Accurate is hands down the best ever, 100%.I brought my mom a beautiful 2008 Pearl White Cadillac SRX (new motor), and prior to me driving it Durham, NC to surprise her with it, I had a tremendous amount of work done on it (brakes, rotors, control arms, new tires, paint job), as my sister Maria says "lipstick and rouge".... Nonetheless, mommy had the car for approximately 5-6 month then the check engine light came on. She took it to get it scanned and the codes came back as "TRANSMISSION ISSUES", and I could kick myself because I should have put a warranty company on it like car shield but I didn't. So I looked around Durham on Google since I live in the great state of New Jersey and read the reviews on many transmission spots and Accurate Transmission had the best reviews from customers giving them 5 and everyone mentioned Williams name and yes that's all I needed. I called William and mommy brought the caddy to him and long and behold William quoted us an "offer we could not refused". He had the car for approximately 5-6 days since we opt for the maintenance that would give her a 2 year warranty on the transmission. Guess what, THE QUEEN (mommy) IS BACK IN THE ROAD AGAIN and my sibling an I have nothing to worry about.William you are a ROCKSTAR , thank you for working with me from NJ. You and the mechanic who helped mommy get back on the road is 100% the truth!Much Respect from a Jersey Gurl... Fatima

Accurate =A+We were in Dham from Louisiana for the birth of our 1st grand. Transmission went out in our older model explorer. We had precious cargo , kids, dogs ,hubby and I . With a 1000 miles of travel ahead , we were very concerned. Accurate came thru for us % the owner took it on an extra long test drive. We had 0 problems. Truck did fantastic! I bought 2 transmissions from here in 3 years. They gave me a fair price. Both cars now shift smoothly and dont fall out of gear. They use quality oem parts. All around great job!

Bought a 2004 Miata with a manual transmission that was in great shape but had a flaky reverse. After calling three places who didn't work on manual transmissions (what the heck? That's like an electrician who won't work on 240V AC), one place referred me to Accurate Transmissions. William said "Bring it in, we'll take care of you," and he did. He and his crew rebuilt the transmission and it was worth every cent. The Miata is so much fun to drive, and the rebuilt transmission (especially reverse) is perfect. They did a really great job fixing my transmission. William was very professional and didn t dodge my calls while my car was in repair. It drove better than ever. I recommend this place. And they gave me a great warranty.

I would highly recommend Accurate Transmission. DO NOT go through a dealer. They were almost 40% cheaper, gave a warranty on their work, and did an amazing job. They gave me a few options and they were professional, communicated clearly and concisely and the car was done within a few days. No surprises!!Thank you to Accurate Transmission. Hopefully, I will have another 100,000 miles on my car.

I drive an older high mileage truck and had some issues with my transmisson shifting hard or just not going in gear easily. William was great in setting up a tow truck so I didn't have to drive. Turns out my my transmission was fine, but the linkage was all worn out. He gave me a great deal and was able to everything repaired and back to me pretty quick.Service: Transmission

Not your average customer service: My car's transmission needed work and became unsafe to drive. They calmly and confidently worked with me on getting the work done quickly, and included a tow to their shop without me having to wait with the car. After the work was done, my car drove like it did when I bought it, 175k miles ago. The bill was pretty reasonable, too.

When my transmission failed on my 2007 Cadillac STS, I originally had the car towed to another transmission shop who said "you'll need a whole new transmission" without even investigating the car. I called William at Accurate who took the time to ask intelligent questions, offer sound advise, and offer to have the car towed to his location for a second opinion. After investigating the issue, William was able to resolve my problem at a cost that was half of the other shop's quote. We went on to have some mechanical problems, not transmission related, and he guided me to another repair shop who did an excellent job on fixing those problems. I appreciated his professional follow up, genuine concern and guidance. I'd highly recommend him to anyone needing transmission work.

William and the rest of the Accurate Transmission crew were extremely honest, transparent and helpful when it came to fixing my vehicle's transfer case. Not to mention the pricing for the work was more than fair. If you have any issues with your transmission or drivetrain, I would highly encourage you to give them a call.

We first took our 2004 Volvo XC90 to Accurate Transmission Center almost two years ago when our transmission failed. They explained the problem and gave us our options. We decided on getting our transmission rebuilt. Since that time we have always taken our vehicle to Accurate Transmission Center on the occasions when we have concerns with our transmission. Fast forward two years later, our transmission service light recently came on and we took it Accurate Transmission Center. Once again they were able to quickly find the issue and took care of it without any hesitation. I would recommend calling Accurate Transmission Center to anyone who unfortunately having transmission issue and ask to speak to William. They provide quality work, are honest, fair priced, and have excellent customer service.

I had a great experience working with the guys at Accurate Transmissions. They really helped me out with my CRV. They are extremely knowledgeable about transmissions. They explained everything very well and provided great service. I will definitely be going back if I need more work in the future. Highly recommended.

This is a great place to get all your transmission needs met. I brought my Chrysler 300 here, and they were able to get me a new transmission at a reasonable price. Very professional service. Now my car runs like it is brand new. Very Thankful, and I highly recommend if you need any transmission needs.

Preowned Toyota 4 Runner like new!Thank you Accurate Transmission for a job well done!I purchased a preowned 2004 Toyota 4 Runner and Mike (owner/builder) made sure all was in good working order before I hit the road for a 12 hour trip! He went over the transmission, engine, tires and made sure all the fluids were replaced.He educated me on what to look for in the future and to not hesitate to call should I have any further questions to keep it in perfect working order so that I will have the vehicle for a long time!I am impressed by the professional services I received and will definitely be coming back with any car issues I have.Thanks Mike!!

Thank you Accurate Transmission for a job well done!Professional service in a timely manner at a competitive cost.I have a 2013 Range Rover which can be problematic in the wrong hands.Mike (builder/owner) was able to diagnose the issue with the warning light and fix it without difficulty.He educated me on what to look for in the future and to not hesitate to call should I have any further issues with my Rover.He was willing to answer all my questions regarding what I need to do to keep it in perfect working order so that I will have the vehicle for a long long time!Thanks Mike!

I just moved to the area 6 months ago and was recently in need of transmission work. After getting estimates from 2 places I found Accurate Transmission. Not only were they the best price, they towed my vehicle to thier shop and were up front and honest with the repairs needed. They got me back on the road in a few business days. Thanks guys!

Just left the shop and they were great! Pulled my car back incredibly fast, whereas every other shop said it would be a day just to look at it, showed me the problem so I was educated on it, and quoted me a price that was significantly less than what I had paid at another shop. He also managaed to find a problem that the other mechanics missed, which would have turned into a major issue if I had not been told about it. Definitely using this transmission shop again if needed in the future!!!

This is truly a business that believes in doing the right thing even when no one is watching. I had my Chrysler town & country towed there to see if the transmission was totally shot because it wouldn't move in any gear. I wanted an estimate so I could decide if I would fix it. Well, I got this call from William Teele saying my van was ready. What do you mean my van is ready? It was only a clip on the axle and there is no charge. Truly an honest business. If you think you are having transmission problems, this is the place to have your work done.

I highly recommend this shop to anyone having car problems. I had work done to my 2006 Honda accord and upon finishing I gave it a crank and instantly felt a difference. When calling ask for William he'll take care of your concerns.
