By far the most honest, friendly tire and all around service shop in Durham. Family owned and operated. Great value! They do not try to sell you anything you don't need. I got four new tires, front alignment and brakes replaced. All of this cost me less than only four tires at Costco and Costco does not do alignments.

Been going here for years. Always satisfied until today. I went for an oil change Friday I forgot my money so they let me pay today which was nice of them. BUT: when I got in my car after the oil change the seat was all the way back and laid down. I didn't notice it and when I got in I literally fell on my back and my back hurts all weekend. When I came to pay I told the lady and she said "They have to put the seat back to get in etc". I asked why they couldn't put it back and she said, "They don't know your original setting." I said "Well he knew I'm not 6 foot 4 inches tall." No apology and didn't care a whit. My back still hurts. I hope I won't have to see a doctor for it. Took a star away for that.

Got to shop early, had 4 tires mounted and front end alignment done in an hour. Friendly and helpful staff, fair pricing, quality service... what more can you ask for... two thumbs up!

Took my tire that was damaged to another tire shop and after 1.5 hrs I was told it was unable to be repaired and my brand new tire now needed to be replaced. My brother told me to go to Glenn Tire. When I arrived I was met outside immediately and I asked if they had a new tire to match my other ones. They took my damaged tire that could not be repaired to check it out and in 15 minutes my tire was fixed and I did not need a new tire. Always nice to work with honest people with experience!

Greg, Ada & Ben treat you like family! What an unassuming place, but it s no wonder they have 5 stars!! Amazing & speedy customer service for a family just passing through. I wouldn t hesitate to use them in the future! Top shelf people!!

Very friendly folks! My new favorite tire shop! Tires were at least $12/tire (for the brand I purchased) less than any other location I checked and there's never been any place friendlier. Well worth a few minutes extra drive time for this place!

I have been taking my tire work to this family business, after a referral from a friend, for 7 years and will never go anywhere else. They all are as honest and kind as they come and only do the work that really needs to be done. They have a great work ethic, especially Greg and Walter, and have always answered my questions. I have my race tires sent there and they mount them without any problem. They have changed and bled the brakes on my Chevy C3500 dually HD and I have total confidence in their work. I can not recommend them highly enough.

Very friendly customer service. Prices are a little high but I understand they are in the business to make money. Maybe add some more low end options for us poor folk. As for everything else I would recommend this place to anyone. I had 2 new tires put on and balanced and they did an amazing job.

First discovered this gem after having an issue with another "big chain" place. Was recommended to go to Glenn's by nearly everyone I talked to and boy were they right. They were so nice, took their time finding and fixing the problem and educating me on it. Will definitely be using Glenn's from here forward.

Greg, like his father, Glenn, has always run an honest and reasonable business. His prices are not cheap but they are fair and he will stand behind his products and work better than any other out there. "You get what you pay for" but with Glenn's Tires you always get more than you paid for. Peace of mind that it's been done right --- Priceless.

This guy is honest, does good work, is extremely reasonable and won't screw you over like other mechanics. We went here when we lived in Bahama but when we moved into Durham we started going to Firestone....bad idea. The drive to north Durham to Glenn Tires is well worth it and we will keep going here! The Firestone on University Drive in Durham quoted us over $2,400 for work we needed done on our car...we paid over $800 for a new alternator but wanted a second opinion on the rest of the quote since it seemed really high. We took the quote and car to Glenn Tire and found out we probably didn't even need the new alternator and that we actually only need about $250 of work done. I'm SO glad we went to them for a second opinion. The place is nothing fancy, but if you're on a budget and want an honest mechanic, this is the place to go!

The staff is friendly, the service is fast and the prices were the best in the area. The overall experience was as hassle-free as any I've experienced in the past and I look forward to doing business with these guys going forward.

Great service. Went in to get a bent rim changed with a new one I had bought elsewhere, and was in and out within 30 minutes, and more than four times cheaper than the price the dealer quoted for the same thing. Definitely will be going back here for future tire needs.

This is the best tire store ever! Family owned, friendly, and excellent service. I have brought ATV, Tractor, Trailer, and truck tires to them for replacement and/or repair. They do it all!

Awesome place.honest and friendly. If you need tire work done. Do your self a favor and come to this place. Before I found this place I was wasting my time and money else where. Love it. I will not go anywhere else.
