I had the best car buying experience this week. After searching thru online inventory for a vehicle, I setup an appointment at Hendricks Chevrolet Southpoint in Durham, NC. From the time I walked in, I had a very pleasant experience with every associate I came in contact with. My sales associate Jen was amazing! For someone like me who was really nervous about starting over with a new vehicle, she made the process a lot easier. She was personable, patient and knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and wanted to make sure I was getting everything I wanted in a new vehicle. I knew she was trying to get me into a vehicle I really wanted and I appreciate her not pushing me one way or the other.Jordan was also great! He helped me with my finance breakdown and got me a really good deal on a GMC Terrain. He was also very personable and pleasant. He was even able to bring my monthly payments down more than I thought!I purchased a vehicle from Hendricks in 2019. It was great service like this that brought me back again years later to purchase my GMC Terrain. I will definitely return for future purchases.

Our experience at Hendrick s was absolutely incredible. Ryan and Reid made the process of purchasing our vehicle completely stress free. Ryan went out of his way to make sure we had all of the options we were looking for. Thoroughly went through all the packages available and the new add ons for our purchase. Reid made the finance paperwork absolutely seamless he had everything ready and laid out for us! We are very impressed and static to have worked with these fine gentlemen. We drove 5 hours and we will definitely be back! 10/10 recommend!!!!

I wanted to surprise my mom with buying her a new car. I talked to Jen Cielma and told her my plans. She was so helpful to me picking out the right car and working the deal. She actually came in on a day off to show me a car. My mom loves her new car and I am so grateful for Jen, Mike, Jordan and Jason for such a great buying experience !! Reached out to Hendrick Chevy Southpoint looking for a new 24 Chevy Trax. At first, was told that they did not currently have one on their lot but a few days later received a call informing us that they had received one. Worked with Nick, who was honest, very professional and forthcoming. Nick and Jordan worked with my wife and I until we finally reached a price point that we were both comfortable and very happy with. The staff was truly professional and even brought over some sweets for our 5 year old son who accompanied us to the dealership. Each dealer had their own cubicle to work in which was nice considering I ve visited dealerships (Kia) that did business on a round table in the middle of the building There was also a play area for smaller children and restrooms were kept nice and clean. Overall, this was probably one of the more if not the most pleasant visits to a dealership I have ever had and we walked out with the car we wanted at the price we wanted (plus a sweet free car detailing kit as a gift from Dave). I definitely recommend this dealership! Thank you Nick!

Great experience. Called yesterday interested in a truck, worked the deal over the phone so I didn t have to drive 4 hours and end up empty handed. Once I got here today, only took an hour to sign paperwork & get out the door. Would purchase from here again - Martin was phenomenal.

Our salesman Muhammad was absolutely a pleasure to work with. No pressure like other salespeople can sometimes be. Made sure we were absolutely happy with our purchase of a 2024 Camaro 2ss Balck Panther edition!! Would definitely ask for him to make another purchase in the future.

Marlon & Jordan were FANTASTIC! we purchased our first escalade after life long purchases at many different GMC dealerships. Hendricks Southpoint was by far the best experience we have ever had. Both Marlon & Jordan were very accommodating and patient, they went out of their way to assist us in a timely manner and made everything quick and easy. GREAT service. we will be back here for all of our future purchases!

After months of waiting on our ordered vehicle form another dealership with no end waiting in sight, we began our search elsewhere and located just the one we wanted at Hendricks. We reached out and right away were assisted with the speedy purchase of the car that day. The whole process was as smooth as butter and we re so grateful to finally upgrade our family car. Our Yukon AT4 is a dream. We ve had it for 3 months now and absolutely love it. Everyone at this dealership was so helpful and so professional. We definitely recommend!

Went in to check out some cars not expecting to actually purchase one. Jen was absolutely fantastic. She made the process super easy and really fast. I first came to Hendrick Chevrolet because of my sister s experience with Hendrick (different brand). From start to finish, my entire purchase with Hendrick Chevrolet was seamless and streamlined. Jen Ciela was knowledgeable and entirely thorough with presenting vehicles, and sourcing what I wanted. Easily communicated with, she was easily reachable in regard to questions and timelines. Even on pick up day, she could not have done to answer any final questions and explain details, she made the entire process efficient and enjoyable, thank you Jen! Also, it can t be mentioned enough how much Reid White did to make the finance process easy, he went above and beyond to present the very best options. He handled everything with evident expertise and with his great expertise, I was able to make choices that were relevant to me, so thank you Reid! Our family van had arrived at its end of life and was due for a replacement . We met with Matt Giles and a few conversations and test drives later he lead us to our new vehicle that my family loves. The whole experience was quick and efficient and they worked with us in getting all of our needs met. I can not recommend Matt Giles enough , he listened to what my family needed and guided us to our perfect vehicle .

Hendrick at Southpoint provides exceptional car buying experiences. I had my car repaired and purchased a new vehicle all in the same day. Keith in the repair shop took great care of me when there was a minor kink in the repair details. Tariq Adas did a wonderful job and was very personable while helping me choose my new vehicle. Reed White in finance provided hassle free signing and worked diligently with the lenders to finalize everything. If you are looking for your next vehicle or need a repair this is the place.

Had an issue with my Diesel truck, came into the service department on GMC side and Chris Mays was extremely helpful at explaining the process. I only had one request if it was possible and that was to get my truck back by the following Wednesday. He did even better than that and got me back and rolling 2 days earlier, awesome service. Hendrick is and always will be my service provider.

I was very pleased with my experience at Hendricks while searching for a new vehicle that met all of my family s needs. Jason Santa Cruz was the salesman who assisted me and what I valued most was his calm, unforced approach. I told him what my needs were, gave me options, and allowed me to make my decision in the time I needed. I was transparent about my intent to shop around and he was understanding about my desire to be thorough. The rest of the team there had a similar demeanor and approach which made the experience pleasant. Thank you to the entire Durham Hendrick team for the help!

My Dealership experience on 2/14 was exceptional from start to finish! Mark Ruiz greeted me at 7:30 AM with a warm and inviting Welcome to the dealership. His introduction and completeness in obtaining information regarding the vehicle made me feel valued. During the day of service, Mark kept me updated on the progress of the repairs. He informed me when the vehicle was ready for pick up. When I returned to the dealership, his explanation of the repairs and the updates that were completed was professional and informative. His manner of interaction was warm, friendly, and professional. His knowledge of the vehicle and the repairs that were completed was in-depth and complete. He allowed time for questions and further explanation. His professional and friendly demeanor made me feel comfortable and valued as a customer at Hendrick of Southpoint. Mark is an exceptional employee and an asset to the Dealership! He was an exceptional Service Advisor from start to finish! I can t say enough wonderful things about my interactions with Mark! These guys were great! Came to lot looking for something for daughter but not knowing what just yet. Jen Cielma took me around and showed me several different models. There was no rush or pressure just a friendly visit. Jen showed me a vehicle I was interested in and they gave me a great deal. From start to finish, it was a great experience, could not recommend them more, especially Jen, go see her for your next vehicle purchase.

I recently worked with Dallas here and he will be my go to salesman from now on. I was just looking and didn t purchase anything, but Dallas still put in the effort to answer my questions and was very knowledgeable on his vehicles. He wasn t your average pushy salesman, he actually took the time to listen to what I was interested in and walked me through what options lined up best with me personally. Overall Dallas will definitely be who I purchase my next truck from, and I will be sending any friends and family I can his way.
