Excellent service, reasonable prices. Dan is your guy for exhaust. I would highly recommend, double checks his work and let's you look at the work done.

They were honest and helpful with a muffler repair and inspection. Down to earth and went out of their way to be helpful!

I've been here twice for repairs. The first time my car was failing and it was the closest place I could get to without a tow truck. They helped me quickly and for a fair price. They also identified a second problem, which I came back for a few weeks later. It solved a nagging sound and probably kept me from a dangerous situation. Cash is required if you were towed but credit card is fine for normal repairs. Good work, fast service.

Corky Payne is the owner and he always is eager to give great service at a fair price. He and his staff have always been professional and they have always done excellent work. They also stand behind their work.A good place to take your auto when it needs repair.

I brought in a 1929 Ford radiator that was leaking, and they had it repaired same-day. Fixed the leaks, welded the frame, and repainted. This is the place for classic car radiator repairs.

Great shop to take your ride for repair or to have some upgrades done. Corky and his guys know what they are doing. I was very pleased with the job they did on my Muscle Car. Their work was outstanding and very professional. I highly recommend them for you!!

Recommend by another mechanic for exhaust work. Took 2 cars there. Work cost less than they estimated because once they got to it, they found the problems weren't as bad as they first thought. Did good work too.

I was able to get my car serviced quickly and at a reasonable price. The owner and receptionist were both very pleasant during my wait. I will definitely go there again when my car needs to be serviced.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Went here for an Inspection the person was very rude and racist and would not come near me and he could not leave the room fast enough. Also charged me $10 for a turn single I provided which I knew was now working. How do you charge someone for their own bulb? Stay far away from this place.

I stopped by this shop looking to see if they had gaskets and bolts for a used aftermarket cat back exhaust. They didnt seem too slow or too busy but was able to pull my car in and go over options and I was in and out in under 2 hours for a great price. The work done and service was very professional. Definitely reccomend!

I don't know much about this place but my one experience was excellent. Pouring rain and my windshield wiper blew off. I stopped here and asked for help. They pulled our van into a bay and replaced the windshield wipers in just a few minutes. The sweet 95 yo WWII veteran I was transporting in the van was thanked for his service... great unexpected customer service experience!

I just wanted to add my recommendation for Bull City. The guys are great and do very good work. I've had a lot of work done on three different vehicles and never been disappointed. Once I was waiting for a job and they fed me lunch! Another time, I didn't have a ride and had to wait for a job and they sent right out for a part. I was out in 45 minutes. Great family operation.

This place is great. 3 other people tried to sell me a new starter or alternator or both when my car was shutting off while it idled. They replaced the battery and my car has been fine ever since. They don't push you to get anything you don't need, and their prices for parts and services are very affordable.

I have been going here for 12 years and have never been disappointed or felt like I got ripped off. Corky is nicest owner and provides excellent personal service. Oscar is one of the best mechanics I have ever seen and can fix just about anything. When I asked for their help in finding a plastic trim piece from a junkyard, they found the piece gor.me and snapped it into my car for free.

Referred by Auto Pro To Call for exhaust leak repair. They assessed and repaired quickly. Gave accurate estimates and fixed easily. After informing me of a problem w/ fuel injector (which I knew about already) I gave my consent for repair - unfortunately the problem turned out to be an electrical issue not a mechanical one. They charged me for time/labor and left the hardware in better condition than they found it (there were screws missing which they noted and replaced).Four out of five stars because five stars makes it look like the reviewer was a sucker. Would recommend to friends/family.

I go to them for inspections and repairs. Friendly office, fast service, never had any sticker shock with repairs and it's a family business. Highly recommend.

Took an old radiator there out of a tractor, price was good, workmanship seems good and people were nice and a quick turnaround.

I first found these guys when I had to use roadside through my insurance company. They were very professional and were out within 30 minutes which was great for a hot summer day. I had a problem shortly thereafter and since I was new to the area, took a chance. I have had several really good experiences with these guys since then and will continue to take my vehicles back. They've always been very up front with me regarding costs, have even come in under estimates, and allowed me to bring in my own parts if I wanted to in order to save costs (they were dealer only items so they couldn't get a good deal on them) without increasing the labor price. Their turn around time has always been same day and competitively, I've found their prices to come in lower than other places I've checked, specifically for a set of tires (all comparable brands/styles/ratings). There was a problem a few days after a repair and they towed my car, took it right in, fixed the issue, and had me back on the road at no cost to me, even though it wasn't their mistake (bad radiator cap--new part that I provided). Not the fanciest shop, but I don't need a latte or a game room while having a car repair if that means I pay more for the same service. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone.

