My husband and I have taken our cars in twice here for tire repair. Both times we were in and out quickly, and blown away by the service. We will continue to bring our cars in and would highly recommend!

Took our 21 year old Subaru to get the alternator replaced. I only had a few hours before work. The owner was super nice, the service was excellent and the price was good. I even made it to work on time! I will be back soon as the old Subaru needs some more work. Great experience!

Craig and the team are always working hard to do what's right by the customer! They always do a great job and are extremely communicative. I love taking my personal vehicle, and my work vehicle, here for service! :D

Everyone is always very kind and helpful. The get things done in timely manner and are very flexible for walk-ins. The pricing seems honest and reasonable. Would highly recommend

Morgan Tire and Auto will try to rip you off and scam you in a heartbeat. I got a state inspection here, and was told that I would fail due to my front tire s tread depth. I asked how much it would be to get two tires from them. They said $300 plus tax. I declined, and had to pay a failed inspection fee because I refused to buy $300+ tires I didn t need. I drove to a Jiffy Lube and got inspected, they passed me and said that the tires should still be good for at least a year.Avoid Morgan Tire and Auto if you don t want to be out extra money for no reason.

I cannot say enough about this place. Having a good, honest mechanic is essential for anyone who doesn't know a whole lot about cars. The gentlemen at Morgan are so friendly and helpful and they never try to sell you stuff you don't need or confuse you with too much information. They just take care of you and get you on the road again.

I had a great experience getting an emissions test on my vehicle. The customer service was A1 from my initial phone call through the visit and they were fast! Highly recommend this place.

I like Morgan Automotive and Tire because the staff is knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. They don't try to upcharge or sell you things you don't need. They're fast, dependable and really have the customers best interest in mind. They also stand behind their work. If anything goes wrong they'll make it right. I would definitely recommend them.

Went in for an oil change it took 1hour and 45 minutes. Craig the manager took my car around the back when I first arrived. There were two open bays in the front? Of course they found other issues and I said I haven t any more time to spare. I asked Craig why did it take so long: 1and 45 minutes for an oil change. He got defensive and showed some aggressive behavior I was taken back a little. He said I didn t have to come back. (I didn t know he owned the place, I thought Morgan did)? I m at a mechanic right now and he just showed me a nut and bolt that was deliberately stripped and bent and break pad missing on the front right tire . Craig and I had some some trust issues early on from previous issues: he is taking it personal. I will look further into this legally. I surely hope the right person reads this and is able to prevent these thing s from happening in the future. I was told this was a Jack leg place what ever that means I will not be going back

Went in for an oil change/replace a few lights(2)/stare inspection. On Saturday it s first come first serve so I got there right when they opened. I waited for 3 hours .3! I also asked for them to give me full synthetic and I got regular. They were nice but this is unacceptable. First and last time going.

We got a flat tire on the highway while passing through NC. Had to be towed and the guys at Morgan Auto were so helpful and friendly! They took our car right away and were able to get us back on the road quickly. And the price was very reasonable. I wish we lived in NC so we could bring our cars here all the time for repairs.Service: TiresService: Tires

wonderful service. Amazing employees, as well as amazing prices. It a welcoming and honest business. This will be my go to as I am a college student. and it is a bit hard finding a respectable and honest mechanic. I am glad to have been recommended this one. As I will be returning to this one, for all my future mechanic work.

Avoid this auto shop! A $1000 lesson! They could not get the job done in time, and they did not fix the problem at all! Now I have wasted $1000!My truck had an engine over temperature warning and I had it towed to this auto shop last Friday. I went to talk to Craig next morning, the Saturday. They called me the same day saying the water pump was damaged. They promised to fix it Monday morning.On Monday morning, when I called they said it would be ready that afternoon. I came to the shop that afternoon at 3 pm, waited until 4 pm and they told me no, my truck would be ready tomorrow morning around 10.Next day, Tuesday, I called and they said wait another 2 hours because the mechanic went to see the doctor. When called again Craig said definitely it would be ready around 2:30. Well, I went to the shop at around 3 and had to wait until 4 to get it back.And the next day, the same engine over temperature warning showed up.When I called Craig, he was like, it s your fault because you tried to get it done fast.There is obviously no work ethic in Craig and his team.Avoid this auto shop at all cost!This was my previous review. Have been to this place for many years. Like it. Small, fast, and reasonably priced. Sometimes it can be totally booked. So call ahead.

Very friendly and accommodating!! Got starter replaced. Dropped car, no appointment, at 11:30, ready by 4pm. Reviewed diagnostic test and planned future repairs. I took my car to get the drivers window repaired and got it back and both the driver and front passenger window was broken. They literally broke my window and did nothing and still charged me. I once did a credit card promo with them to finance repairs and they never sent me the card and They used the wrong address despite me telling them 3 or 4 times the correct one; I never got my card u til the account was closed for not paying the first bill. I went to them a third time because I was in a pinch and needed a tire to make it home for an important family holiday. They quoted me a price in the tire and everything, made me an appointment, I show up and the tire he quoted me had been in back order for weeks and they could only get a tire that was over 2X the price. I missed seeing my family because the manager of this place is incompetent. If I could give 0 stars I would.

