Store #6487 i had the best customer service experience by a gentleman named Michael(tall guy) he helped me through every single dumb question i had. Recommended the best products and even explained me how to use them. Store is really organized and cleand and clerks are always ready yo help you. I found all i needed and more. But customer service makes everything, i am coming back here even though i can find similar products anywhere i dont think ive been helped like this anywhere. I stopped by O'Reilly auto parts, need a rear wiper blade for my 2020 ford eco-sport,Justin removed the old one and installed a new one for me. Great service, thanks Justin!

Both gentlemen were very polite and welcoming. However, Vincent quickly went above and beyond the minute he came out to assist.I requested to have a code pulled from my ODB system as I had a "Check Engine" light come on. Vincent, didn't dally, he came right outside with me and plugged in. The minute he got a read, he told me the code, what it was, and that he had some products to correct it. He then took me inside, explained the system, the issue, and went through all the products that could remedy it and gave me run down on his personal picks and reasons why. He also showed me preventative products to periodically use to prevent future issues. (For $6 ~ at oil change time) Something I will be doing.As I worked around the corner, had a half a tank of gas, half an hour ride home, (The criteria needed for use) I used it before leaving work that afternoon. By then next morning, my throttle response was way enhanced and my car idled smoother. After I got home my "Check Engine" went off.But, my success (or the fact he saved me > $1500) is not the reason for the 5 star. Vincent's haste, directness, honesty, politeness, and proper assessment of the issue is!I have a mechanic, and I have done a lot of work, on a lot of cars, all the way back to the 80s but, then next time an issue comes up, I will probably stop by to get a first or second opinion from Vincent!

Best quality experience! The staff are all knowledgeable, experienced, and with the most pleasant, dedicated and professional manner. I needed information and products for multiple parts of my car and I have never had service that was so thorough in giving me information and options. The attention to detail is admirable and they went above and beyond to help me get hard to come by parts. If you have any need for auto parts and you are remotely near this branch, definitely go into them!

Vincent and his team went above and beyond to help me when my serpentine belt came off this morning. My car shut down on me when I was barely outside the parking lot, and I was helped immediately by a kind (and very strong!) man who pushed my car into a parking space. Vincent inspected the issue and contacted mechanics who could fix it in then and there, Perry drove to get a replacement part that wasn't in stock, and when that one was installed and unfortunately also broke, Mariah was quick to call Volvo to get one directly from them. I've never had such a pleasant experience at an auto parts store, but for the hours I was there (and I can't believe how patient they were with me sticking around), everyone made me feel like family, sharing their break area, lunch, and good conversations. When it looked like there could be some delay getting another replacement part, they even drove me home so I wouldn't have to walk. There are not many businesses these days where it's easy to feel valued as a customer, but the team here is truly a rare and exceptional gem.

We went to the store couple of weeks ago as we have wiper washer leak issue. we explain the issue to the person behind the counter who turned out to be one of the nicest , most helpful person we ever met. He checked our car and suggested the solution and then he said let me fix it for you. we bought few parts from the store and he fixed it. Saved us couple of hundreds dollar in the process. He turned out to be the Manager Vincent. We have made this store our local store. We have visited the store few times ever since and we are pleased with the service. Thank you Vincent. You are Great.

I wanted to wait till Christmas to post this.This review is my experience with everyone at this O'Riley's. Hands down the nicest people I have encountered in a long time. Vincent (I hope that's spelt right) thank you so much for helping me with my sunroof issue. Little bit of context, my sunroof glass flew off while driving and I was left with technically a missing part of the roof. Long story short Vincent helped me with this issue. Went out of his way to help me and everyone else showed concern about my situation. I normally don't like feeling I'm the only customer in the world and I felt bad since the attention was on me the way it was, but Vincent and everyone else were extremely professional about everything and still handled the store flawlessly. Hands down you guys are all amazing people. It's hard to find great people like that anywhere..... O'Riley's is very lucky to have you all there. Vincent and the others I didn't get a chance to get their name's, thank you for everything and I hope you all have a great Christmas. Thank you again for helping make it to my mom's for Christmas! You all deserve major praises and a raise!

Came here to write an raving review of Vincent and staff but I am happy to see others have had the same phenomenal experience I did with everyone involved.I needed to get my brake lights replaced and just didn t have the tools or knowledge to do it.Vincent took time out of his day to take care of both brake lights for me and was joyous and friendly while doing so.I will be using this location anytime I need assistance!

This morning paid a visit to this store for a replacement belt transmission belt I have been looking for. The service I received and the product I got was golden! My mom came to visit from SC and had some car issues on her way up. It was Sunday so not a lot of options as far as mechanics who were open so we took her car to O'Reilly for a diagnostic test. Michael & Jeff were very helpful. Excellent customer service. Thanks for all of your help guys!!!

Looking forward to an auto parts store opening within the triangle space it's great to have a place that is near close to the middle of the triangle next to all the companies around here. It allows easy access to be able to quickly check your car I'm especially people living around here at takes a good long way to drive to get an auto parts store on the other side the Raleigh so looking forward to the store.
