We had a great experience with purchasing our Mercedes from Mercedes of Durham. We started working with Nik on Monday. He was great sending a quick video of the C43 before my arrival and answering any questions once at Mercedes of Durham. We returned the next day on Nik's day off and finished the purchase with Dusty. Dusty was fantastic to work with, helping us with any questions and concerns we might have had about the C43. We appreciate his time and efforts to make sure our buying experience was a great one.

Tiffany was my salesperson and she was wonderful to work with. She was no pressure and so kind. I gave her my budget and she worked to help me meet it. She was honest and had a wealth of information. Her experience and dedication was apparent. I m so so grateful.

Roderick !!!!!!!! Man oh man. The best hands down. A business is NOTHING without the customer service aspect. Roderick s ENERGY is fun, he was very nice, & a pleasure coming in & out of the dealership. When the time is right purchasing me a car in the future, I would certainly come back to this dealership simply because of him. He sets the tone for the dealership! I believe those guys flow naturally with sales because of him! His energy is unmatched !!!! Super impressive.

I must say Roderick Longino was an awesome sales rep. He took care all of our needs. He was very knowledgeable about our car and made us very comfortable with our purchase. The management, and everyone I dealt with at the dealership was friendly and courteous. After the sale they followed up with me to ensure I was pleased with my vehicle and ask if I had any issues. My sales person Robert Walsh was always available to address my concerns. If he didn t know the answer, he would find out and call me back quickly.

We had an outstanding, and white glove experience from the dealership staff. No doubt the manufacturer makes fine cars. However, it is the dealership that brings in the soft skills. Nik N was very patient with us and our questions and provided excellent care and follow up. Vanessa F provided a full tutorial on the workings of the vehicle. Full marks to this dealership and its staff!

Visited the Mercedes dealership recently and was impressed by the level of service/professionalism. The place was well-maintained and the staff were professional but friendly. Lena was particularly noteworthy; she answered every question I had and assisted me a way that made me enjoy my visit without being pushy. My experience at this dealership was the best, and that is mainly because of the awesome team of people there. The whole process was smooth, thanks to Jake, who provided wise advice along the way and made sure I was confident in the decision that were made. Nik added to the experience with his insight. Both of them have a way of making you feel like you're their only priority.Then there is Lena, whose knowledge, expertise and helpfulness met me from the very moment I stepped in. She was very welcoming and had an answer for any questions I had and making sure I had everything I neededThe experience was truly memorable. Absolutely no pressure to purchase. My salesman, Nate spent plenty of time thoroughly explaining all the various aspects on the steering wheel and console. Finance office offered several options. I m 70 years old and have purchased many cars over the years. This entire process was the most pleasant experience I ve ever had buying a car. If I need another car in the future I will not hesitate to return to it Mercedes Benz of Durham. I highly recommend them.

Amazing experience all around!! The customer service is top notch at this location. Jake was my sales rep who assisted me in buying my GLE. He was amazing coupled with Jeff who follows up with me to ensure I m happy and if there s anything I need to contact them. Antonio, my service representative, is also amazing. He takes care all my service/maintenance scheduling, drop off, and pick ups. Anytime I have a concern with my car I call him and he walks me through what to do. Over all my experience these last 6 months have been the best car buying experience I ve ever had. Thank you so much Jake, Antonio, and Jeff!!!!

The team of professionals at Hendrick Mercedes are second to none. Tiffany Posey did a fantastic job getting us the exact vehicle we wanted. She was super professional and extremely knowledgeable about the Mercedes lineup. A gentleman named Moose handled the F&I portion and my wife and I were in and out of the dealership in less than 75 minutes. The process is great if not state of the art and the Durham Mercedes team was the best. I buy a lot of cars and this the best buying experience i have ever had.

Service here is incredible. I got my car here almost a year ago and they are always helpful when it comes to services and maintenance. Chris is also just a wonderful advisor and Jeff is great manager. Can't complain with my experience here.
