Easiest purchase I have ever made at a dealership. The entire team walked me around the trailer multiple times explaining all the questions I had fully and completely. I wish all dealerships were like these guys. 10/10 will return and recommend to anyone seeking to purchase a trailer.

These guys were awesome! The salesmen went over every part of the trailer and made sure everything was working correctly. They explained everything from how to register and pay the taxes to how to store it safely. Highly recommend them!!

The staff at the Dunn, NC location is top notch. Cannot say enough good about them. Seamless transaction with a 7x14 V nose dual axle, enclosed trailer. Price and quality is excellent, especially having the trailer undercoated! Highly recommend

Went to pick up a new trailer at the Dunn dealership. The location was understaffed that day but they made sure everyone was informed and didn t have to wait to long. Everything was made easy. The trailer was in great shape. When we hooked it up to my vehicle turns out I had it wired wrong. They took the time to fix it for me so I could head on out. Would recommend!

I was dreading buying a trailer , but these guys helped me out . They walked me through the best trailer for my intentions, and to top it off they laughed at my dad jokes. Honestly the best place to buy from. Go check them out. They beat the price I was given by many other places and were very polite to my son who's 8 and full of energy.Thank you for everything guys.I will buy anything for this trailer through them .

We had such a great experience here at Trailerplus. We were looking for a trailer for my father and the original one had a leak. They helped us find one that work just as good and matched his vehicle better for the same price as we were looking at. They explained everything and even showed how to use each thing.

The sales and manager here are good and we have great experience here. We come at around 4:30 and they are patience & service until 6:30 although they close on 5:30. Just one pity thing that we don t have locker for the new trailer but not been provides with one free locker $30 as they said already give us some discount with the parts package :) anyway, this is a good chose if you d like to purchase trailer!

Brad, Shaun, Revel, and Dashaun went above and beyond!!! Bought a 20 ft trailer and left. Come to find out, no brakes. Called the main line and the young lady left messages for them. Went back and they were waiting at the gate. 110 degrees and these folks had the wife and furr baby inside the ac and after numerous calls from Brad to technical support, he found the brake wiring UNDER the u-bolt. TOTALLY NOT TRAILERS PLUS FAULT.All four of them were knowledgeable, polite, and above all else, gave a flip about us.I would, without a doubt, recommend these folks for a trailer. We, and everyone that asks, will definitely be going back.And another THANK YOU, to the guys at the Dunn, NC location.Sincerely,Roy, Julie, and Autumn (furr baby) Dorn.

Trailer Plus is business establishments that fits all consumers that wants quality trailers at an even better prices. Brad and his co workers there; are professional, down to earth, detailed, and goes the extra mile. To not only sell the trailers, but also build a friendly family oriented connection with the customers; that will cause you to coming back and tell a friend. They re straight forward on do s and don ts and legal matters of your purchases; without making a person feel uncomfortable or unsure. It also help that I know and recognize quality material and labor it takes to put their trailer s together. I will be a repeat and I would advise anyone that is shopping for quality trailers at a more than reasonable price . I m truly not paid to say any of the things I m saying or not in anyway discounted with perks. Thank you Brad and his coworkers at the Dunn North Carolina establishment.

I recently purchased a trailer for one of our companies MEP teams. It was an incredibly easy and straight forward process with the guys working here. Vevel and Shaun walked the lot with me and helped select the perfect trailer for what our company needed in the budget that I provided. They helped me with what information I needed to give to the DMV. Brad helped the payment process run incredibly smooth. Overall this is an all star crew running this location we have a fleet of 5 trailers that will all be serviced at this location from now on. Would recommend them to friends and family!

My husband purchased a trailer from here a few years ago. Recently the whole cable system that keeps the door from slamming to the ground has become detached making it very hard to close the door completely (welding issue) husband takes it back to trailers plus a couple weeks ago to be looked at and to get a quote for repair. This place told my husband that they would charge around $4,800 to repair this. We certainly aren t paying that absurd price so we took it to dynamite trailers where we have purchased before and will continue to do so from here on out. they quoted well below $1,000. Moral of the story, bypass trailers plus entirely and go straight to dynamite!

Unlike any trailer place I've ever been to. My salesperson (Revel), even though he was a new guy, knew pretty much everything I asked about the trailers I looked at. He was extremely polite and respectful. He went over a checklist to make sure I understood everything about my trailer before I left. Brad installed all my options quickly (I was in a hurry) but with first class workmanship.

Excellent experience! The guys have complete knowledge of the product they re selling. Their goal is to get you in the trailer that best fits your needs. Highly recommend! I will be back for a dump trailer in the fall.

I recently purchased a trailer from Trailers Plus in Dunn, Nc. I did a fair amount of shopping around for the best price and have still yet to beat their pricing. Now I was particularly interested in a 16 foot trailer for my moving needs. I expressed to the sales staff that I was really looking for the best value, so I kind of gravitated to the cheapest 16 foot model that they offered. Now, never even towing a trailer before or owning one I could tell that for about an extra 1500 dollars I could upgrade to the mid-grade model and have some features that weren't included in the base model, such as a warranty on the tires and better hinges on the doors. You will need to know what you are really after when you make a large purchase like this. Are you be towing cross country like I am, or is this more of a mobile storage unit?Now the quality I would give a 9/10, You can tell that it was sitting outside for a few months and it was a bit dirty, but that's the whole point of the trailere right? There were a few dings on the sides and one small dent on the back that resulted in a hefty discount that was offered upfront. I did purchase 1 upgrade known as the ez Track system which allows you to secure your cargo to the trailer internally. I highly recommend that you go with this upgrade. However the quality of the install was a bit hit or miss. There were many loose bolts that required me to go back and tighten all of the bolts for my own peace of mind. Not really sure what s to blame on that. The bolts or the installation. (7/10)Now the by far the best part of this whole experience was the service. It started out by setting up an appointment over email. I made my appointment for a Saturday morning which is very helpful because I have a 8-4 Mon to Fri shift. The staff, Alex S. and James T. were some of the nicest and patient people I have met. James made great use of salesmanship practices and upsold me from the basic package that I was looking at earlier. They were very understanding and respectful of the fact, that at the end of the day this is my money and I have the ultimate say of what I will buy. They also made sure I had all of the appropriate equipment to tow this trailer, such as a ball hitch rated to capacity, locks, and tools to change a spare. I would advise someone who hasn t owned a trailer before to really just go the extra dollar and get everything you need right here, a perfect one stop shop.Overall I had a very pleasant experience start to finish. James was also available by text afterwards with a few questions I had. I can tell that the trailer they sold me will last a very long time, and hold some kind of value if I choose to resell it.
