Our experience with Johnson Lexus of Durham was exceptional. The total sales force was very nice and made us feel welcome for our business. Was searching for a Toyota Venza and found a leftover 2023 at Johnson Lexus. Emailed to find out more about it and within minutes I was communicating with Steve. He was super helpful and responsive to the questions I had. We were able to setup a test drive 2 days later and drive home with a new car. The actual buying process was smooth and painless. Steve worked with the sales manager to get the best possible price for my trade in as well as purchase price for the Venza. Everyone throughout the process was professional and friendly. I was in and out with a new car within 3 hours. I would for sure recommend working with them again.

Overall if you are in NC and looking to buy or lease a car go to Johnson Lexus of Durham. Every time I go my experience is wonderful even if its for regular service.. This time my sales associate Beverly took all of my worries away. I told her everything I was looking for and she went above and beyond to make sure everything was smooth and effortless. I am very happy with my choice and want to thank everyone that was involved with me driving off in my 2024 Rx350.

Beautiful new service department excellent and quick service as always, no surprises! Complementary loaners are always great and super convenient too (and a fun way to test drive new models). Free exterior and interior washes are also a nice perk. Always a pleasant experience!

I had an appointment for my 2023 RX 350 15k service and other issues. As always my Service technician Quinton Bellamy took excellent care of my truck, making sure it was washed and clean before returning it to me. I am extremely grateful for his care and exceptional services. I have been his customer for the last 3-4 years and he has always been so kind, friendly and supportive!!

Great experience, very professional, I got to test drive, think about it for a week, easy financing my sales man did not rush us he explained everything and was extremely patient. The showroom is very cozy, extremely clean not to mention the great coffee and treats available. When I made my purchase my car was presented with a ribbon a real nice touch. This is my 3rd car and by far my best experience !

We had a great experience buying our pre-owned car at Johnson Lexus. Sofia was very easy to work with and we would definitely work with her again. The big red bow was a surprise and a nice touch! Bo in the finance department was also very helpful and explained everything.

There s no other Car Dealer other than Johnson Lexus in Durham that we would absolutely recommend others in the market for a new or used Lexus. Our sales person Bradley and the Finance manager Darius were outstanding! Everything went smoothly. No hidden nonsense at this place. We purchased a used 2021 Lexus RX 450h F Sport! It s beautiful. We re looking forward to continuing service through them even though we live an hour away. It ll be worth the drive.

I highly recommend Johnson Lexus of Durham! I m sure everyone is a pleasure to work with but if you have a chance to work with Tyre take advantage! Tyre was very patient with me and took the time to explain everything. He made me feel like the only customer in the dealership even though it was a packed house. 10/10 experience I love my new car!

I saw the lexus that I just bought online. I spoke to Tommy at the dealership about it. I was concerned about traveling to pick it up since the holidays were upon us. Tommy was very accommodating. This was a great experience on my 1st Lexus. They even had a staff member, Emily to help us set up our Lexus app and provide a tutorial about our vehicle. Just plan to have plenty of time when purchasing.

My experience started off rocky. I went in with the expectation of purchasing a car that yesterday and when the car I was looking at didn t fit my needs, the salesman was fine letting me leave disappointed. We spoke to the sales manager who immediately pulled us back in and, along with a new salesman, found me !! I couldn t be more excited about my purchase and from salesman to finance, the rest of the day went by smoothly (although it took a long time). Thank you Johnson Lexus!

Very personable, informative and fast service. Tyre went out of his way to help, was easy to work will, followed up and did not put much pressure on me to make a sale, although was eager in a pleasant way. Corey with finance as efficient and made the paperwork a breeze. I would recommend Johnson Lexus.

Yesterday was my second time buying from Johnson Lexus (last time was from the Raleigh location). My salesman, Kareem W., was wonderful. Before I arrived I let him know what cars I was interested in and he relocated all three to the same spot near the main building. I was really on the fence and didn t know whether I wanted to buy or wait. I think I spent two hours just comparing features, plus test driving, and I was still on the fence. Kareem never made me feel like he had anywhere else to be and I felt no pressure to make a decision. I ended up buying that day because of how good the experience was. I don t know if I got a good price or if there would have been more room to negotiate but it felt reasonable. I did not finance the vehicle but the finance department rep was friendly even after realizing I wasn t going to finance.I hope Kareem is there when my wife and I replace her Nissan in a few years!As an aside - nobody from the dealership asked me to do a review, I just felt the experience was good enough to go out and do it in hopes that it helps more people ask for Kareem!

Ryan was great. Attentive & focused & upbeat. The experience took too long waiting over an hour after buying the car due to backup with financing, even though I was paying cash. Beautiful place, lots of coffee to go with the wait. Very detailed and helpful tech instructions. Great tech person very patient and made sure we understood details.Love the car and very happy Ryan was there to help us along the way. I would give Ryan 5 stars. The closing finance department a 4.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Staff was very helpful and friendly and made us feel very comfortable. Steve, our salesperson, not only took time with us, but the car was as spotless, full of gas and ready to go. I would highly recommend Johnson Lexus. We drove from Virginia and it was worth every mile. Very good pricing, excellent presentation and service.

Complete trust and confidence in Johnson Lexus of Durham. Service Associate Ron explained everything regarding my car and needed repair. He kept me informed as to progress during the appointment. Waiting room was well stocked with coffee and treats, Enjoyable experience. Repair was completed promptly, car washed and cleaned. Very satisfied customer!

An absolutely fantastic experience. I arrived not really knowing what I wanted. After several test drives and questions, I was provided the opportunity to absorb the information and come to a decision a few days later. I appreciated the lack of a high pressure sales tactic. What a great experience! I found the truck we were looking for online this morning. I chatted with an associate and then the salesman Mike Allen contacted me right away with a walk around video. We were two hours away and were able to get a lot of stuff done over phone on way there. When we arrived the truck was exactly what we expected, clean, full of gas and ready to go. He was very professional and made everything a smooth process. Bo got our paperwork done efficiently, no haggling, no pressure. Drove away with our truck very happy, worth the drive!
