I had a flat late on a Saturday night while working. Everything around was closed, but Mason's. I called to be sure they were open 24/7 and had the size tire I needed. They did! I drove over, and they were super nice, friendly, and worked quickly to get me back on the road. It's been about two months since the tire still looks good. I appreciate this late night hero!

Great experience! Got my tire puncture fixed at 10:30pm. Super nice and friendly. Very knowledgeable and a fair price for it being so late at night

Mason was super helpful in getting our tire changed promptly. We had a puncture on the highway on our way to DC and needed to get back on the road soon. Mason provided a great service, fair price, walked the extra mile for us in helping us with weight balancing and was very quick and professional. Highly recommend!

The best tire shop I have been to in a while, I work close to this shop and I got off my job after 6pm most other shops were already closed. I called this place and he was more than happy to help me out he is open later than most shops and has great service ! Very cool guys and very helpful with great reasonable prices !!!! Will definitely be coming back highly recommended this place to anyone!!!

A LIFE SAVER. This place is OPEN 24/7. I had my tire fixed for my a GOOD deal, at an unexpected time. The place might looks sketchy while pulling up, don't let that discourage you. The man is ALWAYS available, especially if you give him a call ahead of your venue. GREAT service too. Very courteous and fair. I would recommend Mason ANYTIME.

I highly recommend this shop! My husband and I been going to several different tire shops and this one saved the day for us! We called right at closing and he waited for us to repair our tire! Thank you so much!

He was wonderful! It was late at night and it said it was open 24 hours so I called and he helped me get a tire to go home on and then the next morning ordered one in my exact size and had it ready for me and installed that afternoon. Very reasonable prices and awesome service!He also made sure I was safe every step of the way. I will be doing business here again and telling all of my friends to go.

I got tire fixed by him a few months ago.. I had to come back bc it burst 3 weeks later. when I came to him he showed me that whoever put the tire on gave me a plugged tire. In fact, it was him that gave me that tire, and I had video proof given I needed an excuse for my a sense at work. I wasn t rude, I didn t yell. I was woman all alone an 11 at night. He then started to yell and say how he could hit me in the head with his tools and no one would know, he went on to tell me how he gets down and how many years he s been out of jail. He yelled at me for at least 30 minutes before he finally fixed my tire. Luckily I got it for free because he screwed me over on the first one. Very unprofessional, you can see him clapping back at the negative reviews(he s angrier/worse in person) Tires were cheap tho , and his hours are convenient. For my safety, and to ensure my tire wasn t plugged, i d never go back.

First let me say that this place is a hidden gem! This was the only place available on a Sunday afternoon to do a full 4 tire installation without an appointment and it was still affordable . The customer service is impeccable and service is Grade A!!! I drove 45mins and will remain a consistent customer going forward!

What a great experience, from the second I called asking for a tire to leaving the shop. The guy running the shop was so polite and hands down gave the fairest price out there. Looking forward to stopping by in the near future.

This man helped me out after hours getting my tire fixed from pot hole that was not fixed by Durham county he charged me 50$ when it was more for his after hours he is a great mechanic and more importantly a great businessman and person i appreciate him so much for his help please send your cars to him it s worth it!!!!!

Mason Towing and Tires is a DANGER to the community My experience here was absolutely awful. I know they are used tires but there is some expected type of quality. He sold tires that didnt last 2 days. 1st problem He put the tires on Thursday I had to put air in the tires friday morning . 2nd problem As i was driving my car started shaking extremely hard and my engine light would flash on and off we called and told him the problem he tried to tell us it wasnt the tires and to come by and he would look at them. 3 Rd problem The mechanic there looked at the tires told mason he the tire he gave us are bad and that he need to replace them but All mason offered was to add more air to the tires. He put weights on the tires that were not needed. He broke my tire stud and try to blame someone else. We had to go to another tire shop and pay more money to fix his mistakes. We have been calling him for daysand stopping by the shop for a refund and he had been avoiding us. His careless work put my family in danger on the highway. And he is fully aware of the situation and doesn't care he says Business IS Business. We returned the tires to his shop (without a refund because of his bad business ethics) SO BECAREFUL HE WILL Re-USE THE TIRES THAT HE KNOWS ARE BAD AND PUT SOMEONE ELSE LIFE IN DANGER.

I would like to thanks everybody there especially the owner we had a good convo about life while he help me felt right at home with open arms he help me make a expensive situation into a reasonable low price so honestly they don't make em like this nomore long story short with the advice of taking off my own tire instead of waiting on slow ahh road side assistance and driving it over there and I did just that and had a good time appreciated again keep pushing and stay up my guy hope your business grow and so as your brothers and families peace
