I ordered a battery at 8pk online when mine died and went for pickup. Although they don't normally install in the dark, the kind gentlemen helped me get it installed and on my way. I was scheduled to take scouts camping the next morning so they also saved our trip. Thank you!

Travis helped me with a difficult battery. He was so kind and efficient. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. No one else wanted to be bothered at other stores. He was just great!!!! I ll be back for sure.

This is kind of where I do my shopping for essentials for my vehicle. I needed some mirrors extended mirrors for my little SUV they had them I use them they work pretty good. And I needed a light low beam light for my headlamps they had them didn't have to order them on Amazon so that was quick and easy. They've always been knowledgeable I had a alternator just about to go out so the guy told me where to go to get it put on I didn't order it from him but I got a warranty from the guy that he suggested I get the part from anyway to get the work done I mean. Worked out great and the guy that put it on took extra time to put it on for me and did an excellent job and I'll do a review on his place as well

The customer service was terrible. The 2 females acted like it was a problem for me to come into the shop at 3pm. The gentleman standing behind the counter was semi courteous. I definitely did not have a good experience.

Went in today and the employee asked me what i needed. Then as i was telling her what i needed she pickes up phone and started taking someone's order. Very disrespectful. I left and call the store and spoke with the women GM and she was not pleasant. In fact she seem as if I was bothering her by calling. They need a new staff but keep Mr. Tank. he is always cool and helpful. I will not be returning to this location.

The worst experience. If I could give negative stars I would. This was an absolute horror of an experience. The staff there is utterly unhelpful. They act like they don't wanna be there. Dina especially!! walked in for help with a battery and she from the moment we walked in had an attitude. She was so unhelpful. When asked questions she would respond in one worded comments. She even said "oh if you buy a battery here youll have to take to the dealer for them to put it in". after asking 3 x about the changing of the battery. We ended up going to autozone down the street. and they were more than great and helpful!

Called to see if they accept used coolant, The person on the phone asked somebody else and told me that they did. Drove 20 minutes to the store, and was told after carrying it all inside with my 18-month-old son, that the drum was full and they couldn t take it. Staff need to be aware of what the stores capabilities are before giving out information to customers.

Avondale store Hispanic female is lazy and has a terrible attitude. Myself and two other customers talked outside and will never return again. Just plain rude and lazy. Told her my information 4 times and she even told me that I didn't know my own name...wow .

Horrible customer service. Manager act like she is ready to fight as soon you talk to her. I rather drive far but I would never go to this store. PLEASE AVOID THIS STORE IF YOU LIKE GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Seems like these people always greet you soon as you walk inside the doorway. They always ask if there is somthing I can help you with. The prices are always in line where they should be. The best part is when you are buying brakes out other vehicle parts you always have the option of purchasing Parts based on warranty and sometimes your wallet will only allow you to purchase the lower priced item. So I will choose Auto zone over other parts stores any day.

I had a dying car battery and decided to have Advanced Auto replace it. They had the battery in stock. Unfortunately it was a little bit larger than my previous battery so the battery cover wouldn't fit. They quickly replaced the old battery and I was in my way.

Horrible service, bought battery had it less than 3 months it stopped working, return policy is nuts you have to save it there for them to charge over night so you are car less and they dont care!! Horrible older man as there manager and he is teaching the rest to be just like him disgruntled and unhappy they are in the wrong line of business

Okay place to get parts. The parts are usually less expensive than other places, but they're a lower quality part too.The staff is okay. They do not normally go out of their way to see if you need help, do make sure you walk up and ask if you need help with anything.

The gentleman that helped me went over and above to help me. The only drawback is that the parking lot is way to small for a big truck like mine.
