Jorge is my guy! We were referred to Jorge last year by a colleague and have appreciated the entire experience. Jorge has done work on three different vehicles for us. They communicate, do good work, and at a great price.

Jorge has exceeded expectations every time I needed his help. A piece of my frame was noisy and needed replacement and Jorge took extra time to be cautious with nearby parts that were rusted, so they wouldn't break and make the repair more expensive. He even fixed a problem of low power in my car after he had a dream of the solution! A very dedicated mechanic that I'm lucky to have found.

I've known Jorge for at least 7 years and he's the only mechanic I trust with advice, pricing and labor. I often work on my own cars and always buy my own parts, but when I need help he's the only one I go to. He's friendly, honest and hard-working - the very ingredients of a trustworthy mechanic. Just a great guy. I can't recommend him enough.

Great service and a great price. My car needed a fix that two other shops (including a dealer) couldn t/wouldn t do without risking a much bigger and more expensive problem. Jorge fixed it quickly without a problem and at a great price. Maybe it s better skill, better equipment or just honest and fair business. A great overall experience. Will be returning in the future and recommending to others!

I am keeping and using cars more than ordinary people do and I have been using Jorge as my primary car repair and service for about 10 years. At beginning, I went there based on the recommendations of reasonable charge for good repair. Very quickly, I realized that this is a very good family owned garage can do everything I asked, and Jorge is the one I can trust. So I just keep coming back and give he all kind works in my mind, as long as he is available. He had done all kind of works for me like as big as $10K worth accident car refinish, and as small as I bring oil and filter to change engine oil or nailed tire repair. My family always asked me when one of my cars need something done "going to Jorge?". I bought my current 2011 Odyssey and the owner told me about where he had the brakes repaired, and told me to try Jorge's out. I did over 2.5 years ago and now I don't go anywhere else. The shop looks a bit run down and there is not a beautiful sitting room, but that's what they make friends and Uber for. What Jorge does give you is solid diagnosis, OEM parts, and great prices. One time my wife was going out of town on a Monday and he worked on her car on Saturday. I take three vehicles to him and not a single repair was been unsatisfactory. I can text him to set up an appointment or get a cost estimate. He takes cash and checks if he knows you, only downside, but for the level of service and honestly, well worth it! My ONLY affiliation with Jorge is as a DELIGHTED customer over the years.

My vehicle needed attention for a range of problems, from body work to routine maintenance to annual inspection Jorge saved me trips to multiple different locations. His price was very reasonable and the quality of work was excellent. I dropped the car off on a weekend and he worked in the job over the course of the following week.

I am here to give a sincere testimonial of the quality of service I have been receiving from Jorge s garage since 7 years. Jorge is first of all a good human being. It is rare nowadays to find a mechanic that you can trust. Jorge has been fixing my Chevrolet car over the years with a quality of work and an affordable price like I have never seen in other garages. I live in Cary, far from his garage in Durham, but I keep coming back even for a simple oil change. Jorge is intelligent and with excellent working skills which makes him a reliable mechanic that allows him to repair cars in a short period of time. Jorge s garage can be delivered with new pieces of equipment for your car very rapidly. Jorge is also very versatile and can work on any types of cars. Jorge is open to discussion. He does not mind explaining to you in detail the issues of your car. I have been experiencing the same professionalism constantly over the years. Lastly Jorge is a very hard working human being. Jorge's Garage is hands down the # 1 best place to take your vehicle if you are looking for an honest mechanic at a reasonable price. So many mechanics out there put extra money in their pockets by lying to their clients and taking advantage of their trust. Jorge is not that way. I have come to him worried and completely lost...not knowing what was wrong with my car. Jorge and Alex have always told me exactly what the problem was, nothing more, nothing less and have even tried to help me get a good price on parts! If you're looking for a new mechanic, or you just don't quite trust the one you have now, call Jorge today!! I've been taking my cars to Jorge for 10 years now. He's an honest, good mechanic with reasonable prices. I was introduced to him by a friend, and I recommend him to all my friends.We don't take our cars to the dealership, we take them to Jorge. His shop is small but his work is top notch. The waiting room is small and homely, but there is free Wi-Fi.

I always take my car to Jorge's because they have very reasonable price and I have nothing to complain about (I'm not a car expert though)! I have had two friends coming here with me and they say he seems a very reliable man and would love to come back. Another friend of mine says he got four new tiers 1/5 the price he had at AAA. SO YES I would RECOMMEND this place!

