This place is fantastic! I arrived at 6:30, hopeful to get my car inspected, and I wasn't disappointed! Especial shout-out to Justin went above and beyond to assist me, showcasing genuine kindness and a welcoming attitude. Everyone there exudes warmth and professionalism. Truly a delightful experience!!

Had a great experience with Chad and Justin this past week while getting my oil changed! They were very responsive and notified me about the tuning my car needed such as changing my air filters and even price pointed the things they recommended for my car before calling me. Definitely recommending this location for their wonderful customer service and quick turnaround.

I went there to replace two tires. I used Firestone's website to get a an out the door price (all fees and taxes) of $399 and scheduled my appointment. This feature was nice. I dropped my car off and was told the tires would be in at 10am and the work would be completed 1-2 hours after that. I got a call from Michael at 10am tried to up sell my on other services which I declined. I was told all they had to do was "slap" on my tires and my car would be ready. I didn't hear anything after 2 hours. I called at 2pm and spoke with Michael again to verify that my car was ready. He said no and that the tires weren't even there. I asked why he told me all they had to do was put the tires and it would be done. He then claimed he didn't say that and told me he had to figure out where the tires where. I got a call back at 2:45 pm saying my car was ready. I showed up and was told the total was $450 by Michael. I asked where did the extra $50 come from with my service and he didn't know. When I looked at their itemized receipt on the computer someone had added in service I did not request. Because of this unethical behavior and their failure to communicate correctly when my vehicle would be done, I will not be returning for business here.

I recently had an outstanding experience at Firestone Auto Care on NC Hwy 55 in Durham, NC, thanks to Manager Chad and Service Advisors Michael and James and Justin. They went above and beyond to help me with some issues I was experiencing with my Land Rover Discovery. Chad's leadership ensured that my concerns were addressed promptly and effectively, while Michael and James provided exceptional service and expertise in diagnosing and resolving the issues with my vehicle. Their professionalism, knowledge, and dedication made my visit to Firestone a truly positive one. I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of automotive assistance in the Durham area.

Justin Ratay was very understanding and apologetic, even though he did not need to be. I ve been coming to Firestone a few times now and every time I come, Justin and the African-American gentleman in the front have always just had the best customer service and today seemed like the shop was very very busy and even though I had to stay in the shop for 2 1/2 hours I was kept up-to-date on what was going on with my vehicle and the process was really smooth. Thank you guys and continue being the best that you are.

The staff at this Firestone were absolutely phenomenal. Very good at actually explaining the problem and the prices to non-mechanic humans. The manager, Chad, was great in making sure the best price was given. Very satisfied customer and I highly recommend getting your service here.

Great place to get your car serviced. They are very efficient, fast, and the work they perform is at a very high level. Most important. The people are great, they listen to what you say about the problem you are having with your car so that you get great service the first time and not have to come back. Job well done guys.

Firestone is a complete waste of money. Wife took her car here as she was having various issues. Service team took a complete guess at what was wrong. $700 later our issues are very much still present. There was no real effort made to diagnosis the issue, and if you don t know then be up front about it. My family will never use Firestone again, in any capacity.

I took my car here to get a oil change. They told me that my oil plug was bent after they had already ordered it. Then they told me that my car couldn't be driven. I called AAA to tow my car then they told me "We fixed it you can drive it you don't need AAA but you have a oil leak". They said whoever changed my oil last was responsible. I had my oil changed 3 months ago and my car has not been leaking oil. It wouldn't let me post without a star but they don't deserve it.

Chad and Justin, are great with customer service. They will put a smile on your face, even with the problems you're having with your vehicle. Service is great. They try to take care of each customer. You don't find good customer service anymore. Thanks for being you.

Mike and the team are awesome, friendly, and timely. The environment is also clean, a good place to wait while waiting for your car. My overall experience gets better and better each time l go to their shop to fix my car. I recommend them

Justin has been so helpful to me over the last several years. He s honest about what I need for my car and never tries to oversell me. I get appointments when I need them and he gets my work completed in a timely manner. I ve followed him from shop to shop because of his excellent customer service

Time and time again. When I need things done the right way, I choose Firestone. There is nothing like having a quality full service shop. The workers here were excellent! I have a Sprinter van that has been converted to a camper van and was having trouble finding an inspection shop that would be able to inspect it. They were able to fit me in their schedule very quick! Would recommend to anyone.

Beware! They once were good but went down hill. Look at recent reviews. Just lost me as a customer. First they increased price of tires 25% over last two years (more than inflation). Second, just wanted to charge me $100 for fixing a brake light - that's a five minute job. Offered $20 but they said it's $100 because of Kia manual. Literally two screws. They offered me to do it in the rain in the parking lot to pass state inspection. Really? Service - look it up.Update: As you can see, the "owner" replied. Again, I explained the situation with more details. The response was an answer that was either AI generated or from a template. They don't care!

Just had my brakes and rotors replaced brake fluid changed and alignment staff did an excellent job management is top-notch. Truly appreciate the work they did and would highly recommend this location for great work.

Thru my daughter who had recommended this particular Firestone. I was very impressed with that team. Very cordial and professional. I was treated with total respect..which these days are difficult to come by. AND I got results in a timely manner.. Very Pleased ! Will be back.

I ve been coming here exclusively for years. People are nice and make it clear which repairs are Safety Issues We Need to Do Today and which are Good Ideas That Can Wait, so I can budget for things, and whenever I show up early for an oil change appointment, they work me in quickly. I plan to go here as long as I live in Durham.

These guys are constantly trying to upsale, Ive given them the benefit of the doubt up till now. I pay insurance on 8 vehicles and service them thru Firestone. Im done!!!!.

THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK! I paid $277 for a battery replacement in November. In December, my truck wouldn t start because of the battery. I took it back for them to fix and they charged $190 for a diagnostic. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE

ONE star, this place does not provide good service. They were telling me that i needed to replace things that didn t need to be replaced. They were rushing me. They left my folder in the window for a long time and didn t hand it to me. I had to basically interrogate them to figure out where to get a tire, due to them charging $400 a tire. None of them would help me find a place. Luckily I found supreme tire in Durham who provided me with much more excellent service. Oh yeah and James told the boy off who left his tool inside my running board right in front of me. Ugh not professional and after I told them I was not going to buy the tires that i was going to find a cheaper place they left my tickets up there for 30 minutes I had to ask for someone to check me out. They are all about overpricing and up charging. Oh yeah the same highlighter that was on the floor the day before was still there the next day. The place was not clean nasty bathrooms.

So fare everything went smoothly.Had Firehawk lndy 500's installed on my BMW Msport 5 series and noticed a big difference in the handling and ride quality. Wish I had made the switch from factory run flats sooner.