I called them with a simple question about exhaust piping and they kept transferring me to other people in the shop. Eventually, they transferred me to someone who obviously doesn't answer the phones very often, so he was frustrated at having to answer a customer question and hung up. The entire time I was very nice to them, and yet I still got hung up on. If this is the way treat customers over the phone, i'm scared to think of how they will treat me when my car is 8 feet up on their lift with the exhaust pipes off. I would not trust them for a minute. I called another shop right after them, and they answered my question right away and were very nice about how they could accommodate me. I'll never take my car to Bull City Radiator unless I want to get thrown under the bus, no pun intended.

I have had several repairs done with Bull City Radiator and would highly recommend them. Just had an oil leak repaired and our coolant flushed in our VW Passat. A few days later my wife calls me and tells me that her coolant light is on. I had her pull over and came and met her. There was coolant all over the engine. I called Corky and told him I thought maybe something didn't get put together right. He sent a tow truck out, towed the vehicle from Raleigh to Durham, checked the car out and found out they had not gotten a hose clamp back on quite right. I guess some people could get upset that it wasn't done right, but he did the right thing- he fixed it and didn't charge a thing. I was fully expecting a huge bill, but he had integrity. That's a big deal to me and I will be a loyal customer.

I have been taking my four cars to Bullcity, Corky & his family for many years. You will not get a more honest company. They are a Mom and Pop company that have been in business since (I think) 1976... you don't stay in business that long without integrity, hard work and great employees! Sometimes I stay with my car and they work as quickly as possible to get me out of there, but other times I drop it off and let them keep it and work on in. I just read these reviews for the first time and was shocked! I call Corky before I go and yes, he is very busy because he is actually working on the cars while talking to you, he does not sit behind a desk and answer phones all day... I have also been accidentally disconnected. There is NO WAY anything will be stolen from a vehicle from anyone at this business! I have left my cars there for days at a time with valuables in them... plus this is a family owned and operated business. There are a couple of extra guys in the shop that have been there for a few years. This shop does not have alot of turnover. Corky's Dad is the tow truck driver. You will not be disappointed with Bullcity Radiator and the small-town feel business you get when you enter the front door.

Just needed a state inspection. They got me right in and on my way in no time. Very friendly and welcoming family-owned business. Highly recommended.

My friend called on sun to get access to his car and the guy who answered the phone said he would be there in 30 mins. We waited 30 mins and a van pulls up, no one gets out of the car. My friend gets a phone call saying that there is a $55 after hours fee. We should have been told that prior to waiting 30 mins. It was really bad customer service and he didnt have the decency to get out of the car and talk to is face to face.

Liars and thieves. I came WHEN THEY OPENED and no one else was waiting. I told them I need the work done ASAP as i a rural carrier and HAVE TO HAVE A VEHICLE! The owner said he umderstood and would get it done. I came back 4 hours later and they had not even put it on a rack or looked at. I sat there 4 hours watching people bring there cars in and then leave. Then they did not give or offer back any of my used parts that i have lifetime warranties on. They also did not tell me MY LIFE WAS IN DANGER BECAUSE MY FRONT RIGHT BALL JOINT BARELY EXIST. Also at one point saw the manager or owner or whatever come in his office and say "give me the gun!" And an employee handed him a gun and he left and after he left a different employee said "i'd still rob his dumb @$5!"

A single woman... I trust this place! They gave me ride home and then picked me up after my brakes were fixed. Fair prices. I knew what I needed and they didn't try to take advantage of me.

Bull is the right work for this Place Had an engine install $1,700 buck plus part out of pocket.... They didn't even paint the motor. Brought my catering truck Home. It's was running rough. They say just let it run it will get better.....really? REALLY? Then engine blow the head gasket and the engine was cracked 3 months after an install. O'Reillys recommended this place while I was in a time on need. Thanks for nothing guys or shall I say thanks for the BULL!

While I was on my long road trip with my wife and a small kid, my car broke down on the I-85S. So I called the emergency service and they tried to start the car by using the jump start but it didn't help. So they said it has to be something to do with the alternator and need to be towed to the auto garage to fix it. So when I tried to search for the nearest auto repair shop on my phone I found "Bull City Radiator" (Durham) luckily. I called up the owner (I think Mr. Corky) and they were almost closing the shop for the thanks giving celebrations. But when I explained my situation, he sent a tow truck in a matter of few mins and we found that it was the alternator issue and we had to replace it. The price was very nominal and moreover it was great timely help for us (Though they were busy and about to close the shop for the day) otherwise we would have suffered lot. WE ARE VERY MUCH THANKFUL TO "Bull City Radiator".
