I have to applaud Mr. Perez and his team at Auto Art Auto Collision for the work they did on my 1990 BMW E34. They were very RELIABLE and delivered on everything they stated. They were also extremely RESPONSIVE to everything that I requested and at times, went above and beyond what I requested! The ASSURANCES that I received from Mr. Perez conveyed a tremendous amount of trust and confidence in the body work that he planned to do and I was not disappointed at all! Job well done and I would recommend Auto Art Collision to anyone that will listen. I was very, very pleased and thank you Mr. Perez

My review comes after months of appreciating the fact that Art Auto Parts repaired my car with OEM parts, even after it being a battle for compensation with the insurance company. At first glance we didn't see much issues with our vehicle but upon deeper inspection and driving around for a few weeks. Noticeable neglect was made. Things like bumber wasnt placed correctly, leaving pertuding on one side. Side door not correctly put back in, leaving a gap. It was never detailed on the inside after it was repaired on top of that there are other issues with how my vehicle was just pieced together. I tried to get a hold of the owner left ample messages not one call back. My husband decided that he didn't want to go back to the Auto shop for reasons of his own. But I am truly dissatisfied in some of the areas where my car was neglected. Especially when it sat on the lot for so long. I've seen that others have had a great experience with Dedi and I am just disappointed that because he had such a hard time with the insurance company my vehicle had to pay the price.

Dedi is a true professional who offers very fair and transparent pricing!I absolutely wrecked my aftermarket front splitter a few days before reaching out. I thought it was something I could fix on my own until I got under the car and realized the damage was worse than I thought.After a quick phone call with Dedi, and sending over a few pictures, he assured me it was something that he could take care of.I dropped off my car the next morning and it was done the following day. Not only was the pricing fair, but Dedi walked me through the steps he took to make sure the replacement splitter stays in place. Now knowing that him and his team offer a wide range of services, I ll definitely be coming back.Service: Body & Trim

Mr. Perez and his team took in a couple of my cars. He assessed my rolled over civic, gave a me a great price and created a beautiful byproduct. They brought it back to me in a timely manner. Extremely easy to get a hold of, upfront and honest about the repairs, and always willing to process different options with me. A+

I was able to find through Google search Dedi s auto shop! He was very responsive, considerate, and helpful to talk with about my car repair and situation.I needed my under shield of my Kia replaced after hitting some road debri unavoidably. He was able to contact and follow up with the Kia parts right away.I really appreciate his quality service and affordable rate for the job. I would recommend Dedi for any auto body work repair. Phenomenal work! I called Dedi as soon as I was in my accident with my Foxbody and he took the best care of it. Looks brand new now and you can t even tell that it was hit.
