Caliber and Jeremiah, my service advisor, were phenomenal. My car was rear ended and Caliber came highly recommended by many people, including my insurance claims agent. I can see why! The entire process, from making an appointment to getting my repaired car, was seamless. The front desk staff here are wonderful - so friendly, helpful, and kind. The work on my car was incredible! My car was returned to me in pristine condition. But more importantly, Jeremiah was an absolute saving grace. He was so kind, compassionate, and professional. He expertly ensured that I was kept in the loop with updates, even when I was out of the country. He promptly answered any and all of my questions and went out of his way to check on my car and make sure things were progressing as they should. He even advocated for me with my insurance company to get the parts for my car that looked better and had the best build quality - without him, my insurance would have done the cheapest possible repair. I am beyond satisfied with my experience with Caliber. A stressful, awful accident turned into an incredible experience and my car looking as good as new.

I brought my car over to the one off of Neal Road in Durham for the 2nd time. Each time I brought my car there they did beautiful work on my car and within reasonable time. The people I ve worked with have always been friendly, persistent, and professional. This last time, Julian to fabulous job, and keeping in contact with me all along the way throughout the entire process, and kept me informed. They even got my car back to me about four days early right before the weekend. I would recommend caliber collision to any of my loved ones are friends. This is a wonderful place if you need some bodywork done, Of any kind. I hope I never need them again but if I were to ever need somebody work done in the future, I would definitely be bringing my vehicle back there for a third time. Thanks again team of Caliber Collision!!!

We were referred to Caliper by a friend who uses them to repair company vehicles. My SUV was only 4 months old when we were hit in the rear. I wanted to make sure the shop I chose would make it like new again. Caliper delivered big time! They kept me informed of the progress and did a beautiful job on the repair. I am actively referring friends to Caliper for any of their future needs.

I had an emergency window situation which was unsolvable because of lack of parts from Mercedes and I pulled into this location and found all of the staff eager to drop everything, come out to my car, and suggest a solution, and made a temporary fix on the spot. So nice, no communicative, just out of this world customer service. I am almost hoping I have more body work needed while in Durham just to catch back up with these people.A million stars!Service: Body & Trim

Referred to Caliber Collision by neighbors who were highly satisfied with a recent rear end repair of their car following a collision. When we experienced the same situation we contacted our insurance company, USAA, and they referred us to Caliber Collision as a "star"partner, a preferred provider. We were well served by those two recommendations and the established relationship of the insurance company and repair shop. We were very happy with the quality of the repair work. Staff was friendly, kept us regularly updated on progress, and answered all our questions patiently. The car got finished sooner than expected and looked wonderful. Spent days going back and forth with them just to say that it wasn't something they could fix only to find out it was a relatively minor fix that most body shops can do fairly easily

BEWARE!!! They will jack the estimate up as high as possible to try and intentionally total-loss your vehicle. I came in with bumper damage, LITERALLY JUST BUMPER DAMAGE, and they threw the entire book at my insurance and now we have to bend over backwards to fix an already stressful situation. Doesn t help that the people at the front desk lack all empathy and compassion, the second lady I spoke to was nice but the first one was cold and kept glaring rudely at me. All in all, if you value your vehicle and/or peace of mind, DON T GO HERE!!!!

Excellent experience all around. The repairs were quick and thorough, and the submission process was about as smooth as I could imagine. Amy M. did an amazing job keeping me informed about the progress of the repairs and any changes to the schedule due to parts availability. My family's still being cautious about Covid, and Amy was also extremely considerate about taking precautions and making the dropoff/pickup as contactless as possible. From start to finish, my experience with Caliber was excellent. The staff there was great, the waiting area is clean and comfortable (and has coffee!) and the repairs to my car were done well and relatively quickly. My car was hit while parked in a parking lot at a shopping center, and no note was left. The driver's side rear bumper and tail light were damaged. Caliber Collision was recommended by my insurance company, their business is relatively close to my house, and they had great reviews. I can now confirm that they deserve all the great reviews! They were wonderful about keeping me updated about my car's status, and it even was ready sooner than expected. Plus they cleaned it up nicely as well! I just picked up my vehicle and I couldn t wait to write a review! They were so kind and professional every step of the way. Kept me updated on progress and their estimate of the time it would take to complete repairs was spot on! My car was rear-ended on the way to work one morning. We have Allstate insurance and a couple locations for Calibur were listed. The Neal Road location had the best reviews so we took our car there. We drive a Mazda and were informed that some parts through Mazda could be delayed. Our service tech, Will, however was able to hunt down parts and get the work done on our car earlier than expected. The body work looks great and it drives like nothing ever happened to it. Christine at the front desk was a great help whenever I called to set up the service and check in. I highly recommend this place if you need body work after an accident, especially if you have insurance with them listed as a preferred shop.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
