Took the car there twice and they didn't fix the problem in spite of being paid. Then lied about the problem. I would not send my loved ones there.

Tavo is an extremely knowledgeable and professional mechanic. This shop will meet you where you are at, they offer very reasonable prices, and their service is incredible. I could not speak more highly of this family shop and recommend them to anybody who wants respectful expertise from an upstanding family business.Big auto shops are unmatched in quality and experience- They pale in comparison.

Hello everyone,Alex is very professional, honest, and reliable. I had my car towed to the shop because I was told that I needed a transmission, so my car sat in my driveway for a year and half. He saved me a couple thousand dollars Guess what, it wasn t the transmission that needed to be replaced, it was the front axle. I am so grateful to him and his team to tell me the truth about what was actually wrong with my car. God sends people in your life to do the right thing. Alex is truly a man of his word. I was leaving one of my client's traveling back to Raleigh when my car gave a message "Engine Coolant Too Hot/ AC Turned Off"I needed to get this taken care of immediately so I can continue servicing my clients.I came to Hernandez Auto Repair as my work van was on its last leg and having a hard time accelerating, as well as running the A/C.They were able to see me immediately and they fixed the issue in under an hour, as well as adding oil to the optimal level.My work van is back up and running and the A/C works like a charm!Really thankful to the team at Hernandez Auto Repair, they came through for me in the clutch!Services: Auto engine tuning, Oil change

My splash guard was dragging all over the road tonight, I called Hernandez Auto Repair well after all the other local shops were closed. They allowed me to come and I was there in 5 minutes. It took just 10 minutes to repair it and at a very cheap price. I spoke with Alex who was very kind. I highly recommend this business and will be going back!Service: Auto detailing

Hello Folks. I am thrilled to say.. This business is top notch. Very Very Quick Service, great pricing , and great communications. 1st. I took my 86 GMC Suburban 4x4 diesel to have the flex plate replaced. I have had an issue with the flex plate since 2003. I have always had a crowbar handy to turn the engine, if it stopped on that bad place of the flexplate. I had it towed up there and they immediately pulled it into the bay area. By early evening, they were finished. They amazed me so much.. I asked if they can work on my 1970 Chevy Impala Coupe.. Indeed Indeed. So they finished my Suburban and in went the Impala. I am SOLD on any future needed repairs. They informed me that they can do body repairs and may even add a paint shop in another bay area soon. I will have my vinyl top replace on the 1970 soon and the shocks. Great Work Team..Service: Transmission

Recomiendo que nunca lleven sus carros a este lugar , ya que quieren cambiarte piezas de tu carro sin necesidad, lleve la semana pasada mi ven de trabajo RAM porque no encend�a y lo que me dijeron que era es la transmisi�n y el costo ser�a de 4730$ y obviamente piensan que la gente no tiene conocimiento de carros y pensaron que les iba a creer , la lleve a otro taller y lo �nico que ten�a era un fallo en la computadora y ahora mi van conduce perfectamente y el costo fue de 310$

I took it to have the suspension repaired and according to them it was already done. The next day I had to return for the same problem and they told me it was another piece. They changed parts that were not necessaryLo llev� a reparar la suspensi�n y seg�n ellos ya hab�a quedado. Al d�a siguiente tuve que regresar por el mismo problema y me salieron con que era otra pieza. Me cambiaron piezas que no eran necesarias
