The salespeople and staff were very nice, responsive and accommodating. The dealership itself is a nice facility. The car was in great shape inside and out and was as advertised. We did end up purchasing a vehicle from them and it was a very simple process. We drove about 30 minutes, but it was worth it. Go check them out!

Durham's Auto Mart's service department is excellent. They are friendly and do great work. I am happy with the prices and always leave feeling as if I received a great value. I buy my cars at Durham's Auto Mart and am happy to use their service center for all my vehicles. I can't say enough about these guys.

I purchased my 2011 Honda Fit on 12/23/23 and the experience that I had working with Jason and Durham's Auto Mart was wonderful. I had never purchased a car from a used car dealership before and was all too familiar with the horror stories associated with used cars and the people who sell them. However, those horror stories do not apply to this dealer. Jason was super helpful and was very patient as I stumbled around the used car buying process (thank you for that). Jason was also willing to negotiate on the price and offer a better out the door price than Autopark Honda in Cary for a similar year Fit. I was able to get a pre purchase inspection done at my preferred Honda specialist which came back with a few minor things that were promptly fixed before the sale was finalized. Since then I have been enjoying the car and have put over 1,000 trouble free miles on it in the few weeks that I have owned it. I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone I know because of the quality of the cars, the low pressure sales guys, and the friendly atmosphere. Plus the 55 Chevy Bel Air in the showroom is super awesome.

We had an excellent car buying experience here this week. It was our first time buying a car at a dealer so we were a little wary but from the moment we walked in we felt comfortable. Jason Chambers was engaging and helpful and quickly addressed all of our concerns about the car that we purchased (all turned out to be quickly fixed). Very smooth process from start to finish. Highly recommend!

Durham's Auto Mart was easily the easiest and possibly quickest car buying experiences I've had. It's family owned and it shows in how they treat their customers. Jason C., the sales associate who worked with me, was professional, friendly, and helpful, as I am a new NC resident he explained to me the process of inspections and titling my new vehicle for the future, as he had taken care of everything else. Jason also understood I was in a hurry, so when I arrived at Durham's Auto Mart, the day after my test drive of the vehicle, the paperwork was already there and ready to go.I will definitely be giving them more business.

I recently purchased a 2014 Ford Mustang GT from Durham Automart in June, and I must say that the entire experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Right from the start, I was welcomed with genuine kindness and offered a bottle of water. What impressed me even more was that they had a playpen set up for my kids, allowing them to play comfortably while I explored my options.The attention to detail didn't stop there. The vehicle was impeccably detailed, showcasing their commitment to delivering quality. The transaction itself was incredibly smooth, making the entire process hassle-free. My father and I purchased a 2016 impala here, our second car from here. We have put 300 miles on it so far with no issues. super friendly atmosphere, no pressure whatsoever. just a honest used car dealership, with great deals, great cars, and great people. Take the hassle out of buying a risky used car from a hole in the wall. Come here! you will not be disappointed.

On April 14th 2022 a muscle car, camaro, was sold to my 84 yr old senile mother. She was bullied to buy it by her mentally ill son, who has no driver's license. She took out a loan to buy it. Neither of them are qualified to even take the car for a test drive, let alone drive it home. DAP dilevered to my mother's home. This is the car and my mentally ill abusive brother in his current state. I found about the car on 5-11-2022I contacted Durham Automart to ask they, please take the car back and refund my mother's money. I got an unhelpful earful about how it was a legal sale. I will be contacting the NC Attorney General and file a complaint about the matter.

He was personable as well as professional and knowledgeable & helped simplify the entire car buying process. The experience was enjoyable. I couldn't have been happier with my experience. I worked with Mr. Chambers on my 2013 Mazdaspeed 3. They were exceptionally patient with me during the entire process being that it was a hot hatch and a many people were interested, we caught first dibs. Allowed us time to put money down and get thru the process. In the end I ended up getting the cleanest possible Speed3 on the market. 100% would recommend if you see a vehicle of interest on their lot. Can't express enough how happy I am with my new car!

I cannot say enough positive things about this dealership. My dealings with Jason Chambers were superior. Instead of the high pressured rhetoric I have received from other dealerships, I found the exact opposite here. The folks here are low key, informative and definitely do not pressure you into buying a car. As a lady, I appreciate this approach so very much. Kudos to Durham Auto Mart and Mr., Chambers!!!

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. This was my first time actually buying a car myself and this team made it so easy! Jason was absolutely wonderful to work with! He made sure I was informed on everything, he walked me through every bit, and even helped entertain my 1 year old while we got paperwork filled out. He was fantastic to work with!The whole team was phenomenal, they were very informative and you could tell they always put the customer first. Loved my experience here and love my new car!

I'd like to give a 5 star review to Jason Chambers and the whole team at Durham Auto Mart. These guys give a fair price, superior service, and complete attention to detail. My husband Jay and I recently purchased a 2013 Nissan Maxima from them through Jason and absolutely loved the experience - that's a stretch for a used car dealer -great job! Got an awesome car, they were still completing ordered repairs even after we purchased the car, and overall they simply "just did the right thing". Awesome experience and would highly recommend - BTW, my husband Jay had the same kind of experience back in 2014when I bought a 2008 Hyundai Sonata from them.

Purchased a 2015 Lexus GS350 here and it was a great buying experience. I arranged my own financing with my local credit union and drove in from out of town to buy the vehicle. Everything was ready to go when I arrived, I was in and out in 30 minutes at the most. The car met my expectations in person as far as condition goes and I've been very happy with it since. They did throw in a 6 month warranty with the car which is great too, I found one very minor issue after buying the car which the warranty covers.All in all would definitely buy here again, TJ was great to do business with and I love the car!

Found a car I wanted to purchase. The manager agreed on a price. He put me off for 3 days to get my inspection done and then calls to say he has two others that want to purchase it full price and he would no longer agree to our deal. He lied and lied and wasted our time when we could have found another car. This is exactly why car salesmen have such a bad rep...they talk to women like we are stupid. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and tried to call and discuss this with one of the owners, but they also did not return my call. This is the most unprofessional car dealership I have ever dealt with. Oh well, their loss, we paid cash for a better, newer car and theirs is still for sale online! They must have PAID for their good reviews. I have already had one other person tell me they had the same, bad experience there!

I can not say enough about how great my experience with this dealership was! Jason, our salesman, went above and beyond to make sure we were able to get what we wanted! He is not your average salesman, he cares about his customers! The dealership is very blessed to have him on their team! This dealership offers great vehicles at a fair price and I would highly recommend them for your next vehicle purchase. When you go in ask for Jason Chambers and you will get great service!

I wish there was an option to give more than 5 stars. I was visiting Durham and my car was making a crazy noise. I texted the number on the website and got a call from Ron, the service advisor, within minutes- 30 minutes before they even opened for the day. He got me in right at 8 am and had my car completely fixed in 15 minutes. Best customer service I ve ever experienced. Since it wasn t a big fix, he didn t even charge me which I didn t expect and was so kind. Highly recommend choosing this service department. Honestly it will be worth it to drive all the way back to Durham in the future if I need auto work done (as long as my car can make it).

After researching cars online I found one that I liked at Durham's Auto Mart. On a Saturday morning I was met by Jason C. in Sales and let him know what I wanted to look at and immediately he had the keys for me to go for a test drive. From there the entire process was fantastic and zero pressure from filling out initial paperwork, financing, and finalizing paperwork. Jason was outstanding throughout the entire process, explaining everything simply so there was no confusion and answered questions superbly. I would highly recommend purchasing a vehicle from Durham's Auto Mart for the best, zero-stress, non-complicated process ever.
