Ken and Nick are great and Ken s a very reasonable man and makes sure you have a good experience while there . Gave me a heck of a deal on a truck and I took it home that day . He also took my trade in that most wouldn t take without wanting me to give it to them . Every car I test drove was in excellent condition , no noise clunks or leaks and ran perfect . Will definitely see them again for the next vehicle

Was a little nervous about buying a car from a boutique shop but the guys at Moaven Motors made it easy. Bought an 08 Lexus and was super happy with the quality in and out. They were very nice and did everything I asked of them. They also provide warranties for peace of mind. I would buy from them again

Moaven Motors is fantastic! My dear old Volvo wagon finally gave out on me after many years of love and driving but I was suddenly in need of a new car quickly. Ken and his team put together some options and I fell in love with a 2014 Mazda CX-9 that has been incredible! They got the paperwork together ASAP and the service and communication has been clear and timely. I'd recommend them to anyone! It's been great to support a local business and get good service in return. If you're in need of a car or just getting some auto work done, these are your people!

Moaven Motors took over the auto service business I had been using for the last several years. It has always been important to me to have a car repair place I could trust to be honest and do good work.In truth, it takes a couple of years and a number of visits to have enough data to really know. This was my first visit and it was for an annual inspection - but my initial impression was very positive. The service agent was friendly, professional and prompt. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes.I will update my review after I have had more dealings with Moaven Motors, but so far, so good!

Ken and staff were knowledgeable, friendly, responsive and overall great to work with. I purchased a 2016 Chevrolet Spark for my daughter's first car, it was a small car with a small price tag, but they treated me like I was buying a Lexus. Highly recommend!

How refreshing to have an honest and upfront mechanic! I may be jaded from previous experiences elsewhere, but Nick and Moaven Motors have made a happy customer out of me. My car overheated and it just so happened in front of Moaven Motors. Lucky me, even they were busy they were able to squeeze me in ,and was able to service my car. I used to be in the car business and have heard some horror stories. But working with Ken and his team my experience was wonderful. I will never go anywhere else. I saw the car I liked online at Moaven Motors. I had a couple of questions about the car and received quick answers to all my texts from Ken Moaven, the owner. I was deciding between a couple of cars but the other dealerships I visited first just reminded me why I don't like car shopping. So we ended up at Moaven Motors and we instantly fell in love with the car but also quickly realized that we really liked dealing with Ken. There was absolutely no presure from his side, he let us check out the car and take it for a ride. He also allowed me to take the car to my own mechanics, just for piece of mind. There were a couple of cosmetic issues (this was a used car so expectable) and Ken and his colleague Nick took care of all of them. If you are like me and don't like the hassle of car buying and hard pressure salesmen, then please go and visit Ken, he will take care of you, find you what you need if he doesn't have it on the lot and will walk (drive) away feeling good.Thank you Ken and Nick for a great car and experience!Yogi

This was my first time coming under the new ownership. Nick was nice, and my oil change & inspection only took 20 minutes. But I was surprised that they didn't top off the air in my tires considering the tire pressure light was on. He did offer to sell me some new tires though!Beyond that, the waiting area was uncomfortable. It was 76 degrees, the lights were all out, the vending machine was gone, the table I used to use was gone, and there was no Wifi. If I was getting a longer service done, I would have left.Services: Auto emissions testing, Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

I was in a tight space financially, and Ken worked with me to find the best fit budget and safety wise. Customer service is above and beyond the best I've ever received at a car sales business. Perfect mix of kindness and knowledge. Nick was great at explaining specs; no mansplaining, just sharing know-how in a friendly and caring way. Great! My experience with purchasing a car from an independent dealer was actually very positive. The dealer was knowledgeable about the car and provided me with all of the information that I needed to make an informed decision. They were also patient with me as I asked numerous questions and test drove the car multiple times.One thing to keep in mind when buying from an independent dealer is that they may not have the same resources as a larger dealership, so it's important to do your own research on the car and ensure that it's in good condition. It's also a good idea to have the car inspected by a mechanic before making a purchase. Overall, my experience with an independent dealer was great and I would recommend it to others looking for a more personal and informative car buying experience.

At this place, I experienced professionalism, respect, and fair pricing. I cannot say enough good things about Moaven Motors. Ken is the best in the business. I've have some nightmare experiences with previous mechanics, and it is such a relief to find someone I can trust. Excellent work, fair prices and the kindest people! I'll be coming here for any service on my car from now on.
