Shawn and Jaime were very caring and understanding. Our situation was extreme,I had no idea how we were going to get our car back to it's old self. It was a very emotional day for me. Jaime was very reassuring as I explained to him all repairs would be self pay. Shawn and his team did an awesome job on the needed repairs they even went above and beyond. Thank you guys for all of your hard work and compassion. This was my family's second time using Carolina Collision, we will always come to you guys.

They were amazing after a deer took out my front end. The staff were so kind and helpful throughout this process. They gave me updates onmy car every Tuesday and Thursday with every process, from working with my insurance, parts, paint and assembly. Highly recommend them if you need anything done.

Shawn has been nothing short of a wonderful and communicative help! My car was in for a little longer than expected, but the constant and quick communication every Tuesday and Thursday helped alleviate any sort of wonders. The entire staff has been great, and my car looks as GOOD AS NEW. They also took the time to clean my vehicle in and out before I got my keys back! Thank YOU!

Carolina Collisions has been the best experience I've ever had with my vehicle repair. From the time I brought the car there, explained the issues post accident and was told what to expect they worked diligently to repair, restore and provide my wife and I with care and professionalism. Even after I picked the car up and noticed a minor issue they came out and resolved the issue before I left and I'm so grateful for the service from the time I walked in the door to when I left. I HIGHLY recommend if you need any type of damage for your vehicle to bring it to Carolina Collisions in Durham, NC you won't be disappointed.

I had such a hard time finding a collision center that would take my car since I had a theft claim and then I came across Durham collision center and I m super satisfied with their work. They finished my car before the estimated day of completion. My car now looks brand new :) They dropped off the car to me and returned my car rental. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who needs collision services!

I came here for service as part of an insurance claim to repair and replace body work on my vehicle. The service took about 3 weeks, and I was extremely satisfied with the consistent communication I received prior to dropping off my vehicle and throughout the repair process. The front desk staff and the support person handling my repair, Shawn, were friendly and responsive. The interior and exterior of my vehicle were nicely cleaned when I picked up my vehicle and my vehicle looks and feels normal again. Since I went through insurance, I cannot comment on the price of the services beyond my deductible, but I would recommend for the customer service and quality of service.Services: Auto body & trim repair, Auto body & trim replacement

If I could leave zero stars I would. The shop had my car for 3 days before Lisa in the office called and accused me of not returning the paperwork needed to begin work on my car. After her checking her emails she realized she had NEVER sent it. Once that was taken care of the wait began, I had to extend my rental car and pay out of pocket because of the timeframe of completing the repairs. I had to call to get updates and was met with again Lisa who was rude and seemed as if I was bothering her. When nearing completion I called to see how to take care of the insurance check, Lisa responded that I could just pay out of pocket and deal with it later. Lisa did not once answer the phone or assist me in a pleasant way. The shop took their sweet time and did not provide timely updates. I will not use this shop should I ever need repairs nor would I recommend to anyone that I know.

Great experience using this business! I had a great experience with the estimator (Rick) and every one else I came into contact with from the business. My car repair looks great and drives well. Highly recommend.

Carolina Collision Center was actually the second shop my vehicle was sent to after a rear end collision.Staff were super friendly and very informative. 5 star customer service and communication skills from everyone at this shop.My vehicle was not repaired due to being a total loss, but these fine folks will be the first shop I contact for any future repair needs.

I recently had my car repaired at Carolinad Collision Center of Durham , and I was quite impressed with the service. The staff, Shawn, was friendly and knowledgeable, and they did an excellent job fixing the damage on my car. The final result looked as good as new, and the turnaround time was reasonable. Pricing was fair, and I appreciated the transparency in the cost breakdown. The best place for car body work! I could not recommend them more highly. I had the misfortune of two back-to-back hit and runs and Carolinas Collision Center of Durham restored my car to new condition both times. Shawn texted twice a week to communicate progress and set clear expectations about turnaround time. Brought 2 of our cars in. One was stolen from our house and hit the other car in our driveway.I knew from first contact with Gayle that this would be a good experience. She was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. Then we met Shawn who kept us informed by text every Tuesday and Thursday about the status of our cars. They did the work quickly and dealt directly with our insurance company. They even sent someone to pick up/drop off one of our cars for a part that came in later. 10/10 recommend.

Shawn provided timely communication regarding the status of my car. My car was repaired well with no sign of the damage, and the repairs were completed ahead of schedule. My mother was recently in an accident and Carolinas Collison Center was the repair site selected by the insurance company. The shop was very easy to locate and the staff was incredibly friendly. Steve provided us with updates regarding the repair progress and made sure that I was informed. I definitely recommend Carolinas Collison Center, both for an insurance claim (if possible) or if you back into a metal pole (hopefully it won t happen again).

My car went in for total front end repairs for a collision I was in. The car looks brand spanking new! On top of that, Shawn kept me updated every Tuesday and Thursday by text customer service isn t dead in the 21st century.They did forget to reconnect my horn, but got that taken care of as soon as I let them know. Really great to work with them.I am so glad to know of a really top quality bodyshop in Durham. Our Ford Explorer had damage from a truck tire hitting the front end of the vehicle. Steve Hall and the collision team repaired the damage and the SUV looks like new. They completely cleaned the Explorer and kept us informed about the repair throughout the process. Service was great, our technician was true to his word and kept us informed us of what was going on with our vehicle. The intake process was smooth and easy as well. The front counter (receptionists?) Were personable and helpful. Would recommend highly.

The reviews really helped me select this collision center when I was trying to figure out where to bring my car. Hands down bring your car here. The staff took care of it all, I brought my car in and had a shuttle ready for me to bring me to Enterprise rental car. Clear communication throughout the process of what the timeline looked like. Everyone is very professional, talks you through the process. Got my car back in 1 week all repaired and it looks amazing!

They fixed and painted front and rare bumpers, they even replaced headlight. The frontdesk ladies are friendly and helpful. Carolina Collision Center of Durham was an amazing experience and they went out of their way to make sure my car looked perfect! Also Shawn was super communicative throughout the whole process and made sure that I was taken care of with a rental car during my busy work schedule! Overall a 5/5 star experience! :)

The manager Shawn Kemp was so great with keeping the communication line open!
