quality brands.

One of very few auto parts stores with employees that actually know what they are talking about. Right part every time, unlike the many auto parts stores i have had to deal with.
