The staff there is the most honest, helpful and friendliest in the area. My mom and I both have had repairs there over the years. I even bought a used car from them which was a great deal.

Matt always makes sure things are done correctly and timely. Have been going to them for a long time and have always been impressed with their knowledge and skills for fixing vehicles.

I ve been through a number of car issues in the last few years and a number of mechanics. Nobody has come close to the wonderful experience I had today with N Tune.I called them in the morning to say I d be having my car towed because it was leaking gas. When I called in the afternoon to say the tow truck driver fixed it, they asked if I wanted to drive it in and they could make sure everything was okay. I asked if I could bring my dog, and they said yes. (Big points for this!!).When I got there, everyone was so kind. I ve experienced a lot of condescension as a young woman in car shops & mechanics, but none of that was present. They took the time to explain everything I had questions about and more. I actually left fully confident in my knowledge & knowing a little more than when I had come in.Fully plan on bringing the other cars here. These guys were amazing.

Great service and good prices. Needed repairs quickly and got in 2.5 months sooner than the earliest available appointment at any nearby Hyundai dealer

We have had our Hondas and BMW serviced by N-Tune for years and have been happy always and feel our cars are safe to drive. In all these years, never a complaint. Good value/services ratio. WE trust them and their assessment of work needed to be done.

They always help us out in a pinch & do fantastic work. They fit us in last minute for an oil change & noticed my drive belt was about to bust (it was, knowing the age of my car) they then made sure the belt was replaced so I could get home safe even though they probably had to stay later to do it. We've been using N-Tune for years & are glad we found a great mechanic who we trust.

Best place ever. I've been going here for well over 10 years and always get outstanding service. Matt is the best and always explains in detail any issues with my vehicles. Never tells me to do work I don't need and in fact tells me not to do work that I don't need. I now have two vehicles with well over 100K miles (one with over 200K miles!) and he keeps them safely on the road. He's kept my whole family's fleet of vehicles over the years on the road.Not sure where the previous comment "they want to sell their own cars" comes from because they don't sell cars. Can't say enough good things. couldn't ask for a better shop.

I've been taking my Honda to N-Tune for a number of years and am extremely pleased. Sara is always warm and personable, and they do fine work at reasonable prices. They have a loaner car to be used, when scheduled in advance, if I need to leave my car and need transportation in the interim. I highly recommend them.

They are very accommodating for the customer's work schedules! I was able to leave my car there for a couple of days while they performed major work on it!They also communicate what issues are going on with your car, and what the the solutions are. They will tell you the names of auto parts and what they do, but they also use simplier terms to make things a little easier to understand.Last but not least, the people are fun to get along with!

I live in Orlando, Florida, but have a second home in beautiful Chapel Hill. When here with my wife, we occasionally require automotive service across various cars - including my daughter s. Though I have met Matt, and hold him in high regard, I deal mostly with the very efficient Kim, and the most helpful P.D. In the past four years, I ll bet I ve been to N-Tune Automotive 10 or 12 times with everything from little fixes to inspections to tire & battery replacement. They even spotted, AND REPLACED in no time, a cracked (and leaking) cast aluminum intake manifold on my beloved 2006 BMW station wagon. That complex manifold job took real talent! N-Tunes is TOP DRAWER in my book!!! They are good, trustworthy people, and they know their cars inside & out!

N Tune is my new go to mechanic especially for my diesel. I was worried that my repair was going to take more that a week and cost several thousand dollars. I was so happy to get a phone call the next day saying that they were finished and that it was only a couple hundred dollars for the repair. Nice to see an honest, trustworthy business. I have taken my 2000 Subaru Outback to N-Tune for close to 15 years now, and when I get my new car I will be taking that to N-Tune as well. They have never dragged their feet, they have focused on an issue even if it meant taking months to solve it, even if it meant putting their own time into it. They have accommodated my tough schedule numerous times and have never denied me a loaner when in need. Top notch.

I trust these people and that's the reason that I have taken my car(s) there for many years. I know that if someone tells me a repair needs to be done, it does need to be done and they are also good about telling me what work needs to be done now and what can wait. All of the mechanics are friendly and very competent and Sarah is just the best.

Outstanding and Professional Service! Wonderful people! You cannot go wrong by having your vehicle serviced here. They are reliable and thorough. They will always try to schedule me the next day if possible. Great to work with!

Matt has been working on my cars for at least 15 years. I went to him when another mechanic "specializing" in Hondas said he couldn't fix the hatchback latch on my car. Matt fixed it while I waited. He fixed a busted exhaust system on my F250 when a Ford mechanic said he couldn't do it. His prices are fair and he doesn't fix things that aren't broken. The best thing about the shop is that you can talk to the mechanic who is working on your car, instead of a "service rep". Highly recommend them.

Brought in a car for a pre purchase inspection. It only took them about 45 minutes to do it and they gave me their honest advice, which was not to buy the car. I thought it was nice to hear them say that rather than try and sell me on fixing the things that were wrong with it. On top of that, they gave me a 50% discount. So, while I was disappointed that I didn't get a car, they made it an easy experience and well worth it

Really nice guys. I drove in without an appointment needing a tire repair. They had me back on the road in just a few minutes while I waited, for a very reasonable price.

We decided to go there because of the reviews and were not disappointed. Fast, and reasonable price. A straight forward communication was appreciated. We did not feel they were pushing for services not needed. We plan to go back.

I've used N-Tune for years, but needed a second opinion on an Acura purchase. Got three. N-Tune nailed the assessment and found faults the other places missed and offered lower pricing. Though it is painful to face the bottom line at times, I trust and will remain loyal to N-Tune for all my work.

I moved to NC 2 years ago and am very happy I found N-Tune Automotive.They are reasonably priced, very friendly, honest and do great work ! I always feel my car is in good hands !

I've been taking my vehicles to N-Tune for more than a decade. Toyotas, Hondas, Volkswagens, and even a Nimbus 36-inch wheel unicycle - always reliable and expert mechanical service. I have never been disappointed.

I have been taking my cars to Ntune for several years. Matt Clark runs a great shop and is one of the best diagnosticians I have met. Before you buy a used car, take it to Ntune for a pre-sale inspection. You won't regret it. -- BRM

I really like N-Tune Automotive. They have a great staff and are really helpful, they even helped me fix a problem with my car over the phone that would have cost me more somewhere else. I would recommend them to someone else. Go there, and check it out for yourself. Have a great day.
