The young man in service by the name of Steve was very professional every time I had to come in he was very polite and he made me feel comfortable and also the young man up front Jose and Mr Sammy they were all professional up there and a in a timely manner Mr Sammy took care of me Jose comfort me it was really a beautiful experience at the car dealer I think these guys very much for taking care of me I really appreciate itService: Tires

So far, so good. There was an issue with my car (cap to the oil pan was stripped so couldn't come out) that happened when serviced before I bought it, but they fixed it no charge (I mean, obviously). Last time I had to drop my car off before leaving town and it was left in the same spot so I could find it easy with my keys available to me. I appreciate the front desk guy (Malcolm? I'm sorry, I'm so bad with names), he's always helpful. Can't complain.

This review is long overdue!I've been going to Auction Direct for quite a few years and every time I've taken my vehicles there, I've received nothing but exceptional customer service from Wayne, Malcolm and the rest of the staff. They are honest hard-working guys who've never tried to take advantage of me simply for being a woman. I've always felt confident in their abilities to do any and all repairs that my vehicles need (they keep my 12-year old Nissan Altima running like a charm).If you're looking for a shop with fantastic techs, a very witty yet knowledgeable service advisor, and a remarkable service manager, the gentlemen at Auction Direct will not let you down!

Great place to have your car serviced! Very personable employees and they always make sure to give honest suggestions for things to plan on correcting in the future. This area of 55 is growing dramatically but it looks like they re prepared for it.

There was a technician with the cars who ignored me and gave me attitude when I pulled up with my car. I believe the people in the back and front of the business should learn proper customer service. There was a young man who was training, so I understand the situation.I will say an older gentleman, probably the manager or the owner taught the young man at the computer. He was courteous, respectful and this is why I am giving the 3 stars. I will say that the service was quickly completed for what I was asking for.

I had recently moved to the area and Wayne was very professional and courteous. He was able to get one his mechanics to check over my car so I could get new tags. I was able to ask questions about his guarantee his work. I would come back to Wayne and have his mechanics work on my car.

The wrong tires were ordered and put on my car. It was just a communication misunderstanding between the manager and myself. Auction Direct ordered the correct tires (which were more expensive and they did not charge me more), installed the tires and had my car ready early the next day. Staff was helpful and respectful. I would go back to them for future work.

Comfortable atmosphere, no run-arounds, straight to the point with getting my oil changed. The staff was quick and got me back on the road in no time - and very reasonably priced, I might add. I'm planning to give this service center more of my business in the future.

I recently made a purchase with them. Thank you Joe Peoples and Manager Moussaff. It was just such an amazing experience and I felt like I was not getting cheated or scammed. They are very transparent and really address your needs/concerns when finding the right vehicle. Joe and Mousaff took their time to explain the process and I honestly felt like we were treated like family. Purchase your vehicle with them! You won t regret it!! And this is the Raleigh location.

Visited Auction Direct for car inspection. Was able to get sane day appointment. Was told inspection would take 1 hour. Finished in 30 minutes. Coffee provided. Cost was very reasonable. Employees friendly.

I've gotten my vehicle inspection here for two years and they are quick and efficient. I didn't have an appointment, but they managed to get me in quickly and were very pleasant to deal with.

I can now add a third auto repair shop to my "Go to these guys" list. They have taken care of all of my cars. From basic inspections to an entire suspension swap. ( Struts, upper and lower control arms, inner & outer tierods and alignment) That car rides like new now.My truck with over 260k is on the road because of them.Call ahead as they are usually busy being the best in the area.

I really needed an Oil Change and due to the Covid-19 virus it was hard. Because the shop was closed I finally got to get one Wayne was on vacation and I went in an early morning the young man came to my car and said they Open @ 9am. I waited a few more mins and went in he did the paperwork and I was all set he made me a cup of coffee and it wasn't 15 -25 mins the young Man said Ms DAVIS your Car is ReadyService: Oil change

I have been using this location for several years now. I don t even live in town anymore, but I prefer to deal this garage.Wayne has always been a pleasure to speak with. When I call to explain what I think is going on with my car, he always says, Let s drive it and see .

I was in a rush when my maintenance light came on. I needed an oil change. I was heading to cary on 54 hwy. when i noticed an auction direct service center on the right. I didnt know at the time that they had a service center also. Any way thought what the heck ill try them. The service was fantastic. Pricing was good. And they made me feel like they appreciated my buisness. The store manager justin was a pleasure to work with and let me know that they can perform any service my toyota may need in the future. I will be using them for any repairs to my vehicle from now on. Thanks again justin. Its hard to find someone like yourself that takes pride in what you do.

Ive been here several times and today I was just disgusted in which I received generally good customer service. Normally I deal with Wayne. He wasnt in when I came and the guy left running the establishment was a total jerk and hia attitide was very nasty. I will not be coming back....
