My SUV was at the service department for 6 days, to get parts replaced and serviced. I was told by my service advisor that the vehicle was also washed. Upon leaving I noticed only 2 of my rims were washed. I didn t expect it to be detailed but where s the care.

Michael Ponce was great! I went in knowing exactly what I wanted and he made it happen. Darius in Finance explained everything so well and the Tech guy kept us laughing. Overall, a great experience and I'm VERY happy about my car purchase!! I haven't bought a vehicle that new EVER!!

It is a service center. Nothing special about it. They have free small bottles water or free coffee while you wait. Machine can make lattes, cappuccino, and hot chocolate. Nothing extravagant. A popcorn machine wouldn't be a bad thing, especially if you are sitting there for hours waiting. Small price for expensive cars and expensive service.

First time Lexus owner and I have to say that more than any other car company, Lexus dealer knows how to treat the customer right. At Johnson Lexus Durham, from check-in to loaner car and check-out, they provided very quick, stress-free, efficient and courteous customer service unlike any other car brands that I owned before and currently own, including BMW and Mercedes.

Excellent service. Mike Stevens is a great rep - always polite and helpful. Even with the renovation going on, the dealership tried to make our wait pleasant. It was great. This is a 6 star plus dealership. But a special thanks to Mike. I enjoy every visit. Even under construction, they are still classy. The loaner was clean, very different to drive but nice. I also enjoyed the condiments, and what was the best, took their time and did all that my bride asked along with the 40k checkup. Bought a used car with Mike as my salesperson. The car was reasonably priced and they matched very competitive trade in value being offered to me from a variety of dealerships. I found my experience here to be easy and efficient. Everyone was professional and I am very pleased with my purchase. My wife could not be there in person to sign, so they sent a notary public to our home 2 hours away. Nice touch!

I love Johnson Lexus service in Durham. I seriously won't buy another brand due to my worries they can't compete with the current level of customer care service I get there. Taylor has been wonderful to me and her professionalism is a nice blend of knowledge and kindness. She has great empathy and care for her customers. Keep up the fine work!

My wife and I just recently purchased a Lexus SUV. We were referred by a co-worker and I have to say this was the best experience I ve had purchasing a car. We worked with Steve Weinberg and Mike Ponce. They truly took the time to get to know us and kept us in the loop about certain cars that would come up in our price range. Would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a new car. I m typically a BMW guy but the experience alone has me considering buying another Lexus.

My wife and I were looking for a Lexus dealership without the usual hassle from salesman the second you hit the lot. We tried a few places that were absolutely horrible until we reached Johnson Lexus of Durham. This was by far the best buying experience we have had from a dealership. We got a great deal on the vehicle as well as our trade in. 10/10 recommend and will definitely be returning in the future. Special shout out to Steve who answered every question without fail and made the entire process an easy and great experience.

Remove any cash from your car! This is the only dealership I use when having my Lexus serviced and have been satisfied with the overall experiences / services, until my visit on Wednesday June 14, 2023 when $7 was stolen from my car. I always keep a few dollars in my car for the carwash or tipping at the golf course. Upon dropping my vehicle off for an oil change / tire rotation and removing my belongings from the vehicle I thought about removing the $7 from the console but figured it would be fine. The next day when I went to tip the staff at the golf course the money was gone. It saddens me that this is the world we live in and Johnson Lexus Southpoint has a thief among them. I really don t think it was the mechanic and feel it was one of the valets or whomever washes the cars. I called the dealership and spoke with my service rep, who apologized and went on to say the same thing happened a few days earlier and they will see about reimbursing me. It s not about the money but the principle. What if I didn t take my laptop out of the car or my handgun was in there, would those items have been stolen too? I ve spent at least $3,000-$4,000 in the service department over the years and it s sad to say they have lost a loyal customer over $7. There s nothing worse than a thief.

I still maintain Johnson Lexus has the best automobile service dealership that I've ever used in almost 60 years of driving! The staff is kind and considerate. I've been assigned my own personal service manager that I consult with each time I bring my car to be serviced. I've always been treated and made to feel like a valued customer. Their waiting room, which is actually the showroom, is lsrge and comfortable. The dealership provides bottled water and snacks to customers as they wait to have their car serviced.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Auto interior vacuuming, Auto maintenance, Oil change

I was very impressed that they could make time for me within two days of my call. What I thought was going to be a warranty repair turned out to be merely a setting in the instrument panel. They were very kind to show me how to find that same setting if I ever had that same issue.I was very pleased with the good care they took of me, especially as a first-time customer of Johnson Lexus!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

There has never been a time that I have been to Johnson Lexus of Durham that I have not been treated with respect. They give top notch customer service snd they make you feel comfortable about there services. I used to feel nervous to go to car dealers to take care my car. However I have the best car repair experience with this place. My Lexus car had an engine trouble and couldn t run well. I went to this place. The front person asked me to wait for a few minutes in the comfortable waiting room. The representative is polite, friendly, knowledgeable, professional, efficient and helpful. Technician is excellent. Because my car needs a little longer time to repair, they lended me a new car to drive for free! After a few hours, I received the diagnosis results and recommendation. I agreed the recommendation for the repair . After the repair, they even washed my car! Now my car runs great and look much newer! The cost is reasonable. Even though I arrived a day earlier than my appointment, everyone was courteous and accommodating. I was kept in the loop while my car was serviced. Fantastic experience! From start to finish it took me 3 hours to trade in and purchase a vehicle. That is by far the fastest I have ever been in and out of a dealership. Devon and Bo were awesome!