This place is a rip off. Changed my fuel pump on a 2013 corolla . charged about 900 bucks. 3 months later fuel pump went out again. Bought one off Amazon for 50 bucks . installed myself , took like 30 minutes . Saved myself 850 bucks on the second install.

I stopped by for the very first time to get my car inspected and was greeted instantly, and taken care of right there on the spot. The staff was wonderful, quick, and it was truly a pleasant experience - without the hassle of a 2+ hour wait or lines of a dealership and other "corporate-style" maintenance shops. I'll definitely be back!!

Came to this shop after it was recommended to me by a friend. The shop manager Kevin was very helpful and sat down and took his time to explain everything that was going on with my car (my problem involved the battery specifically). He was very upfront and honest and made sure I understood everything that was going on and seemed extremely trustworthy. I have gone to a couple of shops in the Durham/CH area and they seemed by far the most knowledgeable. Will be going back soon to fix my A/C!

I has an issue with slow leak in tire and after being turned away by 4 other local tire centers, I stopped by Morgan and spoke with Craig. He was very professional and courteous, his team fixed my issue right there on the spot in no more than 10 minutes. This is really a good honest garage in this area. I have been to a few that are rip offs. Craig is a fantastic manager and always does what he says in a timely manner. My car (s) are always well taken care of and they work around my schedule. I recently had brakes, tires and front end parts put on my work car and it rides like brand new, and I also like how they utilize my extended warranty. I would recommend these guys over all others

I cannot speak highly enough of these guys. I had an emergency repair for an exotic car and they handled it pretty swiftly and sent me on my way. Today, they fixed the mistakes of another shop and were very friendly and professional as they did it. I wouldn t recommend anyone else, and I m lucky to have these guys less than 5 mins from my house!Service: Tires

Morgan Auto & Tire is a wonderful place to go if you need an alignment or anything similar. Prices are great and Kevin was very nice. Everyone is not only professional, but very kind and friendly. Speaking with Craig was my first interaction with Morgan auto and it was a very pleasant experience. I felt like Craig was completely honest with me and was happy to show me paperwork to back up what he said my car needed. His advice was useful and he was nice. I felt more than welcome and will be happy to come back for services in the future. Loved my experience!! Even got a bite of banana pudding, on the house. Thanks Kevin! :)

I had a very pleasant experience with Morgan Automotive. I had called first to set an appointment to get my oil changed and the representative was very friendly and helpful, he let me know they don't take appointments between 11-2. When I showed up at 11:15am it was a little busy so Craig took my information and asked me to come back in an hour. When I returned they took my car in right away and were very nice and professional. I always dread getting my oil changed, but Morgan Automotive made it a very quick and painless experience. I will definitely continue using them in the future!

Loved the service I got today when I took my car in to get an oil change. They were up front about the process potentially running a bit long, which I appreciated. Then, as I was going to pay, they offered me the full service on the house, just because I had to wait, even though we discussed it up front. Hard to beat that level of service.

I work nearby and based on the really good recent reviews on here, I decided to drop off my Honda Pilot to have them look at my front breaks as they were making a clunking sound and squealing. They were able to rectify the situation without the need for parts and did it for a fair cost. They've begun to earn my trust and appreciation. Thanks guys, keep up the good work to keep earning good reviews and word of mouth.[UPDATE]I had a second experience, but this one poor. I was told that I needed an alignment on my car, so I agreed to it. After everything was finished and I paid, I looked over the alignment sheet and found that everything was within spec (color coded green) BEFORE the alignment was completed. I went back to them and asked why they performed an alignment when the spec sheet clearly showed everything was within spec. They claimed that the computer screen was showing the tech something different than what printed out, and that's why he performed the service.I disputed the fact the the screen would show one thing, the before specs another, and the newly aligned spec as something completely different. They held firm to their claim but agreed to my request for refund. This made me feel like I was in the wrong and trying to get one over on them. When I went in for the refund, I was met with a very cold interaction.This is too bad because I was excited for this place after my first experience.

I was really in a pinch and needed to get a light bulb replaced and an oil change quickly. Kevin and the staff were super friendly and very efficient. This was by far the best experience I've had at an auto service center. I'll definitely come back for service for both my cars.

Today was my second time coming back and both times I've been in and out within 30 minutes. Their price for high mileage oil changes are lower than other places I've gone, and they're not pushy when trying to suggest something to you. The receptionist is a sweetheart and explains information very well. I live on the Raleigh Wake Forest border now and I will continue driving back to Durham to have my oil changed and any other work done here