I have been going to Jorge for my car needs since I was introduced to him by my best friend back in 2010 or so (too long to remember). Not only do I trust his professional diagnosis, I respect his extensive knowledge. He truly is the best at what he does. I asked on Tuesday if I could get service on my car (oil change, air filter replaced, and serpentine belt replaced) - within 10 minutes, I had an appointment for Wednesday (It is important that mention that I live 40 minutes away and I don't mind the drive because I know I am going to get the best service - this is extremely important to me).It is true that the shop looks cluttered and it is true that the seating area and bathroom needs improvement, but his service is best to none. If you're looking for comfort as you wait, you're not going to have it. BUT, if you're looking for the best service/advice/work/opinion JORGE is the MECHANIC for you!For best experience, ask a friend to go with you. Drop your car off. You and your friend go have lunch or coffee in the area while you wait. Your friend drives you back. Your car will, for sure, be done and done well.I am sure that if your car could speak, it would THANK YOU for allowing Jorge to take care of it.

I have taken all 3 of our vehicles to Jorge's over the last several years. He's been very good to us. Once when one of our minivans conked out when my wife and kids were away from home, he sent someone out to help us. I always feel like he's given good prices. It really helps to be able to get the vehicle serviced on a Saturday because I can't usually get away from work during the day. On weekdays, though, he's always there and available for me to pick the truck up around 6pm or so. There was one occasion when he wasn't able to fix a problem we had with our truck and he didn't charge me for it. I really appreciate the honest work and fair prices.

Awesome service! We had to put a new engine in our car and Jorge's got it ordered and installed in good turn around time and was right on schedule. The cars running great now. I'd definitely recommend this shop for engine work!

I had a wonderful experience at Jorges Garage. They performed a head gasket repair on my car and it has been running great every since. They discovered that another mechanic put some type of head gasket repair into my engine which caused the thermostat, heater core, and internal engines parts to be covered with gunk. They took the extra time to thoroughly clean the impacted parts and provided a fair quote for repairs. They even performed some of the extra cleaning at no charge to me. They stayed in touch with me and provided pictures to show what they were doing. A very honest place and I will continue to do business with them in the future.

Awesome mechanic!! I was in a bit of an emergency situation, and he replaced my starter while i waited, no appointment. He was awesome! And quoted me much less than some of the popular repair places. Waiting area isn t super comfortable so if you can drop off the car for him to work on, it s be much better than waiting there. But 10/10 would recommend! Open on weekends, which is a lifesaver sometimes. Thanks, Jorge!

I've taken my Nissan Altima, Subaru Forester, Mom's Dodge minivan, and Honda CRV to Jorge's Garage. I've been taking my cars to Jorge for so long that I can't remember how long.I like Jorge because he does good work and tells me what I need to think about or "have on my radar" in terms of future preventative maintenance to keep my cars running tip top. This is great because if I have Jorge fix things before they become a major problem, I save money and don't get stuck on the side of the road.I recommend Jorge and all my friends in Durham also take their cars and trucks to have him repair as well.

Jorge has been taking excellent care of all our vehicle needs in the passing 6 years, from our commercial box truck to our family vans/SUV etc. We've been enjoying not only low reasonable prices (only half compared with dealer store's offers), but also much more reliablely fast and professional services there. Go Jorge's!! Your best choice locally!!

I highly recommend Jorge's Garage for all your auto needs. I have personally had him do several projects for me including total rebuilds to replacing engines to the routine maintenance to keep them running strong after. Honest and trustworthy team!

All I can say is the owner is an absolutely amazing person. I was over an hour away from home visiting a friend when my motor mount broke. My engine was barely being held up. And I went to the shop because it was the nearest place I could find. Like I said I was a young girl, all alone, over an hour from home, had to be a work in less than 48 hours. I was in complete panic. He went out of his way to get the parts, and made it his top priority to get it fixed by the next day. That was a year ago and my car is still driving great. Not only did he do a great job in fixing my car and replacing the motor mount, but he also put in extra hours so I could go home the next day.Service: General repairs & maintenance

Jorge was very nice and the rates were reasonable. He diagnosed what was wrong very quickly and went right into fixing it after the estimate was okay. I will be using him again if I have more car troubles.
