This is the one and only place I got to for all things related car maintenance. Every time I have an issue I can reach Eric directly and he will respond to me attentively and welcoming. I can tell him a little about what may be going on and he will go the extra mile to ensure my issues are resolved in a reasonable time frame. He is always so pleasant and makes me feel comfortable with light conversation, as car concerns can sometimes be nerve wrecking. I would recommend his services, or reach anyone at the dealership. The are all so kind and will do what they can to get you back safely in the road!

Jarvis presented today excellence in customer service s. My visit today was outstanding. My car was taken in without delay, I was treated with great hospitality, and I was accommodated with Lyft services to hang out at the mall. I've waited over a year to post this just to make sure their recommended service didn't come true. I was quoted $9k for a new engine by the manager of the service department. I had the oil changed by another professional and it has run perfectly ever since. This is not an organization you want to be involved with.

Nick Pak, the sales representative, ensured that I had an excellent buying experience. When an issue arose after my purchase that was not evident on the test drive, he went to bat for me and made sure the problem was corrected. Integrity before profit won my loyalty. Drove 2 hours to have oil changed and tires rotated. Also had puddle lights in side mirrors upgraded. Puddle lights are wrong make of vehicle and car recommends that I need my oil changed. Not sure what was done as I was given no paperwork. Best I can tell, no one checks or follows up on what or how things are done. Very disappointed with their service after waiting for 4 hours for work to be completed. Advisor was polite enough, follow through left a lot to be desired.

Lied to us multiple times about parts availability. Said our car would be ready in 1-2 days but kept our car for over 18 days and could not give an accurate estimate on when it would be fixed. Every time we called we got a different answer. Would not come back ever again.

After a misunderstanding, the General Manager was quick to reach out to our family and make it right. They were professional and courteous.Editing to add that after maybe 500 miles and a few weeks, this vehicle is broken down. General Manager is nowhere to be found now that he has our money. We live an hour and a half away from this dealership and were told we take the vehicle there or ride with a tow truck driver to the dealership in order to get a rental. After reading the service reviews I am not hopeful that this is going to be a positive experience. Will not do business here again - big mistake.

We recently bought a Cadillac at Hendrick Cadillac, Southpoint and worked exclusively with Nick Pak. This place rocks! Needed an emissions test this morning and after a mechanic tried to screw me over, I called the dealership for help. Keith at the service desk couldn t have been more helpful! Got me in right away for standard $30. Also came here for an oil change a month ago and was super standard. Lounge is nice with tv and snacks if you have to wait a while :)

I m so appreciative of the service provided by the Cadillac staff in Southpoint. Especially Nick Pak did a great job when I was purchasing my Lyriq. Nick Pac patiently explained and demonstrated about the vehicle features even on the day I had the test drive. When I had some concerns about the car, he promptly arranged a service, and personally engaged until rectify them even after purchasing. Moreover, their sales manager (I can t remember his name) gave a nice offer for my Sequoia, and I am happy with it. Highly appreciated for their professional service. If someone is in the market for Cadillac in this area, highly recommend to visit this place.

Brought my 2018 Lincon Nav in for a simple oil change as I have a 5 oil change package. Two days later the engine skid plate was dragging on the ground as the Hendrick Service Dept failed to secure a bolt (or omitted it). Sent a note via chat on Sunday to Hendrick and was told that a service Assoc would contact me first thing Monday AM. No call by 1 pm so I brought the car in. The Service Dept agreed that they made a mistake and would order the part. I called Lincoln and they could have the part in one day which I told the Service Dept. By Friday, no call back from Hendrick so I followed up. They had no answers for me and "Eric" told me that they would get back to me on Monday. No call back on Monday from Eric so I called at 1PM. Eric apologized and said that he would overnight the part as I agreed to install it myself. The part did not arrive on Tuesday as promised. I called Eric on Wednesday and was told by the receptionist that Eric said that the part would go out that day. Dealing with Hendrick on what I assumed was a VERY simple oil change has involved multiple trips to the dealership, 6+ calls by me, broken commitments in follow up and in replacing the part that they mishandled. 100% not recommended.

Oil change and tire rotation went well. I had 2 concerns one was semi addressed and I was referred to the manager to whom I haven t spoken yet but I ve left detailed message this morning. Haven t heard back yet. The second issue was not address even though the representative took down all the information at check in. Hendricks is the only place I take my car for service but any time I need something other than an inspection or oil change I feel my loyalty and is not appreciated or desired.

My experience with the Hendrick staff has always been 5 stars. While I most recently purchased a CPO Cadillac, I have interacted with staff from all sides of this particular location, Chevrolet (where I started this last time), GMC (my initial experience), and now I own the Cadillac). Each individual I have worked with has been exception; from the service visits with my Acadia, to buying a Traverse with David Moseley 3 years ago, all the way to this week when Angel Enriquez Cano and David Lopes were patient and helped me find and purchase my Certified Pre-Owned Cadillac XT5. Business Manager Jordan Davis was super friendly and pleasant to work with going through the tumultuous paperwork process. I continue to come back because of the positive experiences. Third times a charm! Let's make the 4th time (in a few years) be a brand new car! Who's gonna give me the best deal? Prior to locking in with this deal, I even checked out other makes and models at other Hendrick dealers in the area and received just as great service. They just did not have exactly what I needed in my price range at the time. I look forward to continuing my relationship with the folks at Hendrick.

Shout out to Nick and the rest of the Cadillac team at Hendrick for helping me order my new CT4. They went out of their way to get me into my new car before the turn of the year even with the added productions issues due to the strike earlier in the year. When it s time to get you a new Cadillac definitely look up Nick, can t go wrong @ Hendrick!

I took my vehicle to fix , two days later never received a called from the dealership, when I called them they told me it will cost $8000 to connect a few hoses, I asked for a diagnostic test, I never received a call, when I call they told me it will cost me $7000, to rebuild the transmission, I said I will pay for the test which was $200 plus and pick up my car. Cant trust them

I have no choice but to make sure people do know what is going on at Chevy Hendricks Cadillac department I bring my car on the 18th of this month for a diagnosis and they told me they couldn't do a diagnostics because of my car couldn't run. It was running hot. So they had to fix my water pump. Once I picked up my vehicle after they fixed my water pump I paid $1,700 some dollars I took my car off the lot drove it home parked it one day picked up my grandson the next day my car was broke down on the Durham 147 freeway my power steering fluid leaked out my car I couldn't drive my steering wheel was tight I called these people they didn't even answer. So when I got back to the dealership they total me I had multiple things wrong with my car but before I pull off the dealership the first time they took my diagnostics why didn't they tell me anything was wrong with my car the first time Had no problem add up 5,200 dollar of more work. But they say I will help you, we want to help. How about fix my car the first time and mine you my car was vandalize as well on their property. And yes I paid my money. But to anyone that is listening to me please go to Cary. Or any other place side here. And if there is anyone. If you can help me. I will be appreciated tremendously because I felt like they treated me wrong. Some people shouldn't be working with people. And also technician she not be working with cars that they obvious don't know what they doing. People played there hard-earned money. Just to get treat like this. Like I said I hope this message gets to some one. Because this is ridiculous.

Eric was very helpful and made my it so easy as soon as I walked in the door with my vehicle even though I was upset because I had been having issues with getting my truck in soon as it was a safety issue he immediately service my car I was there 4 hours new tires balance and aligned. He provides the best customer service I ve ever had and seen. Thank you Eric Fostee for treating customers as they should.
