Don t come here! Christian s customer service is extremely lacking and wants to appear faultless in a negligence case. They completed a repair that was not the requested warranty repair (and neglected to complete the actual warranty repair- causing the vehicle to go into limp mode crossing 15 501 and almost killing myself and two kids!), closed out the warranty case and then claimed that I should be grateful that they replaced the other part for free. Staff seems lazy and negligent. When speaking with Christian about their negligence, he could care less. I DO recommend driving the extra 30 minutes to flow of Burlington. Matthew at flow pulled my HPFP out of my car to show me the metal shards that Flow of Durham ignored, almost leading to my demise. I drove around in a death trap for six months, although it did sit at my house, unusable for a few of those months, thanks to Christian!!

This is my first service on my VW ID.4. Their call center team scheduled my VW ID.4 on wrong day (Sat) when VW ID.4 technician is available only two days on weekdays. Looks like Service Manager knows about this, he did not care about it and did not even apologize. Just simply asked me to reschedule. They wasted my one hour visit. I had to reschedule and went on weekday. It took almost three and half hours to look into couple of issues where still they could not resolve it properly (brake pedal still makes noise after the service). I am completely disappointed and would be going to another dealer next time for the service. It's waste of time!!! I should not have taken this car from them.

2019 VW Arteon*I came in with the coolant check light on & an overheating engine. The light had previously come on & the coolant was brown & dirty as opposed to the expected bright purple. We had personally done a coolant flush, the light went away and the car drove fine for about a month before the check light came back on & the fluid was once again murky.Arty was towed into Flow. After checking it out, the mechanics were insistent that it was something to do with my engine, that was causing a leak through to my coolant system. They quoted me around 10k.My warranty refused to pay until they had completed the work and proved that the engine was the problem. I was skeptical already, as I am used to mechanics trying to get off of me because of how young I am, but know a little bit about cars & it sounded like they were trying to tie straws together with the explanation I was given. The fact that the warranty company was also skeptical & wanted the work done first, I was not going to risk having to pay out of pocket if Flow was wrong.I took Arty to a lovely little VW/import shop nearby where the mechanic promptly diagnosed it as needing a water pump system replacement. This turns out to be very common in some VW models at the mileage I was at; if Flow had any sense, they knew full well they were trying to rip me off. My warranty paid for THIS work up front without hesitation, which turned out to be just shy of 3k.I do not suggest getting your first inspection/diagnosis from here if you intend to let them work on your car. Do your due diligence.

It's always something with this place. The people are friendly, I had no issue there. But there's always something odd and unacceptable going on. From accidentally performing a transmission flush I didn't ask for (which took 2 extra hours), to telling me my service contract has expired at the checkout counter (even tho the lady who booked me said it hadn't), to not calling me back about warranty items. I will not be returning here unless I'm forced to.

Do not, I repeat, do not use this center for service. My family dealt with an issue with our A/C since December 2021. Our A/C was not blowing cold and the issue was diagnosed but not fixed. Then, we brought the vehicle back two additional times and was told that the problem could not be replicated and bring the vehicle back when it does. The final straw was when I dropped the vehicle off to service the same issue only to be told that their A/C machine was broken and it would be next week before they could get to it. Took it to Volkswagen Burlington and it was fixed in 3 days under warranty. Until the service department does a better job with the service department take your business elsewhere.I would give no stars if I could.Service: Auto A/C replacement

Bought my car here in January of 2021, and it comes with two free service inspections . When I called to schedule the first one - I was told that I could wait with the car if I pre-scheduled the appointment. When I showed up, it was in the system as a drop off, so I was without my car for the day. They offered to give me a ride, but did not expedite service, apologize, or offer any solutions. Customer service is subpar

Had a recent visit for wheel alignment. They did a thorough check and found potential old problem with the car. I ve been going here for years, but I m not impressed with the customer service under the new management. Even with an appointment, a simple oil change took 2 hours. When I said that they told me it would be less on the phone - about 90 minutes max - the guy said, They wouldn t say that. It s always at least two hours.

Service was supposed to take an hour to an hour and a half. When I had to wait 3 1/2 hours after appointment time the service manager was not at all apologetic but defensive instead.

We make an appointment for our Audi. We let them know it's an Audi. Audi and Volkswagen have the same aligning adaptive cruise system. We got there at our desdignated appointment time, just to be turned away because now all of a sudden they didn't know it was an Audi and that the systems are different and they can't help us. We gave them specific details on our car and they were so confident that they could help us, but them turned us away because Audi is different than Volkswagen. What? No, it isn't. I hate that we wasted our time.
